Sasha had one of the pig-things well handled; Jordan turned to look for the second one and found it barreling toward him. He braced himself and brought Ferros around, timing his swing so that the hammer was there to meet the monster. The thing screamed a high, faint note and smoked away to nothing.

He whacked the flat edge of the axe down on top of one of the things and like every time he tried something new with the weapon, completely ******** it up.

Madison staggered as a freak barreled into her, but she recovered and sliced at the thing's retreating a** (... or whatever) with one blade. "Damn things are everywhere - get the ******** out of my house," she grumbled.

Cass couldn't help but crack up.
"Runic frying pans? I can't see Rep wielding a kitchen appliance, I'm sorry." Which was mostly on the front that Rep had very firm opinions about the kitchen. And women.
Still, she decided to keep hangin' with her buddy, Candace, for more blocking time. "Well, better late than never. I'm ready to be able to lock doors again."

"You could ask Clarice for help with Tracey!" Candace called out to Rep, bringing her leg back and then forward to kick the squeaky little fog creature down the hall. Much better. "Runic frying pans makes me think of Rapunzel. Frying pans~. Who knew?" She grinned, draping her arms over Cass' shoulders from behind and swaying side-to-side with her. "I haven't locked my door in a long while, but it'd be nice to have privacy again. And a bed. A real bed and not a crappy bunk bed or a couch." As comfortable as the doctor's couch was, Candace didn't like not having a bed. HP: 47/50 (Defended for 12 by Cass!)
