McCarthy Jase felt success exploding inside him right as Manni was clearly having her orgasm, and then pulled out immediately after, right before he cummed.
That was always the trickiest part of the entire process whenever they didn't use a condom. And they usually didn't. Manni took pregnancy pills, but hated c**, for some reason. Most girls didn't seem to mind. Well, some didn't like it in their mouths, but with sex, it was usually only the pregnancy thing....
But questioning it did him no good, so Jase just did his best to comply.
Of course, it made a mess- but not on her, which was the important part.
It just meant Jase had to change their comforter.
Jase wasn't really thinking about that too much just yet thought, as he started to relax, feeling that after sex glow of contentment. The kiss was nice too.

Jase sat up as she snatched up a towel and headed to the bathroom, and he hopped up after her.
Sadly, he wasn't sure if she meant shower just for her, and he was supposed to prepare some kind of dessert, or they'd shower together, and then get dessert.
At least in this case, the second was a good possibility, as she would want him to shower too, if she was going to be staying in with him.
"Yes" he agreed, but then had to ask in the way of not asking for clarification, "Shower and then dessert sounds perfect." But he didn't immediately follow her into the shower, waiting to be sure.

Manni was impressed when Jase got up to follow her into the bathroom. She considered shaking her finger at him, dismissing him... but they had just had really great sex, for once.
So, maybe a nice normal couple-like shower would be a good reinforcement for Jase. It was all about messing with his psych to keep him right where she wanted, right?
So, Manni stepped inside, leaving the door open for him. "Osito," Meaning Teddy Bear in Spanish, a term of endearment she often used in the early days of their relationship. "You've well deserved a nice hot shower with your nice hot novia." She started the water before stepping into the tub, letting it heat up.
"Afterwards, I was thinking you could go out and grab us some dessert. You know, one of my favorites. Indulging shouldn't hurt my figure too much." Manni looked him over, then nodded for him to go in first. He needed to rinse off a bit before they got all close and touchy again.

McCarthy Despite the confidence he seemed to have upon approaching the shower, Jase was still surprised when Manni affirmed things. Especially the way she did it.
Osito. He remembered that. The nostalgia, of thinking back to their first few months in particular, brought quite a nice smile to Jase's face as he stepped into the shower, which was still heating.
Honestly, he hadn't felt this good in a really long time.
"Of course, and" Jase laughed. "I think we just burned off enough calories that it won't even count. Not that it could possibly change anything about that fine figure, sexy." he said, with a wink to tip to off.
He might have said he wouldn't even care if it did- but Jase knew the high esteem Manni put into her body, so complimenting it instead was usually the better way to go.
The water was pretty hot by now, where it was supposed to be, and Jase was rinsed off, so he stepped aside a bit, where Manni could get the best part of the steamy stream. I would go through all this pain

Manni laughed lightly. "It will matter. You should have seen those girls in there today." Of course, she held herself higher than most of them anyways... But still. "They were like sticks, Jase." She slid into the shower, which was steaming by this point.
"Mmm," She always had the water hotter than most people, which Jase hated usually. "Anyways, It was gross. You could honestly break them." She shrugged. "But you have to keep up, I suppose. I mean, I'd never want to be that tiny, but you have to measure up." She nudged him aside to get directly under the water, in order to get everything wet, before moving back to her place to actually wash herself.
"How'd your day go?" Jase was probably freaking out at this point. Manni was never like this with him. Everything seemed, well, normal.
Although, in a way, that was all part of it.
A lot of people suggested Manni wasn't the smartest person ever. But if they only knew.

McCarthy "I don't get that. Who wants a stick?" Jase said, and not only to humor Manni, who had natural curves. He loved those curves, which were in all the right places.
Jase also definitely couldn't complain once Manni took the spotlight of the shower. Once it had finished heating up, he didn't really want to be in it any more anyway. Not for more than a few seconds, when it stopped feeling good, and just burned. He didn't know how she did it.
"Measuring up shouldn't be hard when they don't even measure" Jase said, with a little chuckle. Hopefully that sounded as clever as he had thought it would. But really, who knew?
Jase then started to respond to Manni, and stopped, as her actual questioned registered.
He couldn't remember the last time Manni had ever asked him how his day went. Immediately, he sensed a trap. But it was so innocently asked- no, not so innocently, just... normally- Casually, was the word he was looking for.
This was all so casual.
And it was weird.
"Uh, good... It was good... And... yours? Anything interesting aside from your lovely pictures?"
Jase was trying to continue being casual, but of course, not without the usual flattery. But something was just off, which made him feel like he was walking on thin ice. In hot water. I would go through all this pain

Manni could tell Jase was on edge. Was it so wrong to enjoy this? He was flattering, most girls would consider themselves so damn lucky. But Manni knew she could do better, had done better, that she was sure of.
But she only let Jase stick around because she knew he was safe. That's all.
That and he was great at making her feel on top of the world.
"Nothing too interesting, just the normal stuff." She squirted some of her shampoo into her hair, then rinsed a few minutes later... moved onto conditioner, then rinsed, and moved aside to let Jase in to rinse while she washed her body.
She even washed his back for him, adding a few massaging strokes in for fun.
Yeah, he was definitely freaking out. "Is something wrong, Osito?"

McCarthy Ok, so... Manni had had a normal day. Which therefore, did not explain what was happening right now.
Also, granted, Jase really had no idea what was happening right now, but it wasn't normal- for them.
"Oh really?" he said, just to give him time to think of something, not really knowing what else to say.
Jase's confusion was making it difficult to enjoy the shower... though the sights... Well, despite everything, he still couldn't help but check Manni out as she started to wash her hair... and then rub the soap all over her body.
He wanted to help, but...
Once Jase was rinsing off, it probably was a really good thing that his back was to Manni.
Because he couldn't quite hide the facial expression that took him over for a moment when she started washing his back.
The poor guy was so confused.
"Wrong? No. Of course not. Everything is... great. Really great." Jase said, accidentally letting the wonderment at the statement slip into his tone.
Now, he knew he should be careful here, because things were so off. But mood of everything just felt so good, he couldn't help but start to feel good about it too. He knew he shouldn't let his guard down, but...
"I love you." Jase said, turning around, smiling at Manni, and reached up to gently stroke her face.
He normally wasn't so bold, but the hot shower, and the mood, and Manni...
The boy never was good at keeping his guard up. I would go through all this pain

They rinsed, and now were standing under the water.
Jase was fine, great even. Things seemed normal, and he seemed happy enough. Even though he was stuttering and bewildered by Manni's actions.
Then he spouted off that he loved her. "Oh, I know you do mi amor." She pressed a kiss to his lips before sliding out of the shower and grabbing her big fluffy pink towel. After she wrapped herself up in it she spoke.
"I'll go get all snuggled up in bed, there should be some lounge clothes in the hall closet of yours, why don't you go pick up dessert, I'll find a movie." They lived close to a tiny 24 hour store, so it wouldn't take long for him either.

McCarthy Okay, so, despite the different Manni he was seeing right now, Jase still hadn't expected any kind of I love you back. He usually just said it because it mattered to him that she know that.
Or he was trying to convince himself of it.
But this time, he got something pretty damn close. Mi Amor. He knew that one too. My love. How long had it been since he'd been called that too?
Probably around as long as Osito. At least.
"Okay! I'll be right back." Jase said, even more perky than before, because he was totally getting into the mood, which meant less confused hesitation.
He stepped out after Manni and grabbed one of their normal bath towels. Jase was pretty much the only one to use those, while Manni had her own special towels he wasn't allowed to touch.
Jase dried off quickly, and exited the bathroom, still naked, to get his clothes, and hurried off.
As fast as he could, Jase went through the store, trying to find Manni's favorite dessert, but unsurprisingly, had to settle on second best. She was kind of picky, so...
Hopefully it would do. He picked up some other movie snacks as well, and then headed back.
Despite how great he was feeling though, some doubts resurfaced on the way home, however short of a drive it was.
He just couldn't help but feel like there was a catch.
Like maybe she wouldn't be there when he got back. Or something.
Trying to stay positive, Jase walked in with the bag, and tried his best to confidently enter into the room. I would go through all this pain

Manni had thrown on some cute cheeky, black panties, and an oversized sweatshirt before climbing into bed. She grabbed Jase's controller for the Playstation he was rarely allowed to use and flipped on Netflix.
She thumbed through some options before settling on Never Back Down. Oh, yes. Hot guys beating the s**t out of each other. Perfect.
Jase returned shortly after she finally decided, with her second favorite Ben and Jerry's ice cream in a bag, along with some other goodies.
"They didn't have pound cake, I'm assuming?" Yes, she could be a total fat a**. But she knew this was a once in a forever thing. Manni knew, though she'd never admit it, that she had to thin out if she was going to compare to those other girls.
Yes, the big bad confident Manni had her own hidden insecurities.
"I'm starving! Bring it here!" She smiled. Maybe it was just nice to return to the past every now and then.
Honestly, she didn't have some big, bad ending planned for the evening. Things were just... normal.

McCarthy When Jase returned with the snacks, he discovered that, while the main light was off in the room, Manni was indeed still there.
And still... well... like earlier.
That was good.
Right?
GREAT.
Right?
Right. Yeah.
"No, I looked, but it wasn't in the section it should have been." Jase said, when she noticed he didn't have the pound cake. But instead of getting annoyed or saying he should have looked harder or something, she just insisted he bring over what he did have, smiling.
"Oookay, here we are." Jase said, sitting down with the bag, which included drinks. Jase personally, didn't like to eat without something to drink, especially when it came to sweet, sour, or salty things, all of which he had here.
"What movie?" he asked, looking up, and not recognizing the still shot it was paused on at the beginning. He thought it might look a little familiar though.
And while Manni got it started, Jase took his shirt off, since his pants were cool to sleep in, and snuggled in under the blankets. I would go through all this pain

Manni smiled, digging her goodies out of the bag. She was honestly okay with the fact that they didn't have her first choice, ice cream sounded much better anyways.
Normally, she'd damn near murder Jase for not checking all of the other nearby stores. But not tonight. No, strangely, she was feeling... different.
At least for twenty four hours.
"Never back down, hunks beating the s**t out of hunks sounded good." She smiled again, taking the lid off of the ice cream. "Spoons?" She looked at him expectantly.

McCarthy As soon as Manni said the name of the movie, he knew why the opening looked familiar. And he wasn't surprised. It definitely the kind of thing Manni liked.
Yeah, way more than the typical chick flick, which she thought was just as ridiculous as how most men thought of them.
Oh. Jase had forgotten spoon.
"Oh right, sorry. I'll go get them, play it without me" he said, jumping up. Of course she'd normally play it without him anyway, but he still said it.
He was back in under 30 seconds with two spoons anyway, and got all comfortable again, jiggling the bed as little as possible.
Jase stuck one spoon into the ice cream, and lifted it up, offering to feed it to Manni. Which he thought would be cute and romantic.
He didn't know if he was pushing things or not though. But he was so into the mood that was just so... very different than usual.
They were just doing normal couple stuff- and he loved it. I would go through all this pain

Manni did end up starting the movie without him, even though she didn't get mad that he hadn't thought to bring a spoon for her, like she normally would.
When he did rush back, he even tried feeding her the ice cream. Normally... She'd snap. And really she was going to let him... But she snatched the full spoon out of his hand with her mouth, then took the ice cream a bit more gently.
"Thanks." She sat back to enjoy the movie, next. Maybe the couple stuff was just getting a little too far. She couldn't lose all of her control, that was out of the question.
The movie went on, earning lots of lusting from Manni, which she didn't keep on the down low... at all.

McCarthy Jase had hardly missed any of the credits by the time he got back, but the movie was just "okay" to him anyway. He liked it sure, but no biggie. Unlike with Manni who loved it. So, as long as she was happy, he was happy.
That's the only way he was even allowed to be happy anyway, soo....
Apparently, Jase had indeed pushed things a little too much with the spoon and the ice cream though... however, to his surprise, Manni didn't say anything about it. Okay. He just had to keep from diving into anything too much or too quickly, just because everything seemed so peachy. Sure, maybe it was- but that didn't mean it couldn't change at the drop of a hat, or maybe even the tip of a hat, he never knew.
Back to a little bit more of the usual, Jase enjoyed watching the action scenes somewhat, but not to the extent of Manni... Who he was sure would ******** any one of the main characters at the drop of a shirt.
Oh, where did that thought come from...
Not like he was the jealous type or anything...
Just enjoy yourself while you can, Jase.
He was back to a comfortable norm when the credits started rolling, which is when he glanced over at Manni. I would go through all this pain
