Sura looked up towards the sky when Anna did, seeming almost baffled that the day was already passing by so quickly. It seemed like barely fifteen minutes had passed during the conversation!

"Perhaps we should all be heading back." Sura agreed. "It seems as though we will not be getting lost, however." With that, however, the Colossus looked up towards the familiar as well. They were curious things, even if Sura had determined that they were not to be eaten.

Truly, Shibey did not look half as interesting to her as he did to Chaya.

Without any indication beforehand, Shibey whirled, getting his face all up in Chaya's grill before bounding over to Anna's lap. She wrapped her arms around him automatically, giggling as the Incubator settled into a sulk. "Okay, okay, minipets from now on... mostly..." she said, as Shibey tried to not look at her while simultaneously being held by her. It wasn't very effective....

Chaya jumped as Shibey suddenly whirled around to face her. Then, as he bounded away, she collapsed onto the ground to giggle hysterically. Once she'd calmed back down, she sat up and looked to Anna. "I like him. He's funny," she declared.

Sura's ears seemed to perk up just the tiniest bit as Shibey was chased back into Anna's lap, reaching down to pet the Incubator awkwardly with one hand. The way she light-touched implied that Sura's initial goal was to not crush the familiar's head.

"He is a curious little thing."

After all, she had never seen an Incubator before. Not even the minipet that resembled the companion Anna had.

"Though you are as well." she added, looking towards Chaya.

"I'm sure he'll like you too," Anna said; Shibey turned his head away from her again, though it was a bit half-hearted. Apparently the Incubator was realizing the ridiculousness of trying to ignore someone who was holding you. He also accepted the pet, a bit begrudgingly.

"See?"
