Celen blushed as Dar licked her cheek she stuttered out her next words. "I..I..I'm sorry...for Making you worry." She brushed against his side and picked up her rabbit again. "Do you want to carry the other one?"

Celen seemed so much smaller when she was apologizing. “It’s not your fault. After all you didn’t know I wouldn’t still be in the den.” He started to look around for the other rabbit to pick up and take back.

Celen nodded and gave a smile around the rabbit she held in her mouth before trotting over to where she had place the second rabbit and stood by it waiting for Dar to pick it up. Once he had it she turned on a heel and headed back toward her den with a bounce in her step.

Tasting blood was not really one of Dar’s favorite things but he delt with it as he followed Celen back to the den. She seemed so perky and happy he would do anything to keep her so happy. He had to admit to himself that he thought she was very cute. It made him blush to admit it to himself though.

Celen was humming happily as she made her way back home. She easily avoided any ice patches that would send her spiraling out of control. She was also careful to avoid any holes or ditches that were full of snow. She jumped and bounce here and there causing her tail to bounce around. She was in good spirits besides the scare she just had and up ahead she could see the mountain that homed her den.

Dar followed Celen stumbling a few times with the snow and ice, soon enough he learned to follow where she had stepped and not to let his paws stray where there were untouched patches of snow on the ground. Celen was easy enough to follow with that bright tail of hers bobbing up and down with her hops. It made Dar smile to see it doing just that. He liked to see her happy, and he silently told himself that he would not panic and follow her again. He would stay in the den like he should have to start with.

With Celen leading the way and Dar not falling into any sink holes they had made it in good time back to her den. It had taken longer than normal for her but that was because she was making sure that she didn't lose him. Even with her bright orange self she could move extremely quick in the snow. She set the rabbit just inside the the den's entrance.

Dar looked at the entry to the den thinking ‘back again back again with nothing to show.’ Well that wasn’t quite true. He had Celen and she was safe, but it wasn’t like he had actually done anything. Looking at her he turned his head to rabbit in the entryway. It would be interesting for him to squeeze in with it right there. Still he was sure that Celen wanted him to get back inside so he gave her the biggest smile he could around his rabbit and leaned down to pick the other up too while he repeated his little belly shimmy to get back into the den.

Celen let out a giggle as she seen the smile Dar was giving her around the rabbits in his mouth. Or the one he was trying to give without dropping the rabbits. She waited patiently as he wiggled his way back into her den. She felt bad because she knew it was a tight fit for him but she didn't have time to go search for a bigger one the blizzard was practically on top of them. She could feel how the air become colder and denser. Than suddenly it hit the snow was coming down.

Inside the den with the two rabbits Dar tried to snuggle up to the side of the den as much as possible so that Celen could come inside with him. It was so cold that he wondered if his nose was going to fall off. “Hurry inside Celen. It’s very cold out. I’m over so you should have room.” At least he figured she would have some room. It would be a tight fit with the two of them, but if needed he figured he could always leave.

"It's okay Dar I'm fine,"Celen told him in a reassuring voice. The male phim seemed to almost be in a panic. It was obvious that the male didn't that her fur could withstand a blizzard. It wasn't comfortable by any means but they could live through it for a few. She shook off as much snow as she could before creeping into the den beside him. "You do know the closer we are the warmer we will be and we will survive through the night yes?" She was teasing him slightly though it really was true. She laid down next to him with her head on her paws. Her fur was damp from the snow but other than that she was fine but was he?

He felt much better when Celen had crawled in next to him. “Really?” Dar had never really been through a blizzard or in a place this cold before for long periods of time. He leaned over toward her more and stretched out his wing so that it covered her and let him keep even closer to her. “Is this better?” He was so close now that the resonance of his voice might have even been palpable to her. He didn’t know and didn’t think about it. He was just worried about keeping Celen warm. She was so much smaller than him he wanted to protect her. Curling up a bit he folded his head so that his breath went between his body and hers. It might help keep her a bit warmer.

Celen let out a yawn before answering his question "Yes really. It is obvious you don't spend much or any time in high altitude places huh?" She than snuggled down into the hay that she had spread out over the floor of her cave. It made it so that the ground wasn't as cold as it normally would have been. She let out a purr as her body temperature began to rise as their shared body heat made them warm. She let out a giggle "I should be asking you that question don't you think since your the foreigner to this area. But yes I am warm are you?"

He blushed, he knew that he didn’t know much about the cold or high altitude places that didn’t involve just short flights. He listened to some sound that Celen made and felt content. It was interesting how the noise was so nice to hear. He let out a little rumble of content. “Yes, you’re very warm so it’s nice to be curled up next to you. Don’t worry about me Celen I might not know this area but I’ll be ok with a bit of advice. You’ve already done so very much for me. Thank you.”

Celen peeked at him from under eye lashes in her curled up little spot. She had shifted a slight bit causing her curly tail to rub against his wing. "Oh sorry. That didn't hurt you did it? Though I'm glad you are warm." she asked worried. She had never touched wings before and didn't know how sensitive they were.
