Jordan stood against the wall outside the room, scanning the fog for signs of creatures. Nothing was jumping out at them yet; that was a good thing. At Jerry's question, he called back, "Not sure. I swear I'm hearing things out here. Got what you came for?"

"Yeah. Surprised we haven't run into any dancing zombies. ...My room's right across the way, I don't need much. I know where it's at."
...He should probably get his bathroom stuff too. They supplied soap and everything, but it'd be nice to have something to shave with besides a cheap razor.

The form that came barreling out of the fog was short, thick-bodied, four-legged, and almost solid; it hadn't announced its presence with any noises, and it caught Jordan by surprise as he started across the hall. He barely had time to jump out of the way. "What the hell is that?"
It skidded to a stop and turned to charge again. This time, though, he was ready for it, and brought Ferros down in an overhand arc as it charged. The hammer smashed through the fog-beast and impacted on the floor with a heavy thud; the beast just shattered, bits of it wisping away and smoking to nothing.
Jordan blinked and brought Ferros up to rest across his shoulder. "I guess that was a dinky one," he said.

Jerry's breath was in his throat as he inched his way into the hall, his guitar knocking into the door jam with a sad sort of melodic thunk. His face was white, "Ah... ah... g-good job there ah... R-right! Right, er... who next? Sh-should we er... sp-split up?" He was already doubting himself. What was he thinking, trying to lead the calvary for room raiding? Even with his glasses, he seemed prepared to hide in his room.
He shook his head, trying to rid the hiss from his ears. "Ah... one... one f-fourty five, it's just d-down this way-" He hesitated, still unsure if they should stick together or try to get this done faster. If what else they found were weak like that one, this would be simple.
Things were rarely simple, though.

Rep eyed the guitar with dissaproval. He wasn't entirely sure he wanted to be shut in a bunker with Jerry with his guitar. But it was a possession he guessed, and it probably meant something to the guy. So whatever. If it got played too much then he could take steps to smashing it over his head.
He exited the room just in time to see Jordan utterly obliterate a smaller monster and gave a little golf clap for the effort, smirking. "Next time save some for the rest of us"
He almost wanted to check his own room for clothes but was aware that was..quite far away, and a lot of effort in the packed dorms. "If anyone has spare clothes or whatever that might actually ******** fit me, I'd appreciate borrowing them. My room's ******** miles away. And I hate overalls."

"Me. Right across the hall," Harrison repeated for Jerry. "What's the matter with you, anyhow? You know where I live."
He tucked a sword in his sash and got out his keys.
"I'll only be a minute. ...And you can borrow some of my s**t, if it'll fit."

Jerry's face reddened as he stared down at his feet, pushing his glasses up his nose, "N-nothing. Preoccu-occupied." He swallowed deeply. He'd been stuttering more lately, too. Had to stop. Just relax. They were doing well so far. "Sorry," He added bitterly. Right... 145 was... just down that way. Not too far. "What about you, Wash? What room was yours again? M-make it quick, Harrison."

"Oh, uh..." Wash was promptly dragged into the present by Jerry's inquiry.
"Room 118. I just need my wallet...should be on the nightstand."
In the top drawer, next to his rosary. He could picture it in his mind- but he couldn't stop imagining the dank fog surrounding it. The hairs on the back of his neck were standing on end.

"I think we should stick together," Jordan said. "Might be faster to split up, but if we run into something big it could get dangerous." Though he almost hoped they were going to run into something big; it seemed like a waste to use Ferros's charge on something small, but the weapon's agitation was getting seriously uncomfortable.
He glanced both ways down the hall. "About the same distance both ways," he mused. "Well, we're going this way anyway, right?"

Fog had seeped in from under the door, but the room looked undisturbed. The folksy unicorn painting, giant pink stuffed unicorn, and mushroom lamp were fine. So was his closet, which was a rainbow of 90s neon.
"Closet's over there," he told Rep, then went over to rescue his polishing kit from the tiny work table, a shower bag from the back of his chair, and one additional item. Like he had said, it didn't take long.
"Find anything?" he asked, shouldering the bag and looking over Rep's shoulder.

Rep slunk into the room after Harrison and paused. Wow.
"Very....." ******** hell there was no other words coming to mind but gay, and that'd probably be offensive. "..colourful room you have here." It made him slightly sad at how bare and blank his own room was, anyone stepping into his room wouldn't know what sort of person lived there.
He opened the closet and squinted at the assault of colour on his eyes. Right. He just needed some clothes and he wasn't actually all that fussed what they were.

Tracey was getting really ******** excited in his head, it made it hard to focus.
But people seemed to be in a hurry, so he grabbed a shirt that he figured looked loose enough it'd fit and a few other bits and pieces, letting Tracey help him out just enough before turning to hold them up. "These okay?" He didn't want to like, take Harrison's favourite things by mistake.

67-89: Nothing happens.
Jerry held his breath as he glanced back and forth down the hall. Wash's room was the opposite way from Sasha's. They'd have to backtrack to do both.
"I... I j-just... Just need one thing before we go that way..." He mumbled, limping backward a few steps before turning to run. He'd be quick. They'd hardly notice him gone, then they could get anything else and get out of there. They were doing good and the coast looked clear for now.
Who would miss him, anyway? The whispering in the back of his head returned, making his ears buzz. Ignore it, ignore it and get the job done.

Harrison liked color. On nature shows, it was how you could tell the normal animals from the poison ones.
Rep held up some clothes.
"Yep," Harrison said. "You can use my gym bag. Let's just go before Jerry has an aneurism."

Putting away the clothes, he headed over to the door, giving the room one last look over.
"We really need to clear this place out of all this ******** fog."
