It had been a surprisingly enjoyable week, all things considered. When one typically thought of school trips, the usual things that came to mind were chaos, death, and masses of destruction. There had been mild amounts of destruction, but nothing outside the norm of their day to day classes. Not only that, but the djinn had done surprisingly well in a course of study she'd been both excited and nervous about learning. Alchemy, constructive to be exact, held such a large appeal to Yaya. She wanted so much to be useful, to keep her loved ones and allies safe, and she really believed she was on her way to mastering her FEAR in a supportive, healing way.
So it was with a tired, but undeniably proud smile she entered the Famine dorms. Eager to climb into her bed roll early to catch up on a little sleep she'd been missing out on through the last week or so.
She was distracted from that plan though as she spied a familiar pup across the chamber, one she hadn't had the pleasure of spending a whole lot of time with as of late. Hooking one finger within the crook of another on the opposite hand, the ghoul wandered over. Close enough so she could bend and place a little kiss on the wisp's pale cheek. "Jove," she all but cooed at him as she brought her arms up to curl around the younger boil's shoulders, folding against his back.
