Frowning, Deryk looked to Ofelia and shook his head slowly.
"Can't use weapons in golems. Least not he ones I've been in. Sure, keeps body safe, but not useful for fighting. Cept maybe being a meatshield. Not 'less that's been fixed since last time," he stated.
Staring at the archives a bit, he read it over some more. This was all highly disturbing really.

"..........." Marcus looked at what was up for the reports again. ".....You guys...reading what I am? At the end of the second mission report listed?" There was a letter there, and, if they added up the obvious- "Only two out of two hundred survived. Two trainees and one life division assistant. I may suck at math but, I'm pretty sure those numbers don't add up." The name at the end made him feel a bit sick however.
"I am all for one to ask questions and want answers, but this rabbit hole does not look like one we want to go down. I recognize all three of those names and personally, I don't think it's something we should go around asking about. For all we know, we might be clean up. If only hunters are going- then we'd be stuck behind. Same deal, how many active hunters are there even in Deus?" It was a sobering train of thought. If all the hunters went out and died- where did that leave trainees? Or what if the hunters were not enough? Did they get called in? What if no one survived, would it all just... fall apart? Too many 'if's, too many questions and no answers. He bit the inside of his cheek. "In any case, I'm leaving. I don't want to get caught." Picking up the videos he went towards the deck to makr them as checked out. He had enough problems. Getting caught snooping wasn't one he wanted tacked on.

Rep was inclined to agree with Marcus. He'd seen what he came to see, he'd gotten a look at some ******** serious business files with some major implications. He couldn't afford more black marks on his record. Besides, he'd done nothing, he hadn't hacked anything, he'd touched no USB. Yeah he'd be better weaselling out before he got in some real ******** trouble.
"Good idea. I'm out."
And with that he got up, filing away the grisly facts for later, not that he really needed to, he'd be reliving them often in the next few days regardless he felt. And turning on his heel he stalked out. He wasn't getting linked to some kind of information leak if he could avoid it.

So... so okay. Maybe the Horsemen were more than they appeared. Maybe they really were just as mythology said they were - hell, monsters and everything else were real, why not the end of the world?
Maybe Marcus didn't want to go down there, but Madison did. She was Death Division; going down rabbit holes (and pissing off Caelius) was what she was for. "If it was... if they really were saving the world, then it was... it was worth it, right?" She spoke slowly, quietly. "A hundred and ninety-eight Hunters over what, how many billion people? That's, like... by the numbers, that's really an easy choice..."
Yes, if you just thought of them as numbers and not as people. Phoenix had been ten, but she didn't want any of them to die. She was one, but she didn't want herself to-
Two, we are two, Kouki reminded her, subdued.
... Two, then. But she didn't want to be cannon fodder. "Runic Hunters," she asked, by way of distraction. "What's a Runic Hunter?"

Yeaaaa, all this paranoia over the number of hunters dying was getting to Ofelia as well, not to mention she was losing interest rather quickly. It was a shame that she didn't care so much for the past events of her club, seeing as they were her whole life now, but none the less she patted Deryk on the shoulder before turning to leave. "Well, we got weapons we can use now, right? Me an' ya should train tagether sometime, ta make sure we dun end up as one of those numbers. Ah'm always here if ya wanna reach me." Her hand left his shoulder just as quickly as she sat it there and Ofelia stretched her arms above her head, turning to see what else could be done.
Seeing as she didn't read the library held no more appeal for her, and thus she turned to follow out the others who had taken the password, that information, and departed.

Tori had quietly watched all that was happening and taking mental notes for important information that she would write down later and in her own code as well as she didn't want to get caught with this type of information.
"Good job, Deryk!" she said quietly while reading this new information. She was a little shocked while reading the information that so many hunters had died as to her it seamed that the years before deaths had been maybe leading up to this she thought.
"From another place I read that there had been other deaths by I think the horsemen in years prior to this one," she quietly commented and listened to what Madison had said. "Maybe a hunters that specialized in Runic weapons maybe," she answered not really sure herself.
"I'm just wondering does anyone here know what The Spire labyrinth navigation project is?" Tori asked not really sure anyone here would know but it never hurt to ask.

"No .. I dont." Saya answered to Tori's question, her manner growing soft. Even Marcus's injection, repeating her name, failed to withdraw the young girl from her dimming mood. She would stay in the room long after others left, staring and holding onto the usb previously inserted into the flashlight. Why had Sandy kept it on her? Did she .. want the trainees to know? How had she gotten this information? Sandy wasn't a survivor, right? There were only two survivors. Quote: I'm going to leave this for reaction posts/further RP but this has officially closed! THANKS BLADE, ZOO AND EVERYONE FOR SOLVING/CONTRIBUTING TO THE PUZZLE *U* please feel free to make exiting posts/reactions solos/whatever you guys do ;; <3~

((Latest exiting response orz))
Madison sighed under her breath and plopped down into a nearby empty chair. This hardly made sense, and the bits that were decipherable suggested things that she really didn't want to think about. The Horsemen, the end of the world, Hunters dying in mass quantities. Hunters knowing they were going to die in mass quantities and then going ahead and dying anyway.
Had they really - literally - saved the world?
Would they have to save it again? And again, and again, every time some stupid humans got it into their head that the world was meant to end? If humans created freaks by being afraid, then did they create Horsemen by panicking about the end of the world? Create your own apocalypse, just add crazy emotions?
This was... this was stupid.
She pushed back from the chair abruptly. "Thanks," she said, to nobody in particular, and headed for the door. She needed to think about this. And then to not think about it. Maybe ignorance really was bliss...
