Shun wasn't really sure what to say. In any case, he paused as his phone suddenly went off. Bringing it up, he furrowed as it was from someone whose number he didn't have.
".. Mitsu.. What does this say?" he asked quietly. He didn't mean to change the subject, but he wanted to know what the text was.

Mitsu wanted to sigh as the subject was changed but she took the phone anyway, her brows creasing together as she reluctantly read it out loud. "H...hey loser," Mitsu looked at Shun hoping he knew she was reading the text and not saying this herself. "Guess we'll be working together again. Your old man gave me your number. L. O. L. You probably can't even read this. I'm going to have so much fun texting you every single day. Colon right bracket....errr...smiley face."
Holding the phone back out to Shun she looked at him quizzically. "Is...this from Titus?"

"Kusooo... damn my father," Shun hissed. He was obviously not happy with this development. In general, this had been on shitty night for him.
"Yes, that sounds like Titus alright. b*****d," he sighed, trying to think again, "Alright. I'd rather deal with Seeds than that piece of s**t of a demon."
Though, he paused for a moment, turning towards Mitsu.
"But.. are you sure about this? If this goes wrong, you could very well end up as a target of the Family once again. If... they find out about your connection to me, this is even more possible. One of the best ways to go after someone is to target the ones they care about.."

For once Mitsu's eyes didn't widen in alarm. Instead she looked at Shun and said in an very even voice. "The risk for something like that was already there, we just never gave it much thought."
She smiled reassuringly, her fingers tracing along Shun's face. "Don't worry though, nothing will keep me apart from you. I'm not completely helpless on my own and I know I always have you. So yes, I am sure. Besides, if this continues being targeted by your family may be the least of my worries...."

Shun leaned into Mitsu's touch before nodding slowly. He still wasn't too sure about bringing Seeds into this, but she was probably right. They would need help. Regardless, it didn't stop him from feeling a little bit reluctant for multiple reasons.
"Alright. Though, can we contact them in the morning? It's been.. a long night. I need a little extra time to sort this out in my head. And in doing this I will essentially be a traitor to my Family."
As much as he hated his father, betraying him still didn't sit completely well with him for whatever reason. It confused the Reaper.

Mitsu smile turned sad, trying to nod understandingly but it was hard. Perhaps it was because she had no family to betray. The only one she had was Shun and she would rather die than betray him. Was that how Shun felt now?
Cupping his cheeks she leaned in to place a soft kiss on his lips. "No matter what you decide I am with you. I will follow you down whatever path you choose." Be it good, bad, or dangerous.
Pulling back she sat beside him quietly, searching his features trying to figure out what was going on in his mind. What was her reaper thinking about right now? "Would you rather I go? Or do you want me to stay for a while?"

Shun furrowed his brow before lightly leaning against his wolf. Yes, he'd need a little extra time before trying to inform anyone else. Make sure he was absolutely certain of everything he had in mind. Even though he had managed to let Mitsu know, things were starting to jump here and there as he thought on it.
"I just hope I won't lead you straight to danger," he frowned before flopping down onto the bed. Though, he propped himself back up with his elbows once she asked if he'd rather she stay or leave.
"Could.. you stay?" he asked quietly. He was feeling rather troubled by everything and he did find her presence comforting to some level. Though, recalling one thing, he glanced away with a hint of guilt.
"You don't have to.. And again.. I'm sorry. I won't do what I pulled earlier again."

That smile of reassurance returned as Mitsu crawled along the bed to lay next to Shun. "Of course I can. This is were I prefer to be...I just didn't know if you wanted to be alone to think."
She snuggled in next to him, her hand coming up to lightly rest against his chest. His apology was only met with a sad look, though Mitsu nodded. "I'm willing to forget it happened as long as you promise not to do it again. Or else I'll have to punish you for it." She tried to jab him lightly almost teasingly trying to lighten the mood. Mitsu wasn't sure if it would work.

"I'm.. kind of surprised I hadn't been punished already," Shun said with a furrowed brow. Either he didn't quite pick up on Mitsu's attempt or it was some weird sense of humor type thing. The world may never know. Chances were that it was the former, given how he had shifted a little with that.

"I can always remedy that," Mitsu said while wiggling her fingers threateningly. "And I expect you to sit and take it." Now she was teasing.

Shun raised an eyebrow before narrowing his eyes at those wriggling fingers. Grimacing as he quickly realized what she meant, he slowly inched away.
"...That is... far more cruel than any punishment I have received..."

Her fingers stopped wiggling and Mitsu laid there wondering if Shun was being serious or not. Even she had trouble telling at times. Her confused face accompanied with a pout might have tipped Shun off that something was amiss.
"You're not being serious are you?"

Mitsu seemed to deflate a little beside him, her hand resting idly on his chest once more. She had only been teasing after all but it was a little daunting to think that he would prefer physical pain over tickling.
"S...sorry I didn't realize you thought so badly of it. I...just liked to hear you laugh." It was a selfish pleasure she got though she hadn't taken advantage of it. What she really wanted to hear was Shun laugh for real.

"It's.. not a sensation I am comfortable with," Shun frowned, though he relaxed now that the tickling threat was gone.
"I don't know if you can really consider those true laughter. If it is, it feels... odd," he said while furrowing his brow. Did people usually feel that way when laughing?
"But.. why do you like to hear it?"
