Well.
He was glad that mystery was cleared up.
WHAT?!
Made to pay.
Xander.
Find the base.
He refused to fail, he would not allow them to harm Xander... but they probably already had. Well he would recover him with as little harm done as possible then. The boss' brother... Loreven. So this was it. This was the big secret he had been keeping, this was why he was so different to the other executives, why he had been shut up in his room... since the mission with the Ariados. His brother had kept him shut away since then trying to keep him safe, but he had escaped and now... now this had happened. He had to get Xander back. He had to. Or... or....
Or what?
The sun would still rise and he would still do his work. Damn! Why did he let himself get involved with people. It always seemed to lead to pain in the end.

Isadora couldn't help but give a small smile at Lucas's enthusiasm, but she quickly turned deadly serious as the Boss - the Boss?! - walked in and spoke to the congregation. She listened quietly to his words, and she gasped and covered her mouth in shock at the news. So many people had gone missing?! They were captured... by Galactics? And they took the Boss's brother on top of it all? How absolutely terrible! How could anyone do such awful things? Isadora's expression turned horrified. ...She had no further questions.
- - -
Lilith turned her attention away from the other woman and sternly faced forward as Lucere spoke to the awaiting Rockets. News of the kidnappings was shocking enough, but what surprised Lilith the most was that Lore was the Boss's brother! That Executive she had met was related to the Boss? And now... He had been captured as well. They had to find them. A new wave of determination burst forth from Lilith, and her hands balled into fists.

Inigo listened with bated breath to the Boss's announcement, although he visibly relaxed when Alba's name wasn't among those listed. He suddenly felt an enormous weight lift that he hadn't known had been there before, and he made a mental note to go find his roomie the instant this meeting was over.
---------------
Claire, however, had the opposite reaction. At first when Lucere had announced the list of names, her eyebrows shot up, her mouth opened slightly, and after a few moments her face paled and she raised a hand to cover her mouth. She hadn't gasped - she didn't make a single sound - but her purple eyes stared straight ahead, unfocused and a little glossed-over. It actually looked like she might pass out.

That made everything clear. Why the Boss had gotten so angry when he had mentioned Lucere. Lore was his brother, and apparently he cared about him. Asch couldn't really understand the whole brotherly love thing. He -hated- his brother. But it did explain things. The red head sighed and continued to listen.
Somewhere in an office, Seth steepled his fingers and frowned. Looks like the Boss had gotten sloppy, not keeping close enough tabs on his own brother. However, he was one who understood what losing a brother meant. Turning in his chair, he immediately turned to his computer to start a search. Some other projects would have to be put on the back burner for the moment. He continued to listen all the same.

Woah. Wait. What?
That was a lot to take in.
First, seven Rockets taken? Luxury began to have trouble breathing. Seven. Gone. Tambrey she had encountered with enough to feel sick knowing she was one of them. And Loreven...
Second, Loreven. The boss's brother. Brother. Wow. Yeah, nice little Purrloin to let out of the bag.
Third, SEVEN ROCKETS TAKEN!?! No. No no no, not possible. Right? No, wrong... a very capable Agent was lost forever in the last mission, so nothing was impossible. Seven... gone... But they'd come back. They rescued Nyx, they could rescue the others. They WOULD rescue the others.
Luxury's fists clenched to match her jaw, breathing still difficult as she turned her wide eyes to Panther. Thank Arceus he hadn't gone.

She breathed a sigh of relief when she realized she didn't know any of the names. She didn't know that many people here--but she wouldn't have liked to lose the acquaintances she did have.
Loreven? Wasn't he that one executive that was supposed to be a big goofball? Elle wasn't sure, but it wasn't any good if Galactic had him....and what with him being the boss's brother...there was no telling what sort of secrets Galactic could ring out of him.
She supposed this was a big reveal. Several of the people around her gasped. But she was so new she didn't know Lore from a larynx.
But the Boss had issued an order. Find the base. Elle might be only a trainee, but she had tons of contacts from her previous occupation. Powerful ones. They might not give her the time of day--but she could try. Maybe they could be persuaded to share any info they had.

1337 most certainly seemed completely intrigued by all of the details that his boss had just revealed with the full group. Of course, it would have been more fun if he had dug that information up on his own, rather than hearing it straight from the Rapidash's mouth. However, he already pulled out a glove, and began to "suit up" so to speak. With his right hand covered, he soon enough began with his usual keystrokes in the air.
"Ooooo... it's almost like this came straight from a Soap! This is so sinful, it must be fattening!" A big old grin had managed to find a way onto his face as he already began to tinker.
"...Um... hey... Boss-dude! I ain't bettin' on this, but did ya microchip Lore? I mean, it is an easier way to keep track of those things ya don't wanna lose and all..."
1337 definitely was quite lacking in the tact department.

Rory listened to the announcement in shock. Seven Rockets taken? How? He had heard some about Galactic but not much.
Shawn Darrow. Wasn't that Shadow's name? Rory had only recently met Shadow; he was the first person to talk to him. His hand clenched around the pokeball attached to his belt
Rory wished he had more experience to help in retrieving the abducted Rockets. .
He'd find a way to help.

7 rockets. Taken. Boy was he glad he did not go. Though he had recovered for the most part, his current max speed was about walking. Stil he wished he could have been there for Tambery, he name was on that list. And then... Lore was what? That was, very interesting. Damn those galatics. His hands twitched in irriatation. Luxury's face turned to him, wide eyed. "We will get them back." he said quietly. Or he would burn hell fire trying.

Starts with a 'shh' sound and ends in an 'it.' Lucas much preferred the rebranding idea. But if Galactic was taunting Rocket with knowledge that they had their agents, then that probably meant they didn't intend to kill them right away... If he had to guess, he would assume Galactic was trying to lure Rocket into a position in which they could wipe them out. After all, having the boss's brother captive was not the same as having the boss captive.
With a sigh, Lucas glanced in Claire's direction. He was not surprised by her expression, but that didn't mean he was at all comfortable with it. He swept an arm up and around her shoulders with a gentle entreaty, "Hang in there for now." This wasn't the time or place for empty sentiments like 'it'll be okay' or 'I'm sure they're fine' - there was no time or place for such sentiments, really - but nor was it the time or place to pass out from a sheer rush of emotion.

Izaya spent a good several minutes standing against a wall in the hallway picking up bits of converstaion from Rocket who were running around like their heads were cut off. He himself didn't appear to be the least bit concerned about what had gone on during the last raid, but in actuallity, he was studying the flow - or lack there-of - of information.
It seemed that the reason why there was so little information about what had happened on the raid was because only three Rockets had returned to tell about it and only two of those three had been proper witnesses. This made things considerably more difficult for an information-gatherer trying to be inconspicuous. However, he did discover the names of those who had returned, and that was all he really needed to know to get the sort of answers he wanted.
Asch had been one of the ones back. Knowing Asch, Izaya knew he wouldn't have willingly left his companions behind, especially not in place of the Sky Plate that had been targeted in the first place. The teen had too much pride. Something must have forced him to return without most of the others. Not long after deducing this, the message Lucere sent to all their Rocket dexs lit up the displays, alerting them of the meeting in the lobby. Snapping the dex shut, he stuck it in his pocket and was about to walk over to the designated area...before changing his mind.
He kept his 'dex communicator on in order to hear the meeting, but he decided whoever had been sent to the infirmary needed his attention first. This likely included Asch and Alba. While the former wasn't likely to talk, Izaya was willing to be there when the latter awoke in order to ask him a few questions. He wondered if either of the two would have any other visitors later on, but as everyone else seemed to be at the meeting, he doubted it.
Taking a seat by the bed with the Rocket he soon learned was Alba, the black-haired grunt crossed one leg over the other, leaned back, and listened to the meeting.

Lucere's steely gaze settled on 1337. He didn't look like he appreciated the Rocket's flippant tone, "I had a tracking anklet placed on him briefly."
The boss decided against telling all of Team Rocket that Lore had successfuly picked the anklet's lock, removed it, snuck into his office and clipped it to his houndoom in the middle of the night. His brother was frustratingly talented in fields related to pick pocketing, breaking and entering, sleight of hand and general thiefdom. It made him difficult to keep tabs on.
"...it was ineffective."

"Don't promise things lightly, Agent," a female voice warned Panther in a liquid murmur. The redheaded executive had her eyes trained on the podium, gray gaze grave, but she'd overheard the tanned Rocket easily enough.

What Galactic was planning to do with them - or what they could speculate that Galactic would do with their missing Rockets - wasn't even on Claire's mind right now. Actually, there really wasn't much on her mind. It was mostly empty at the moment as her brain pretty much shut down from the news that Aulus was one of those taken. Aulus was gone. Her train of thought was stumbling, trying to get past the sudden roadblock - it was like a giant impenetrable wall that prevented her from thinking clearly. Or at all.
The arm that suddenly landed on her shoulders caught her off-guard - and off-balance - and her knees buckled briefly, though she didn't fall and merely shifted her weight to her other foot, then turned to lean into her partner.
Aulus was gone.

The Boss was not know to make appearances very often... in fact that in itself might just be an understatement. So the fact that he was now stepping up to the podium, meant that there was something serious... something big enough that needed the entire Rocket population at the HQ to hear it.
There was a lot to take in with his words... hearing the names of those taken. Most of them she knew pretty well, most of all Alex Hayes. It just confirmed what she didn't want to hear, and lent in a much more unpleasant reality of what might be happening to him, and their other team makes... the other Rocket.
A gloved hand clenched at her side, even though her expression remained carefully still.
that wasn't the only thing that Lucere was there to say it seemed, and what she heard, reveling the truth about who Lore was, the surprise, caused her eyebrows to arch, large eyes blinking. His... brother. Apparently it was the kind of relationship where they cared about one another, or Lucere would not be do aliment about diverting all their resources to find them.
She lowered her gaze, glaring softly into the back of the Rocket in front of her. DAMN that Galactic, god damn them! Their boss was right, they were not going to get away with this, as a Rocket she wasn't going stop until They got their team mates back from Galactic. Idiots didn't learn the first time what happened when you messed with Rocket, seemed they needed a reminder.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"GANG GAR GAR!" A pokemon voice shouted from the crowd, and Bro' threw a hand up into the air, a frown set on his face, but his tone seemed to be a lot more angry and determined. [Thats what I'm ********' talking' about!] He pounded his fist to his chest a couple of times where his heart might be if he was human, then pointed at the man at the podium with blue hair. [This dude said it! None ya'll standin' round with yer jaws open no more! Get our hommies back from those suckers!]
The Gangar continued for a bit, completely ignoring the fact that the humans could not understand him. when he was finished though, he folded his arms over his chest, and sank back where he was floating, wearing a stressed, angry frown on his face. [Rocket Represent] he grumbled, more quietly.
