"No...No... Echi don't go..." She said in a quiet tone.
"Please, don't go. It's okay. It's okay." She said once more.
"I...I...," she paused and said nothing more, there was a long period of akward silence, for what she wanted to say it couldn't come out of her mouth.

Eichi stopped, turned around and looked at Mitsuki. "Mitsuki... Don't say what I think you're about to say... unless you really mean it..." his cheeks grew steadily redder. "Mitsuki... I won't leave you..." Eichi walked over to Mitsuki, and gabbed her and held her in a tight hug. "I can't leave the one I care for this much..." as he said this, a tear fell down his face, and onto Mitsuki's head.

Mitsuki was quiet, she didn't say anything...
She just stood there, looking deeply into his eyes. At that very moment a chill ran through Mitsuki's body.
"Wha? What was that?" She said studdering.
She looked up at Echi and hope he didn't hear what she said.

Eichi looked at Mitsuki akwardly, "did you say something Mitsuki?" as he said this, he wiped his eyes, and looked intently at Mitsuki.

"Um... No...No... I didn't say anything... Nothing at all... Heh Heh..."
She stopped and sighed, "Okay, I did..."
She paused trying to recall the feeling that had come over her.
"There was this chill... And... Oh nevermind..." She said sounding quite confused.

Eichi looked at Mitsuki in wonder. His mind rushed with the possibilities of what could of happened. "no... please tell me what... Mitsuki... please?" as he said this he held her tighter. "I am always here... for you"

"I... I don't know what it was from. It was just, there. I don't know why, but it felt really strange... Like... Like..." She paused, "something terrible is going to happen." Mitsuki looked away, her eyes becoming teary. "Well... Ummm... I told you..." She wiped what was becoming tears away and looked up at Echi.

Eichi's heart jumped, and he noticed it too. "Mitsuki... I don't know what it is, or when it'll come... but I will be by your side when it comes... I promise..." as he said this, the feeling grew fainter, being overwhelmed with the feelings he had for her.

"And I'm always here for you..." She whispered in his ear.
Mitsuki was wondering if Echi really did feel it or not. She looked into his eyes and saw his eyes filled with terror.
"I... I'm sorry..." She whispered quietly, "I didn't mean to scare you like that."

Eichi held her tight still. He gentle moved his hand through her hair, he placed his chin on the top of her head, and smiled. "Mitsuki... I'm rarely afraid, when I'm with you. Please feel the same with me. Every night... I search the sky... for a circle, that circle is luminated by the sun, which is on the other side of the world... and when I find it, I am calm... when I can't find it... I'm scared... I hate the moon... but I can't... I can't stop caring for it too... I want to be here for you Mitsuki... I want to be here always..." as he said this, Eichi let go of Mitsuki, and looked down into her eyes, and smiled. "Mitsuki... you are my moon... I love you... but I hate the thought of never seeing you agian... if I get adopted... or if you get adopted... life would be... Hell..." His smile faded and again, and he held onto Mitsuki again, letting his tears flow down his cheek.

Mitsuki started to cry as well. She had no clue what to say, she felt the same way, but she wasn't sure if it was love, but she didn't want to hurt him.
Then she thought back of how she felt when she thought Echi was going to be adopted; tears streamed down her face like a raging waterfall.
Then she whispered, "I love you too..."
For she realized at that very moment that she loved him.
Mitsuki embraced Echi while she was still crying, she didn't want him to let her go... Ever.

At those words, Eichi's Tears started to flow faster, his heart began to beat faster, and he smiled very quickly. "Mitsuki... You are my dream... your are my life... I am glad that I didn't have to go away... I love every moment with you... I love you period... Thank you for being here... I just hope that noone else tries to adopt you or I..." As he said this, he smiled more.

"Oh Echi..." She replied, softly with a whisper, "Me too... Me too..."
Tears were still running down her cheeks; Mitsuki tried to wipe them away, but as soon as she wiped one off, another one fell.
"Me too..." She whispered once again as she hugged him.

The next morning, the matron had an anouncement. as everyone filled the room, she started to speak in a shakey voice. "everyone... please sit down... we have some sad news..." she turned her head and cleared her eyes, then turned back. "Eichi was found... dead... this morning by one of his dorm mates..." she didn't even try to hide her tears now, "I know everyone of us were touched by Eichi's kindness... some more than others" her eyes glanced over at Mitsuki. "He will be missed by all of us... let us have a moment of silence." at that the whole room burst into tears and wails, including the matron, who had run over to Mitsuki, and held her, knowing that Mitsuki was the one that this event hurt worse.

Mitsuki was in total utter shock. At this point, she had no idea what to do...
"Echi Echi..." Say it isn't so...
Mitsuki was so depressed that she was found dead a few months later...
