Ickycom announcements could be such a pain sometimes, depending on where Thackery happened to be standing. The Cerberus' luck had seemed to take a steep plummet after his extraordinary time as a magical girl, so it really came as no surprise that he happened to be situated directly beneath one of the broadcast boxes. His hands smashed reflexively against his ears as his face screwed up in an expression of "sdfsghnghh not again", and his attempt to deter the loud rattle of the Ickycom also happened to prevent him from hearing its message. It was only by chance and an extravagantly dressed figure that he ended up at the assembly. He turned a corner and almost ran smack into the tiny entourage, causing him to skid to a halt and stare on in confusion. Woah, what was this? He followed at a distance that was probably too close to the stranger's personal space bubble, and began...sniffing him. Smelled like fancy. Another demon! Of course, just looking at the guest should have given him that much information. Grinning broadly, he was second away from yanking on his robe to introduce himself, when Ash saved him from certain demise. Or detention, at least. He stopped in his tracks as he heard the chime on his phone, tugging it out by the kistune-shaped charm that was attached to the plastic. There was a seat saved from him? Oh! There must be an assembly! That would certainly explain things. unstartled witch kk i m otw c u soon xx :3 He popped into the gym just minutes after the gust and the secretary (texting took a long time, okay) and made a beeline to the spot that Ash had saved. Even without the text, it wouldn't have been hard to find him. He sat with a thump and leaned close against him so he could see under his helm when they spoke. It sure did make the reaper look cool, and he knew how important it was to him, but Thackery liked being able to see his subtle changes in expression. And his face in general, but he tried not to mention that, because it sounded kind of mushy. "Did they say why we're here? I wonder why we're here. I hope we're not in trouble. At least I get to see you, though!" So much for keeping mushy to a minimum.

Hearing her name Mitsu looked up to see Xiu, a smile and a wave offered in greeting to the ghoul. "Hi Xiu!" Her papers were mostly in order now. At least she hoped. Shifting her backpack around she started to put everything away.
"What do you think the assembly is about?" Mitsu asked looking to the reaper beside her. That was when she caught sight of the boil Shun had warned her about. He had yet to spot them but there he stood by the door looking rather bored and ready to leave.

"Then why you got a stupid grin on your face?" he quirked an eyebrow before sighing, "Man, they said that all students had to be here. I wonder if I should text Simone and have her come." Just as he said it though, he picked up his phone and started to tap the keys. His ghoulfriend had been busy as far as he knew and he didn't want to bother her.
Avid_Rper18 Hey Babe! Somethings happening p in the assembly, I have a seat saved next to me...or you can sit on my lap? >B3
Ah being the boilfriend of the Lust demon sure had its benefits. At least he knew she would respond back postivitly instead of getting offended by his perversion with her.
"Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan." He sniffed the air as two familier scents him. One of the cat he would always think of as his Ying, regardless that the cat in word was the Tatzelwurm Levi. Another was the weremantis Yin.
Ehhhhhh. he would not draw the attention of that one if he could.

West was on the prowl... for Hunters. He was going to line them up, rip them out of their Halloween suits, and sock them in their smug human faces. But first he had to find some. It was proving harder than he thought it would be. Like this assembly. In opposition to every fiber of his being, he had chosen a seat in the middle of a bunch of students instead of as far away from them as he could get in order to check out suspicious characters and now he was receiving surprise beatings from the tatzel instead. He broke his silence with the jarring, "Watch where yer stickin' that thing!" before quieting down again, arms crossed over his chest. That zombie boil who had rocked the DDD looked like he was going to start a fight there for a second. More of that, please. (( EFFIN INTRO QUOTE ATTACK i won't quote this much anymore i promise ))

What... the... jack, Roch thought, his eyes narrowing on the jackin' stranger that DARED to jackin' LECTURE him about his best friend. His hand fisted, but he didn't summon his guitar. "Listen, kid," he said through gritted teeth-- And then Danny squished and hugged him. "Jack, Danny, shouldn't you be with Rikki?" he asked, shoving her off. He wasn't freezing, so he didn't need a heater right now! And then more and more and more people showed up-- "Lark!" he said with a grin. "Hey! I was gonna come over, I swear, but things have been super hectic lately," he told her, sitting sideways to look at her. "How you been doin?" How the hell did it go from sitting alone to this so quickly??

Tybalt frowned, glaring up at the black cat. True he had been grinning earlier, thanks to egging Ren on like he had, but it had nothing to do with the assembly.
"Just messaging... a friend." He empathized the word 'friend,' tying as much sarcasm to it as he could.
Speaking of which.
The phone rang again, making the black dog slide down into his seat as he read the message. A small attempt to avoid detection, in case a certain gryphon came stomping up the aisle on mission to kill a certain black dog. Which was entirely possible at this point.Danger did not stop him from continuing his foolish game. However, it did make him turn off his ringtone.

Xiu blinked in surprise when Amphi said that Shun looked upset and then, despite herself, the baku couldn't help but grin. How was she supposed to explain that her big brother was just, er, kind of stoic? "That's just his face" was not a valid answer either. Not to the baku, at least.
"He...he looks serious, but he's a nice guy!" Xiu said finally, trying to reassure the mermaid, "He's very dependable." She paused to return Mitsu's wave, and with a little grin, she lowered her voice so that only Amphi could hear her. "And that's his ghoulfriend! She's really nice--I could introduce you two sometime, if you'd like?"
One of Xiu's favourite things to do? Introducing friends to other friends. It was always nice to see the people she cared about getting along with each other...though of course, that didn't always worked out as planned. She had a fair share of friends who didn't like each other...but she supposed that nothing could really be done about that, alas.

It was too late. Ren had already found Tybalt.
"So you had a date with my ghoulfriend did you?" came an ominously loud and dangerous voice from just above the black dog's head, the shadow of a gryphon standing over him falling across the boil, arms folded across Ren's chest.
One could almost see the sparks emitting from Ren's eyes.
"Care to explain?"

Standing at the back where Sura could see him probably wasn't the wisest decision as the Colossus reached out to place a surprisingly light hand on his shoulder. Her tail wrapped around his waist, though it didn't make contact, as she leaned in with a light smile.
"Looking for your next victim of harassment?" she purred, a deep rumble that echoed in her chest. If anything, she may have been a reason for him to turn around and leave.--- Hey! She recognized that tuft of fluffy puppy demon-hair anywhere!
Unfortunately, Tomoko had forgotten the claus about Erebus having two 'twin' brothers, and thus it was unintentionally that the kitsune nearly pounced on the Cerberus boil who was sitting two rows ahead of her with a bright greeting. She hugged Thackery around the shoulders and pipped up brightly;
"Hey you! I haven't seen you..in a..."
Her face said her head and caught up with her eyes and her ears perked up..then down... then she immediately retracted her arms.
"Oh no! I'm so sorry! I thought you were Erebus!" she apologized quickly, seeming completely embarrassed.

It had seemed rather ominous to the dragon when the announcement about an assembly went through the ickycom speakers. An assembly, he wasn't sure he liked the sound of that considering most assemblies seemed to end in or involve things that led to unpleasantries to put it mildly. Then why was he here?
Maybe it was curiosity, or rather a desire to not be caught by surprise again, or maybe he simply wanted answers to all that had happened or anything else that was expected to happen in the near future. It seemed the world had descended into chaos whether they liked it or not.
Shaking his head, Sheridan pushed his thoughts and all the ominous questions from his mind, entering the door to the auditorium and searching for an empty seat.

When Miss Danny appeared out of nowhere almost as if summoned Yin gave her a smile, and did not really mind when she shoved her way in. Things with the purple-haired boil were not going precisely smoothly and she was a welcome addition, even if she was being rather forward by touching his leg. It was Miss Danny alright. "Hello," was all he managed however before someone whacked him on the back. Whirling around in his seat was nigh on impossible with Miss Danny sitting so close to him, but he managed to twist around slightly, and his neck twisted past a normal human's range until he could see Alexander. Before he could address the zomboil he had pulled away, covering his face, and was whimpering. Giving his friend a concerned look he spoke up. "Good morning Alexander. You did not harm me, there is no reason to expect that I would hit you." The zomboil must have been making up things in his own head. And then it was like the ghouls attacked. They seemed to come from everywhere. First Miss Levi and and then a ghoul named Lark. Feeling distinctly uncomfortable he mumbled greetings, actually moving slightly closer to Miss Danny because at least she was a known ghoul, and would not be a risk for him. And also because the boil beside him seemed to be rather angry. "You should not speak to a lady that way," he cautioned. There was no reason for him to yell in such a manner. Everyone Thats what it feels like D:

Angerona looked at her eyephone before entering for the assembly. She looked around with her pupil-less eyes before putting it back into her pocket. "I wonder if there are any students I could sit with?" She said as she began to walk up the bleachers. She had no idea who any of these students were, but she felt like she should get to know at least one before the day would be over. She stopped stopped when she saw a patchwork boil surrounded by other students. She giggled lightly then walked towards him and the others. "Mind if I sit with you?" She asked sweetly before she waved to the others.

Lately this school had not been accommodating her needs. Far too many loud noises. Today's Ickycom announcement had nearly sent her into a frenzy while she was turning in her homework, which could have done awful things to her grade (or the class, for that matter). And nobody had even said they were sorry or gave her candy to fix the terrible music or angry not-candy machines! It seemed that only Rain understood her plights and how to make them better. Shine was more than okay with this - she made her feel a lot more happy on the inside than, say, Hellma did. The amount of happy that Rain made her was probably even longer than ten sets of intestines spread out in a line, and though the ghoul had never seen that in person, it had to be a long way. The amount of happy that Hellma made her feel was shorter than the width of a maggot. These were the things that she considered on her slow trek to the gym, where she sat against the wall, careful to avoid the students that were laughing loudly or moving their arms like trees whipping in the wind. She watched them all without a word, carefully searching for Rain. It was always so easy to find her when she'd been President of the Student Council; now it was a little more challenging. Pity she didn't have fingers built for texting. The other students made such a racket, clicking away messages to their friends. And their more-than-friends. Though she didn't immediately spot her, she didn't succumb to the nagging worries. Rain always found her. Always.

Overhearing the news that there was a 'guest' in the school, as well as a assembly, Astra was only to keen to go and find out what was happening. Though all things considered, she hoped it would be short. She was tired, it was moonday, and considering how she was still recovering from the Christmas festivities, she just wanted to curl up in her bed and sleep.
Flying into the Gym, she looked for a vacant seat, and spying one somewhere in the middle, she nabbed it before anyone else could, settling down to see what was going to happen.

Nuru frowned thoughtfully, tapping his chin with a claw.
"Either way they both look really impressive." He mused while eyeing the one he decided had to be a demon up and down.
"Ah would have guessed a relative of yours honestly." He smirked over his shoulder at Zar before looking back again.
"What do you suppose this is about?" He asked distantly as he tried to study any clues that might be on the faces of those on stage.
