"Me? I'm Andrew Caliu."Once through the portal, he relaxed slightly, pleased that it was still a safe form of travel. Catching the faint smile on his fiancée's expression, he felt better, noting that she was obviously more relaxed. Considering her offer, he was immediately more prone to the latter, having greatly enjoyed going to sleep and waking up beside Rina. "I'd like to stay." he told her, setting down his luggage as he added teasingly, "Who else could help you out of that dress?" Of course, it was nothing like the one she'd worn on her birthday, and he was certain that she could get out of it herself, but he felt that for all her comments of stairs and sappiness he was allowed this topic for a bit of teasing. Flashing a smile, he moved to cross the distance between them, kissing her cheek before correcting himself once he remembered an earlier promise. "Though I should check in with Lyn. I told her that I'd tell her about your reaction to the card immediately when I returned." He knew that it wasn't too late and that the girl would still be awake, and he was fairly confident that his sister would be at home. While his niece wouldn't know the exact time of his return, she had inherited at least one magical trait from her mother; she could sense the vague location of others, though Lyn's was far stronger than Amy's. "You could come, you know. Lyn would be very happy to hear about your reaction personally. And my parents aren't staying in Estucida anymore." The older Caliu's had moved back to a place outside of the veil once their last child had graduated, so he knew that Rina wouldn't need to worry about meeting them so soon.

☁ If I Get LostJust barely managing not to blush at the comment about her dress; this one had a zipper and so his help would not be necessary, though she wasn't about to refuse any sort of... assistance that he would offer. She couldn't really scold him for teasing her, she had spent quite a good amount of team teasing him over flying and stairs and sappiness in the past week, so she didn't comment. Smiling in return as he moved to kiss her cheek, she controlled her expression as he commented about Lyn. This was understandable, family was something to be set first and this she understood, so she gave a small nod to show that she understood. The little girl would surely be glad to see her uncle again after he'd been spirited away for a week after returning home, though she might have been disappointed with his answer. At his offer, she paused a moment. It wouldn't be so bad if his parents wouldn't be there, much less stressful at least, so after a moment she agreed. "Can I change out of this awful thing first?" she asked, glancing down at the dress momentarily. The fabric was nice, but dresses made her uncomfortable. Skirts weren't so bad, she had a few old favourites, but she fully intended to change into pants before departing anywhere.

"Me? I'm Andrew Caliu."Nodding at her request, he told her, "Of course. I'll just check my messages." There had been no need to do so before while they were hovering over Africa, as his very unmagical phone had gitten no service in the area. Making a mental note to pick up a new one now that he would be staying within the veil, he gave her a small smile and hug before letting her go to change, though he would hardly call the dress awful when she was wearing it. Stepping aside, he moved to one of his suitcases, unzipping a pocket to retrive the cell phone.
With the item in hand, he found his way to the living room, dialing in his voicemail code as he took a seat on one of the sofas. He was mildly surprised to have so many unchecked ones, especially when most were from only two of his siblings...Alistar and Adrien. Raising a brow, he sat still as he listened to each message, though not one gave any more direction other than to call back as soon. His missed text messages were no more helpful, though exclamation points were thrown in occasionally. Choosing not ro respond, he went ahead and sent a message to inform Amelia that he would be stopping by.

☁ If I Get LostWith that settled, she flashed a smile before moving towards the room her brother had arranged for her. Not bothering to close the door, he had gone down the stairs and had seen her naked already, she reached back to unzip it. After a few moments of unsuccessful tugging, it eventually gave way and she let it fall in a circle around her ankles. Selecting a pair of faded jeans from the closet and a teal sweater with a small v-neck. Clothing set aside, she dug a pair of canvas sneakers she recognized from her dorm, and she briefly wondered when her brother had had time to break in and steal her favourite shoes. She might debate more if she didn't have someone waiting for her downstairs, so she hurriedly put on a pair of colourful socks followed by the shoes.
Now dressed, she snatched up her phone and wallet containing surface money and tucked them away in pockets before exiting the room and descending the stairs. Finding Andrew exactly where she had expected to find him, on a couch in the living room, she moved to sit on the arm of the chair closest to Andrew. "Any messages?" she asked, curious as to whether anyone had tried to get in contact with him while he was gone. There had been a missed call from a number she didn't recognize, but other than that, there had been nothing of interest on her phone besides a few texts from Cam while he was drunk.

"Me? I'm Andrew Caliu." Looking up as Rina entered the room, he nodded, to show that he'd recieved some messages, though he gave a small shrug as he elborated. "Nothing specific." Whatever had needed to be said could be told to him soon enough, as a reply text from his older sister stated as much. Letting the matter drop, he stood, moving to take her hand as he let her stand from the sofa's arm. With his transporter, they would be at the home quickly enough. Then, after speaking to Amy and Lyn for a bit, he was hopeful that the couple would be able to spend the evening together, relaxing after their trip. "Well, let's go, then." He set his phone back in his pocket, then brought out the small transporter that they would be using. Estucida was already an option on the device, with his old home being the main location.

☁ If I Get LostFeeling no need to worry as it seemed nothing specific had gone wrong during their absence, she relaxed a bit more. She stood a few moments after he did, eyeing the transporter in his hand. Rina didn't really like transporters, she had refused to get one despite everyone's insistence about their convenience, and instead opted to fly everywhere. Unfortunately, she didn't know how to get to Estucida on her own and she knew Andrew still didn't want to fly with her. So, left with no choice, she laced her fingers through his and stepped a bit closer to him {the transporter looked sort of small, and she secretly wondered whether it would be able to teleport them both}, she waited for him to hit to button or whatever it did one did with a transporter for make it work.
