Mitsu watched the baku approach, shuffling free of the Hunters as Xiu unpinned her. Everything was oddly slow now. Unrealistically slow. "I...I'm alright." Mitsu was still looking around taking in the figures around them when Xiu called out for her to look at something.

Cautiously she followed Xiu's voice to where she was standing, her eyes darting to the large skull for a moment. Her attention then went to the circle and dot Xiu wanted her to look at before turning to the baku again. "What is it for?" She looked back again but something was off about the circle. The dot was no longer along the edge but dead in the center. It hadn't been like that before had it? "It's....hmmm." Again Mitsu looked up regarding the scene that had almost slowed to a stop. Her mind was reeling for a moment but slowly she seemed to come to a realization. She remembered what they were going to work on. "Dream....this is...a dream?" She asked almost unsure of what she was saying, her mind still trying to rationalize this strange situation.

"F..focus." Mitsu's voice almost sounded distant as she looked up at the hunters in the area almost frozen in place and Shun in among them fighting them off. She tried to focus, make the hunters go away, but the best she managed was to give Shun back his mobility before the scene started to warp.

"W..what's happening?" She was thinking too much on the fact that it was a dream now and that she had control. Mitsu tried to reign it back in but the image around them immediately shattered throwing them both back into the waking world.

Again Mitsu awoke, eyes groggily opening as she took in the room a bit dazed. The tea left her feeling limp and useless so she continued to relax against the reaper behind her.

"I....heard your voice." She finally said after a moment, tilting her head up to look at Shun.

"Good," Xiu answered, even before she opened her eyes, "Mitsu managed to grasp that she was dreaming pretty quickly!" She opened her eyes then, peering up at Mitsu and Shun with her bright pink eyes. Was that that for today, she wondered, or did Mitsu have enough energy for another go? Constantly getting woken up got pretty tiring after a while.

"Thank you for that," She spoke up abruptly, smiling at the other ghoul, "Your dream helped me test something too. I'm getting better with controlling things, I think." This was also the second time she had banished Caelius from someone's dream. If only she could actually do that in the waking world!

Sighing, she shook her head to rid herself of that silly thought. "How did you feel about that experience?"

Shun looked at the two girls curiously. Xiu had done something to affect Mitsu's dream? Now that he thought about it, she had done something like that in his own awhile back, when his eyes and ears were still recovering. She had made the hunter disappear for him as well, allowing him to regain control of his dream.

For a moment, he embraced the wolf girl a little more tightly, then relaxed, thinking.

"It's good to hear you're making progress already. I know for certain you will improve with practice," he said softly while furrowing his brow as the girl looked like she was in pain, "Are you ok?"

"I..I'm okay," Mitsu tried to reassure pulling her hand away from her head. "It's just a headache." She had slept so long and then the random waking in the middle of deep sleep was just not the easiest to handle.

Resting back against Shun when he embraced her a little more firmly, Mitsu nudged under his chin with the top of her head in a nuzzle. The fact that he had been there when she needed him was comfort enough to make her feel better.

"Thank you, Xiu. For coming over to help." She wasn't sure how well or how long it would take her to improve but she would keep trying on her own. The most difficult part would be realizing it was a dream. Mitsu knew once she was asleep no matter how obscure everything looked it seemed rather real.

Smiling, the baku waved away the thanks. "Don't mention it--you guys know that I'm always willing to help. Please take care of yourself--and each other--okay?" She grinned at Shun then, giving a little shake of her head. "Thank you, aniki. I'll keep that in mind."

Well, time for her to go! It took all her power not to giggle at how adorable the two were, but she managed to exit the room with a graceful smile and a little bow.

...And she spent the whole walk back to the demon dorm grinning.

Nodding to Xiu again, he gave a silent farewell, before turning his attention back to Mitsu. At the mention of the horsemen, Shun couldn't help but frown a bit.

"For now.. it seems that way. I don't know if they're gone for good. I doubt the Hunters could keep them long enough to kill them or worse, but they might be able to contain them at their base. All I know is that.. they've apparently agreed to some sort of truce with the Hunters," he said lowly. He didn't know what this truce entailed exactly. The Reaper also wasn't sure if the Hunters would really keep up with this... truce while it was in effect.

He didn't really trust them.

However, the students were all spared. So he didn't know.

In the silence that followed, Shun looked down at the wolf girl, thinking about the same things as well. When she huddled closer to him, he frowned and wrapped his arms around her a little more tightly. It was a worrisome thing for certain, but he didn't know if there was much they could do about it right now. Perhaps a distraction for the meantime was in order.

It was an important issue, but.. he just didn't know what they could do.

"Hm.. Would you like to watch a movie, perhaps? I could probably find something on the computer. You'll have to help pick it though," he said quietly.
