"Okay...
I swear I've encountered three dragons that aren't interested in attacking me at all. One near Whiterun which I've mention before.
Two today. I just sat and watched a dragon fly about near Lost Valley Redoubt and just now witness a dragon fight a Frost Troll for me.
It swooped down, blasted the troll and is now just flying around me with no signs of it wanting to eat me or anything.
Anyone else encountered this at all? Dragons that don't see to want to harm you.
"

Anyone know if you need to pickpocket the key off of Firebeard in Solitude in order to access the forbidden wing in the Blue Palace? Funny a guy who doesn't believe a 500 year old necromancy site is haunted is suddenly afraid of ghosts.

Yeah, couple have flown over me, circled a bit then flew of. Of course there were some who came back and ambushed me but not all. Plus one flew off in the middle of a fight. They have minds of their own and do what they want, whatever it is a dragon wants.

The rest of Skyrim can just....

All jokes aside, they do act weird sometimes.

"I just asked one of the women who cleaned for it, saying I'd been ask to clean it."

"Not that I mind, I do like watching them fly about."

They often eat Kai's companions when not going after her, so my Bosmer is a bit miffed at the less vicious ones. She can't take anyone anywhere anymore.

There are dragons that are actually one your side in this game. Not all of them are going to want to eat you, and at some point you can learn a shout that will actually summon a dragon to help fight for you.

"Ahahah, my Argonian only needs his Atronach. He won't get confused and accidently hit his companion that way."
-does it way too often then he'd like-

"So I figured.
I only attack a dragon if it attacks me, and not just because I lack a real way to attack long range.
I'm too lazy to learn more destruction spells and I hate switching between things.

Lunar weapons, only seem to work when the moons (Skyrim has more than one?) are out. They seem like rather useless weapons to me. Though I'm keeping the sword 'cause of the pretty green gleam running up and down it.

Edit: I flew! Granted it was (probably) an all powerful godlike figure zoinking me up from their temple literally straight up into the air but flying! I had to go and clear their temple of this evil miasma stuff and retrieve an artifact called Dawnbreaker. The enchantment on it kind of sucks, but it's as good as my Skyforged sword at 23 damage.

The boss dude in the dungeon was a bit rough, swamped me in corrupted shades but I beat them back. He was worse in human form than shade form. I couldn't get too close 'cause he'd do this frost attack that was so unfair and killed me right off. So I just shot him to death.

I'm pretty good at long distance marksmanship now. I don't even need to do the zoom in so much unless I want to hit 'em in a specific area, like the Argonian who tried to have me killed and made me walk up and down the 'friggin north-east coast. So I shot him in the head, twice.

Anyway, it took two shots and I'd downed a few potions increasing marksman damage by 20%, 40% if they stacked which I'm not sure they did. This at level 20 with 47 in Marksman. He's a bit rough, yes, I'd say. But now I have a glowing sword of doom! And have apparently become this godlike power's champion but glowing sword of doom.

Come on.

"Yush, Supi. Glowing Swords of Doom are the best kinds of doom.

Know what's also glowly, but not so doom-y? Underground city, with fluroscent mushrooms and rocks. Oh My Goddd.
I just went to Blackreach for the main quest... it's like it's own underground world of awesome.
I just wandered around it for the past hour and a half. I still need to find 15 more Crimson Nirnroots. Also gotta get that stuff on the Elder Scroll, but yeah.
I still want to know there was one lone giant wandering around....

OMG I'm exploring Blackreach as well, but not as a Main Quest mission. I went down there for the Elder Scroll. I was so excited to find a familiar person...well corpse in Blackreach. I've got to collect just 4 more Crimson Nirnroots. I like how he makes reference to the COC and the quest to find all those damn Nirnroots in OB.

"I have to find the Elder Scroll for the Main Quest. Won't say why though. But I had to stop or I'd be up all night explrong when I should be getting some sleep(I've been staying up past 3am for over a week, and now it's starting to take effect). Hahah, yeah.

And I've run across M'aiq a few times.

That mean's I'll prolly have to go back to Blackreach later then. The quest I'm on is from this mage/scholar who's a bit crazy. He "lives" in this ice cave north of Winterhold, I think its east of the college. There was this GIANT Dwemer cube like thing there, he gave me some other Dwemer stuff and set me off to transcribe the Lexion at Blackreach.

That was the 1st time I've found him.

"He's the same guy who sent me there. So, you won't have to go back."
