Nora smiled lightly and continued playing with her hair as Rissa spoke, but her smile quickly faded when she said something about speaking to a few people and hung up the phone. Nora brought the phone from her ear and looked at it for a moment before mumbling, "She hung up on me..." Nora set her cell phone down on her desk in front of her and stared at it for a moment. She blinked lightly in stupefaction for a short time before saying, "I guess she's busy at work... maybe the military is there already... Barrett better get home soon. Exadi, get me the CCTV cams around the building. I want to see if Rissa's there." On the screen in front of her, several images popped up of the building that the police and military were investigating. Sighing lightly Nora scanned through the cameras until she found Rissa. She zoomed in and saw that she, along with the rest of the police officers were being pushed aside by the military. "Classified intelligence indeed. The sonic bomb probably fried all their circuit boards and hard drives aside from the case. If they can learn anything from that scene they deserve whatever they get." Nora smiled and zoomed the camera in on the military personnel that were looking around the shattered remains of the office. The sonic bomb hadn't done much in the way of physical damage to the office, it just blew out anything made of glass and fried the circuitry of the computers. Sighing, Nora took pictures of the military personnel and had Exadi look them up; she wanted information on the people investigating. She looked at her phone again and decided she'd wait for Rissa to call her back, she knew it wasn't Rissa's fault that she hung up at least.

Ingrid's anger was flaring as a dark aura surronded her hand burning off pieces of her desk before she regained her composure to speak to the man on the phone. She would personally have those who were working for him killed who were giving information on her company. "You have a deal sir. Shall we set up a press conference for our merging? I think if we do it tomorrow it would be ideal...or as long as we do it before the week is out. It will be a historical day here in Steel Port. With the right moves...we'll be looked at as gods to the people" she said to him with a chuckle. Awaiting his answer, she would hang up as soon as he gave her a date.
Rayne smiled at the couple. "Okay cool, I'll go pay for the tab" she said to the two of them as she went to the counter to pay for everything. Returning to the couple she motioned for them to get up. "Okay guys we can go, but I walked here" she said honestly. If they had driven perhaps they would offer a ride, if not she would walk and they could meet her home.

The two of them nodded as she went to pay the tab. Lisa then turned to Remy "She seems pretty nice" She said. Remy kind of wished they had brought a car, "Alright, we didn't bring a car either" Lisa said. Remy looked at Rayne "I hope you don't mind us walking with you, it might make the walk faster" Remy said. After they had gotten outside Lisa looked at Rayne "I hope we haven't inconvenienced you" She said.

Sitting their while listening to Vincent talking about his business she sat their watching him pick up his phone and then, talking about leaving. She just sat their feeling a bit bored and was surprisingly asked to come along. Of course papers were the only things shes been asked to do in the secret Government, but, thinking about it. A change of pace wouldn't hurt. Watching him leave, she finished her cup of coffee and started to slowly get up while grabbing her clothed blade and began to follow him out. Finding herself she saw a nice beaut of a car and slowly came to the other side of the drivers seat. Slowly sitting down as gentle she could she began to close the door and sat there while putting the seat belt in its lock and looked at Vincent after placing her sword behind her. "Lets go."

When he didn't get an immediate reply from Ingrid, Mattias could not help the tiny almost imperceptible smirk coming to his lips. It appeared that his statement about her losing her hold on that irrigation facility had done its job in making Ingrid mad. Thankfully, since he and Ingrid were talking over the phone, she wouldn't be able to see his smirk. Of course, Mattias had little intention of taking over the irrigation facility if he was making his own. He had really been hoping to get Ingrid all shook up about it. He did have informants, but it wasn't like he was going to actually take over Ingrid's facility. He was merely using the information to make his facility better than hers in every way. Besides, he had all the information he needed from those employees, so if Ingrid did have them fired or killed, it matter little to Mattias.
"As long as that point is understood. Then, yes. We do indeed have a deal on this merger." Mattias replied calmly, not letting his amusement with Ingrid's reaction to his earlier statement about the irrigation facility show in his tone. "As for a press conference, I'll take care of setting that all up. No need to worry your pretty little head over those details. I'll call you when I have a date set with the press." That said, Mattias lifted the phone from its hook and placed it back on the hook within two seconds, effectively hanging up on Ingrid before she could protest.
Now that that was over and done with, all Mattias had to do was set up the press conference. Immediately after hanging up on Ingrid, Mattias picked up his telephone once again and dialed the number of one of his reporter contacts in the media...

Rayne looked at Remy and Lisa and smiled. "It's quite alright, I love to walk the city most of the time, even though I do have a car" she said to the couple. As they left the busy of city of Steel Port was carrying on as usual. Rayne still had a gut feeling that Remy was a mutant...Lisa...she didn't know about she would make sure she would report it soon. After a while they had finally reached her place as she took out a card key and swiped them into the lobby. "Don't ask why it's so nice, my parents help me out a little" she said with a smirk. Walking towards the elevator she waited for the couple to get on and pressed the button for the top floor. Once the elevator stopped and opened, Rayne directed them to their front door.
Opening the door, the content of her home was revealed. "Make yourselves at home, I'm going to my room to go get a few books" she said as she left them alone. When she reached her room, she looked through her library as she found several books on Art. She was lucky that she loved to read and covered many subjects or her cover would have been blown. "Okay I'm back" she said as she returned to both Lisa and Remy.

Remy and Lisa were surprised to see the place in which Rayne stayed it was much nicer than the small house they and their roommates rented. The place was large it was surprising only one person lived there. When Rayne left the two of them sat in the living room. Lisa decided to be patient and wait, where as Remy was snoopy and decided to look around the living room a bit. "The place is so nice and clean, its hard to believe someone lives here" He said. Lisa looked at him "Oh calm yourself, I bet she's either really cleanly or she is just busy so she's not here often. Remy was about to look around some more when Rayne came back and he turned to look at her. "You sure have a nice place" Lisa said in a friendly tone "this place must cost a fortune." Remy went back to take a seat as Lisa spoke.
