Sure you are. She muttered, snickering as she grabbed another towel and dropped it on his head. She took one of his hands and made him grab hold of the towel around his middle section, before reaching up and rubbing his hair dry with the other towel. His face was completely covered.
How do you think everyone is doing? She asked casually, as if she wasn't attacking his hair with the towel.

Chuckling, Jericho steadied himself once he was upright all the way. He made sure to secure the towel around his waist before blinking as Riley began to dry his hair with another. At least that was what he assumed she was trying to do here. All he could see were the towel and his hair.
"Not really sure. I mean I hope they're alright. They do have Red and the boogeys there and all."

Riley patted down her best friends hair, rubbed it thoroughly, and then let the towel rest on his shoulders, while she combed the giant fluff that arose from the fluff-dry with her fingers. He looked ridiculous.
Yes. In the end, Red and the staff were there last time to take us all home. It's nice to know that no matter how bad things can be, they're going to at least attempt to get us out of all the trouble we manage. She chuckled, fixing the strands until she was relatively happy with how it looked. Then she dropped her hands and patted him on the shoulder.
All right, let's see. She turned around and picked up the shirt he had been wearing, giving it a look, then a sniff, and pulled away as if burned.
No. Just.. no. I'll find you something, you finish getting dry.
And she was gone to find 'something'.

When she was done, Jericho shook his head a bit to get some of the hair out of his eyes. He also went ahead and tried to brush it out a bit with his own fingers. It would probably need some more actual combing later but it'd do for now.
"Yeah no kidding. They get kinda annoying to deal with but.. I think they really got our backs when it counts," he nodded. They probably wouldn't have gone to fetch the students if that were the case last time, considering the dangers there were with dealing with the small army of hunters.
"Er..ok?"
Blinking, he watched her walk out the room, slightly worried about what she was going to drudge up for him to wear.

When she returned with a white t-shirt and a pair of stretchy workout pants, she stopped and glared at him for a moment.
You messed it up.
She threw the clothing at him, and reached back up to fix his hair again. I had it just right.. The low mumble was hard to hear, even in the mind, as if she was mostly thinking to herself, until - There. Now, those should fit you, the shirt might be tight around the shoulders but the pants are stretchy, they'll adjust.
She waved a finger at him. And don't muss your hair. At least, not until you're out of my sight.

Catching the clothes, Jericho was fairly relieved that she didn't do something ridiculous like try to give him a dress to wear. About to put them on, he paused as Riley seemed discontent with what he had done with his hair.
"What?" he asked with a quirked brow.
A part of him wondered what it was with girls and playing with hair. Lizzy was pretty insistent that one time to braid it.
"Oh fiiiiine."
Shaking his head, he went on to carefully try to get the pants on first. It wasn't an easy task, but he managed somehow. They were a snug fit being stretchy and all; not really something he'd wear normally but it was something. The shirt was also a bit tight, especially since he had his wings to deal with. They also magically worked.

It was funny, how clothing magically worked like that.
Okay. Are you ready to head back, or do you need to rest after all that hard work in there? Her voice sounded like she was trying not to laugh as she said it - it sounded just a touch too serious.

Once he had everything on, Jericho let out a breath and nodded to her slowly.
"No, I'm fine. Um... Ready when you are?" he said. The dragon looked around to see if he could spot a mirror. Riley sounded like she was trying to cover up something funny. What the jack did she do with his hair?

Nodding, she hooked herself under his arm, propped him up against her, and practically carried him out of her dorm. She knew exactly how difficult this kind of movement was with injury, and how important it was to concentrate and make sure every step was sure, so she refrained from attempting conversation while she brought him back this time, save for one single quip in mid-journey.
You smell a lot better, now.

Jericho was rather grateful he had Riley as a friend. She looked out for him and she was someone he could rely on without a problem. This showed as she helped him get back to his room without a hitch. Though, the comment she gave had him laugh with amusement.
"Well I'd hope so! Unless you decided to throw dung scented soap at me back there," he said with a raised brow.

Yes. Because I own dung scented soap. Her voice returned to deadpan as she opened his door, and helped him inside. I like to keep it around for just such an occasion. She pinched his side, and brought him back to the seat where she'd found him, gently settling him down. Then she bent forward to crouch in front of him, her hands resting on his unhurt knee.
Better?

"Hey! You never knoooow," grinned Jericho before he eased onto the cot where he had been before Riley stopped by. Relaxing himself some, he looked over towards her and nodded. Aside from getting cleaned up, he was able to be out and about sort of. It was nice to get out of his bed and whatnot.
"Yeah, quite a bit. Thanks Riley," he said while patting her lightly on the hands.

Satisfied with the answer, she stood back up, and reached down to give him a hug.
Good. Someone needs to take care of you, after all. She whispered, and let him go, sliding the (admittedly now cold) plate of food over. I'll come back often. You'll get sick of me. You will be surprised at how little I will care. She adjusted one hair that had gotten out of place, before patting his shoulder.
Eat. And don't go out running without me.

As she hugged him, Jericho returned the gesture, bringing a wing up to wrap around her lightly as well. When she pulled back, he looked over at the plate of food and held onto it. The burgers were cold now but that was a pretty easy fix on his part. It was nothing a quick little torch couldn't handle.
"Get sick of you? That's unlikely. But alright. I'll see you around then," he smiled.

Her returning smile was soft, genuine, and affectionate. She pressed the backs of her fingers against his cheek, and moved away to walk out of his door.
