First, it was about the difference between musical instruments and art mediums, and then he introduced himself to the girl who had come in. When he asked about their powers, Hiroki was caught off guard and for a second, heard him say something about Indian Black Ink before he resealed his mind, a bit annoyed with himself. "I'd rather not talk about my power. I'm not proud of it all at." As he spoke, he had gotten up and moved around, as if mindlessly searching the room to explore. But, he found what he was looking for and picked it up, going over to the man hand holding it with his two first fingers and thumb. "Telepathy. Don't worry. I won't use it at all. Kaoru was surprised by the fact that Hiroki had telepathy. Now he had to refrain from thinking illicit thoughts. Not that he had any in the first place. However he was thankful that she was able to find the ink he so needed. "Thank you. Just what I was looking for. Your powers aren't so bad. Involuntarily they may be a hassle, but at least you can see people without their mask." An how sad am pathetic they at times. Kaoru unconsciously thought to and about himself hinting at something deeper in his past. "There is actually a student in the magics and weaponry department who has telepathy. However he uses it for communication. He can't speak physically however... His name is Basil I think; he's a bit aggressive though." It was hard for Kaoru to describe this person in a positive. "Well he's named after a type of flower."
Kaoru took the Black Ink and waited by the office's entrance. He posed a question, so it would have been rude for him leave before everyone else gave an answer, or either ignored the question. (The question that hung in the air; What are your special abilities.) Twirling the brush between two fingers that created a soft repetitious tapping noise as the brush collided against both the bottom and sealed cap of bottle of ink. The noise was soft however if there was even a bit of silence the sound would become slightly annoying. Luckily there tends to always be music in the background.

Sai greeted the new comer. The class is getting a little busier now with 5 people present.
A moment later, Ichinose asked a question of what the class's abilities were.
Sai was fascinated by everyone's gifted abilities and listened with interest.

He was disappointed in unable to hear Gamzee's abilities.
He then had heard Sai just said how she was gifted with the ability to control air density and said it was pretty useless, though Naruse agreed with Sai with a slight nod.
Naruse had heard everyone's ability but Kaoru's. And since he was curious, Naruse asked him.
"Ah! Kaoru-san! What about your ability? You seened to have never mentioned it..."

Vague? Kaoru didn't really understand Sai's power to much extend, if any at all. The word 'Air' in her power threw off his connotation density manipulation. He pondered how it could be applied, but it was useless and of no avail. Without further clarification, he could no get a clearer grasp on it. "Umm, Sai? Can you elaborate a bit please? I don't really understand it." He threw the phrase, "Not all teachers are perfect," in order to gain some sympathy. "And don't worry. Not all abilities are as useful as the next, but they are what make you unique. So don't underestimate it." Thought I can't estimate it period...
Kaoru listened as Naruse followed up with his ability. "Ah. The ability to see the unseen forces, huh; well youkai anyway. A remarkable gift outside of Fuyu." Kaoru stopped tapping his brush, and smiled at the small gathering. "However at Fuyu, is doesn't serve much purpose. Most spirits, entities, etc, take form and fit in like normal students or want to be seen." However true the statement may be, Kaoru only pointed that out in order to not foreshadow Sai's ability or show favoritism. "By the way Gamzee, A youkai is like a spirit or monster. Essentially an apparition, or ghost but considering I can't see them unless they want to be seen, Naruse could better answer this."
"Oh-oh. As always the students always redirect the question at the teacher. Luckily for you I can demonstrate it." Kaoru placed the bottle of ink on the floor next to him, with the brush laying adjacent to it. He reached for the two of the crystal balls that hung from his hair as accessories. "My ability is Blood Govern, or so I call it; the manipulation of blood. However I can only freely control my blood." Kaoru shattered the fragile spheres against his palms, the shattered pieces dull and harmless segmented into harmless pieces. In both of his hands a free floating formless cluster of purple liquid levitated in the air. "This is doubled-edged sword." Kaoru had already used three out of five of his backup supply, and had to be careful at this point. The floating patches of blob flowed with the movements of his hands, conjoining into the size of a large soft ball when he brought his hands together. Kaoru adjust his fingers and moved them to the contour the shape of the enigmatic mass. His hands stretched further and further apart as the cluster of blood started molding to the shape of a rose. Expanding and thinning out, capturing pockets of air into miniscule pockets to decrease the density and lessen the weight Kaoru had to control. When Kaoru was done, the purple rose was about the size of an standard sports car's tire. He held it up with on finger and spun in the air with his free hand. "Like it?" After the rose was complete, he morphed the blood into various forms like swords, and his family's crest, odd shapes and many more, then concluded with a rose again, his personal favorite.
Kaoru actually hated showing off his ability. In society blood carries a negative image in the minds of many. Followed by the fact his blood wasn't a normal color as well, so that carried some misconception of it. It's not something someone wants to touch, and many find it disgusting. The only usefulness it receives praise for is on the battle field. We're none can admire its' beauty and grace, well the way Kaoru uses it. He'd rather have the ability to materialize or solidify water into ice, so that others would appreciate its' aesthetic appeal.

As Kaoru explained his ability to manipulate blood, Naruse was quite fascinated in what he was observing.
Naruse was shocked on how the blood had turned into a spear-like sword.
"Well," he directed to Kaoru. "I think your ability is pretty neat since I come from a normal neighborhood and all. I hope you just realized that nobody can do such a thing where I lived."
Naruse slightly looked away from eye contact and silently sighed for remembering about his life before Fuyu Academy.
"A-Anyway... What about you Emily? What's your ability?"
He remembered also that Hiroki said he was "not proud of his power".
"Well.. uhm. Hiroki-san. I really don't think much of us is proud of our abilities or power considering I can see youkai which is completely useless and only harms me even more."

Gamzee got distracted by the teacher's purple blood rose, that was surely a remarkable power but that's not what got gamzee's attention. The thing of the teacher that stolen gamzee's attention most was that the teacher's blood was purple too. "woa bro you're an indigo blood too" gamzee said to the teacher. He thaught that it was just him and the rest of the subjugulaters that only had indigo blood, and gamzee was very surprised to see that here concidering this was the human world.

Gamzee looked back at Naruse a bit confused 'what does he mean is that normal?' "Well ya it's not like i'm a mutant blood" 'why was naruse so confused about purple blood? Is that color not common here? Maybe green or blue is more common amongst the humans or what did humans even have color in their blood? Maybe it's a rainbow. That would be some sort of miricle.'
