Call it paranoia.
Call it madness.
Call it funhouse mirrors.
Whatever it was Jude was pretty much sure the mirrors were mocking him and becoming progressively more baby-faced just to unnerve him. When ended up at another dead end the faces seemed to sneer at him.
Idiot. Useless. Good-for-nothing.
The young man punched the mirror where his face was causing him to snarl in pain before he turned and stomped off again trying to find a way out. He hated this place already.
Yom uttered a small concerned sound which Jude promptly ignored as his hand throbbed in pain.

He tried to ignore the mirrors just looking at the floor, however, it made matters worse as he got even more lost and ended up going in a bit of a circle. When he looked up again his own face stared back and sneered as if amused at his predicament.
...
Whatever. They could all go to hell.
'Don't let it trick you, Jude. You're better than that.' Yom tried to remind him. She was trying to be supportive but she might as well have been talking to a brick wall.
Jude kept moving refusing to stay still.

He got distracted for a moment as he thought he saw one of 'the faces' that he did not consider his own grin at him in a mischievous manner. It cost him his focus and made him disoriented and lost again.
Jude growled and moved on.

After a bit he turned his brain off and just wandered trying not to pay much heed to his reflections.
He finally got to the next section it did little to lessen his woes about the whole situation. He looked around as he stood at the threshold of the 'new world' he was about to go through and then started to move forward. He was still unnerved and just a bit angry but at least he was getting somewhere - he hoped.
Yom let out a small happy sound trying to get his attention so she could congratulate him but it seemed as if her voice went 'unheard' making her sulk a little bit. Truly all her host needs is a hug then he'd be over this little grumpy streak he's in.

Everything seemed fine as he walked around that is until he stumbled into the strange reflective table and stubbed his toe. Jude uttered a loud curse and hopped about in a comical fashion as he waited for the pain to go down. He paid no mind to the wobbling vase as he hurriedly limped away from the scene denying the clumsy scene ever took place.
It was no different then stubbing his toe on the coffee table at home.

Jude vs. Table part two.
The young man found himself bonking against a table once more causing him to yelp and stumble back a bit as he watched the vase wibble and wobble about as if drunk on something. The young man glared at the offending objects before he moved on.
That had better have been a different table. Or else.

As he walked along things started to look oddly familiar though he wasn't sure how he could tell but long story short he ended up at the first section again.
...His eye twitched as he continued on to try and figure out his way back to the section he was last in.

One of the mirror images was laughing at his predicament he was sure of it. Though it was probably just him walking along that somehow made the image seem as if he was laughing either way he turned toward it the image, "What the ******** you laughing at!?" He snarled and suddenly punched it.
It seemed that Jude needed some anger management.
Yom flinched at his reaction but said nothing.

His anger and frustration made him a bit easier to confuse as he walked about in a circle. Still the Hunter refused to stop walking as he kept moving on trying to ignore the lack of progress he was making.

After seeming eons of being lost he found his way back to the next section. The young man let out a small sigh, "Finally."
Yom let out a small chuckle, 'Don't be ssso hard on yourssself.'

Jude had to stop when he happened upon a mirror toilet. This perplexed him to the utmost. He stared at it for a long moment and the longer he stared at it...He swore it started to sing at him.
'IT'S NOW OR NEVER
YOU CAN'T HOLD IT FOREVER!!!'
"I think you're sorely mistaken, Toilet." He mumbled as he turned to carry on refusing to ponder this strange object for any longer than he had to.

Jude kept walking trying to end up somewhere new only to end up where he was before. He groaned softly and attempted to pick a direction that looked a little more unfamiliar - it was difficult when everything looked the same.

The lost feeling set in worse than before. It was hard to tell where the mirrors and gaps were.
