West scratched at his cheek as the lights came on, most of the discomfort from the previous room and the attic hub forgotten, or at least temporarily stored away in his rage vault for later access. He tugged at his scarf, pulling at it until it was in his hands instead of clinging to his neck, and stuffed it into his bag. There was another scarf-cape taking up space in there, so he yanked it out and passed it off to Savior.

In response to Levi's beckoning, West shrugged and followed her over. "A trip? I'm not trippin' over nothin'." He looked out over the rest of the room, or at least the portion he could see. "Why'd we have t'be careful?" he pondered out loud. "Looks like a normal floor."

As West handed Savior some weird kind of red thing she looked at it for a moment before tilting her head sideways. She took it from him none the less and glanced around at the others, wondering exactly what use it could be. The others all had theirs around their necks on their heads, so maybe it was some kind of cover? It seemed like a moot point, it was so very nice and warm in the room, though with the lights on her eyes hurt. They'd adjust over time, much like everything else, and the Marrowstripe looked down once again at the cloth in her hands.

"Hmmmm." The others could talk for now about what they wanted to do, but Savior was going to try and put on whatever it was West had given her. Obviously it was to be important since everyone else was wearing one too and the monster looked it over a few times before getting an idea. She quickly shed the scraps that were posing as her clothing, uncaring if anyone happened to turn and watch, and she did her best to wrap the scarf about her frame in the same manner the pieces from before had been. There was nothing really to hold it in place on her but thankfully the rough texture of her sandpaper-like skin clung to the fabric and kept it from moving. "There. Klose."

Now properly dressed (?), Savior moved over to the side of her friends, absolutely loving the hotter it got inside the room. She'd take the chances of melting over that horrible sensation she barely remembered. "Wut naos."

West sighed. He didn't want to stick together. He wanted to go sprinting into the steam looking for things to kill. Wasn't that what one did on Amityville field trips? Yes. Yes, it was.

"Sure, yeah, whatever," he agreed, turning his attention to Savior's new outfit. Not quite what he'd had in mind when he handed the thing to her, but it was certainly an interesting choice. "Nice," he said with a bit of a smirk. West really liked her much better when she wasn't threatening his life. He rubbed the back of his hand across his forehead, his brows turning down when he touched Headbutt Central. Was he going to bruise? That would suck.

"So let's get goin'."

"Caaape." Savior rumbled with delight at the compliment, or what she took as a compliment, and stepped after Holly onto the square. She missed the bit about being killed, seeing as she didn't remember anything at all about that particular event, but at the very least she was paying attention now. The mood with everyone seemed a mixture of uneasiness and joy? She could laugh if she wanted but it didn't seem appropriate to do so.

It was getting hotter and hotter and the Marrowstripe was loving every minute of it. "Like hot. Hot home. No fog. Okis, see youse." Was she supposed to follow Holly or go a different way? Was this a game? It was confusing but Savior played along, turning to go down row F to column 6.

Good. It seemed everyone was moving. West followed them, listening to the ghouls talk. He managed to mostly ignore Holly's mention of her death, but the slight feeling of dread it brought back to him made his first steps past the sign that much more cautious. He also took note of Savior's mention of her home. She lived where it was hot? He hadn't known. In fact, he realized then that he didn't know much about the Marrowstripe at all, or at least he hadn't before this trip. Now he knew she was afraid of zombies and lived in a hot place. Well, it was something at least.

West stood there, waiting for something to happen.

As the ground beneath her feet swayed, so did Savior. This whole 'staying balanced' thing was growing on her and she moved her hands slightly to the side to prevent herself from falling down. She had vague memories of her face contacting with the ground earlier in the day but most of those images and sensations were already vanishing, not really a huge loss. With the strangle rumbling passed and the air getting no colder, Savior decided she should head off.

"This way." She turned and grabbed at someone's arm, probably West, and headed in the opposite direction of the other two ghouls.

Fitzy phased back in and found himself staring at one of the flesh creatures he had already somewhat acquainted himself with in the attic! He was in a new room, one he had not seen before.
It was quite foggy, and he had some trouble seeing the ghoul, but yes, it was definitely the one that had been screaming her lungs out in the attic.
Great.
Well, it was now or never, right? Time to get this flesh-bag out of his house!
"Hey you!" He cried, his voice still high and whiney as ever. "Why don't you get out of here. I'm sick of you!"

The little boo watched as she didn't leave. Well, that didn't work! Maybe he had to be a little louder?
"I SAID GO AWAY!" He cried, looking at her claws through the murkiness. Those looked sharp...and dangerous....
If he could have pee'd himself, he might've been doing that just now.
