Sorain crouches down low and slowly reaches out forward, nudging the door open gently just enough to take a peak through and hopefully avoid detection. As he gained his first view of the hall the first thing he spots is the two guards, instantly causing him to retreat behind the door momentarily before daring to look again. By now he has gained enough composure to curse himself for not grabbing something sharp from the room to potentially use as a weapon, but at the time he hadn't considered that there would be others, all he was concerned with was getting out of that room as fast as possible.
Strangely he didn't fear the guards, in fact what he feared more was himself. Recent memories of the lab girls life force fading away in his hands were already haunting him. Raising his hand to chest level, Sorain's hands began forming seals that he couldn't remember learning, but some how he knew the outcome. Under his breath he whispers, 'Byakugan'
It the only way through them he could think of that might avoid a direct conflict that could turn to something more brutal. Despite not yet knowing himself, he was none the less shocked at the levels of violence he was capable of. In truth, there was more at work inside his mind than pure self preservation. That woman, as well as the dogs she called in where dispatched with no mercy, not that he owed any of them a god damned thing. Still though, somewhere inside, if only just a little, this Sorain who'd had not yet gained his full memory of past trauma and who'd also not yet faced the world at large, he was for now still an innate good and when presented with conscious choice opted in this case to continue forward as non lethal as he could safely manage.
"Thirty Two Palms - Strike!" his voice cairred through the hall as he rapidly launched a flurry of thirty to strike aimed at the guard on the left with the intent of incapacitating him long enough to twist himself into position to be ready for the anticipating retaliation from the guard on the right and counter into a grapple that he could hopefully use guard twos body as a shield to continue forward down the hall. 'Hopefully they have some sort of loyalty for their boy here'

Sai returned his dagger to it's sheath, his eyes watching Juugo's return from a distance, he had spotted the boy quite the ways out. "Yeah, definitely not a memory to be fond of but I'll tell you what, kiddo..." The man gave a curt nod in the direction of Juugo, who had just now began approaching them with a wave. "It's better this way. Some people are broken, most are killed and the worst... well let's just say some of us spend years being tortured in the name of training."
Grinning he rose up a moment after Haikyo, grunting at the exertion. It was still strange having to acknowledge his age. Despite the rejuvenative qualities of his clan that kept him young and spry, it was not perfect and so the wear and tear of his life choices were beginning to bear their fangs. "Perhaps you should find yourself a mirror, it's not an expression. Anyways, Juugo tell us where we are headed so we can take the mistress' belongings there." Grabbing at the rest of the luggage so there was nothing left for Juugo to carry, he awaited for the directions wondering just how grand of a complex Nisha had picked out for them.
However as the trio began to move the wail of an alarm could be heard in the short distance causing Sai's attention to snap to it. "Change of plans... Juugo, take this and head straight to Nisha with Haikyo. Secure the base and await further orders. Assume anyone who approaches the base directly to be an unfriendly." He commanded, placing the luggage down at the boy's feet before outstretching a hand for one of the communication bugs. Once he was certain his orders would be fulfilled he would turn to run down a side street and disappear into the crowd of confused but unalarmed civilians. 'They're getting too used to these types of scenarios...' He noted.

Shock would be the first of the emotions to ripple through the hallway. People would freeze in their actions, some sooner than others but all eyes would eventually be placed on the seemingly crazed patient that held a guard captive. Confusion and surprise would show on their faces, the strangeness of the scene too much for their mundane lives to comprehend the severity of he situation.
To these people such outrageousness was for the outside world, beyond the walls of a common clinic with common people that had common colds as the worst of their issues. But here it was, the insanity of the outside world confronting them like a cold slap and as it donned on them that the security that was meant to protect them, the measly two guards that happened to be the only ones they ever needed until now, were the very same guards that were currently endanger. Finally a scream of fear echoed out from some where down the hall and panic took hold of the civilian's hearts. Most dashed into nearby rooms, several dropped to the ground in immediate submission, while a few simply stood there frozen in fear.
Sorain would be able to see, once he took a step forward, that he was had exited what had been an "Authorized Personnel Only" stairwell. Just to his right, against the wall nearest to him was the receptionist desk for the building and just beyond it stood a double glass door entrance. There were no guards but he could see several patients and doctors were running away. The street beyond had a busy crowd of people that were backing away from the clinic, obviously confused by the commotion, it would be moments before an high pitched wail of an alarm began going off from within the clinic.
As the first guard fell with great ease he began to wonder, then after effortlessly countering the second guards attack and landing him into a secure head lock he suspected it even more, but it was when he gazed out upon the faces and expressions of the rest of the lab workers here he became absolutely sure of it. These were civilians. Civilians who seemed to just as surprised to see him as he was to see them some of which even resort to fleeing from the hallway out into the busy streets. Sorain's eyes darted around the room in search of danger but there was none, he couldn't spot a single one of them approaching him in any aggressive way. It relieved him that he had opted to take the guards down lightly, but it turned his stomach to think that the first woman he'd seen had suffered a far worse fate.
He quickly turns the guard into a downward slam sending him into the ground, he takes a moment to search him for anything of use, particularly looking for anything that could be used as a weapon, or at the very least some sort of I.D that might give him a clue as to where he was. He didn't stop searching until the alarm went off, waking him up to reality. Even if the people stationed in this facility were of no immediate threat to him, he was here for a reason, and because he couldn't remember coming here himself he could only assume that he was brought here, that someone must have been able to subdue him and erase his memory, how else could have woken up in this place with no concrete memories save for sporadic visions of places, people, and events that he didn't yet recognize.
There would be time for answers later. Sorain releases his hold over the guard and lunges for the reception desk, clearing it in a breeze before darting past anyone that still remained in the building, finally being able to see the light of day within his reach. He didn't care about the guars or the personal, he didn't care about the alarm or anything like that at this point, he didn't even care that he was borderline naked. All he wanted was out.

As Juugou returned, Haikyo got to his feet to meet him with Sai rising a few seconds after. The pink-haired man was telling the Yomi to find himself a mirror before turning his attention to the young medic and asked where they were headed. "The location should be a fifteen to twenty minute walk from here to the safe house. I have a handful of bugs marking the way there."
As Juugou spoke Haikyo hoisted up most of their luggage in his arms, seemingly not bothered with the weight of it all, while Sai carried the rest. The Aburame had known how strong Haikyo was from experiencing the man's strength first-hand shortly after their first meeting. It was only reasonable that after all this time he had only gotten stronger. However just before the trio began to move an alarm began to blare nearby. Sai immediately called a change of plans, putting the remaining down at Juugou's feet and instructing them to go straight to Nisha's location. They were to make sure the base was secure and wait for further instructions, while assuming anyone that approached the new base was an enemy. After saying his piece the pink-haired man held out his hand to the Aburame expectantly. It took Juugou a moment to realize what he was asking for. "Right away!" he said, weaving a new set of seals and another resonating insect emerged from the back of his hand. It flew up to his ear to pair itself to the first one before flying into Sai's hand.
Juugou quickly gathered the luggage and began to walk away from Sai and towards the base, making sure Haikyo was following closely. After they had gotten some distance away the Yomi had brought up hat he and Sai were talking about Aren just before he had gotten back from his scouting, thanking the medic yet again for saving him from the ordeal in the crumbling Trial Room. "Don't sweat it." replied Juugou bashfully, "I know you would've done everything in your power to get me out of there if our positions were swapped. As far as what i managed to get done there.... not much. Someone had made the city go on lockdown shortly after i had been detained by a guard at the gate, so by the time i left the gate house the city guards were rounding people up. I was one of the last ones to get thrown into the Citadel the first night." He paused, reflecting on his short adventure in the city with a somewhat nostalgic smile. "When the execution was thwarted i managed to escape the Lifeless, meeting up with Nisha and some other character i can't recall. It all happened so fast. We were trying to jump a gap to get to a tunnel. The random guy jumped first but he slipped and was hanging on. One of the priests ran past me and jumped as well and failed, but managed to latch on to the guy. I jumped and made it across, but i was physically weak so i couldn't help the guy up. Then Nisha jumped and she fell into the pit... I thought she was dead, and was scared of falling in if i tried to save the other guy so i left him hanging and walked away." Juugou said this last part with every ounce of guilt and shame he felt at that moment weighing down his words. "As a medic other are supposed to come before me but at that point in time i betrayed my code. You can only imagine how i felt finding out Nisha was alive and having to ride in a carriage with her all the way from Aren... but on a lighter note there were two big successes. The first and main one was being able to save your life, and the second i will show you once we get ourselves situated."
By now they had nearly covered most of the distance. As they got to the next corner the last of his insects descended from the side of a building on the right and landed on the collar of his cloak. The Aburame turned in that direction and saw Nisha walking around the perimeter of what he assumed was the building she had bought. It was literally the opposite of what Sai had requested. While it wasn't completely a wreck there were overgrown bushes and vines all over the place and the exterior definitely needed s makeover. Juugou shuddered thinking about the state of the interior, but left it alone. They had work to do. He called over to Nisha in order to get her attention and inform her of their new directives. "By the way, where's the front door? My arms are starting to cramp up from carrying so much at once." grunted Juugou.

Haikyo listened to the words that Sai stated, and when the man nodded toward Juugou, it all sort of sank in. Even if Haikyo would be tortured and his body broken--he would withstand it. He would make sure that innocent people...kind people...like Juugou, would not have to bear that burden.
"I will not let him be destroyed by this world." He stated simply.
As Sai rose, the man seemed to cramp, grunting with the effort of it all. It was odd to see him this way, when he had seen how he acted in battle. It was as is that was the only place Sai was truly alive. He was in his prime--young, spry, deadly--and then when the battle ended, the man's age was the true enemy. How old, he wondered, was Sai, truly?
As he was wondering all of this, Juugou had returned, and Sai questioned them about the location of Nisha's safehouse. The boy was about to explain it all, when suddenly an alarm blared through the streets--not far from their location. Sai seemed troubled by it--immediately wanting to investigate. Haikyo wanted to come, but he knew he could not. He had most of the luggage in his arms, and they needed to set up their base of operations. Sai would need to take this one on alone.
Juugou carried the few bags that Sai had left, while Haikyo hauled the trunk, one arm wrapped around it as it perched on his shoulder, and a handful of bags dangling from the other mitt. It was nice, as they headed toward the base, to speak with Juugou one on one, once again. "You're right." Haikyo stated with a grin. "I would have done everything in my power to get you out of there. As long as you keep an eye on my back, too, I'll always have yours. Deal?" He stated, with the same childish grin. He felt almost like he could be a young boy when he was around Juugou.
The last few months...the torture, the suffering...he was not a boy anymore.
When Juugou finished telling his tale, Haikyo shook his head, and stopped them, mid stride, holding his thick arm out for Juugou to walk into and stop as well. Haikyo looked down at the boy as they stood there in the street and he shook his head. "The man who puts all before himself dies before he can save a single soul. If you live--you will have time to save another. You are always the first, and foremost important soul on the battlefield. Remember that. My mother was a medic--the best I have ever seen. And that was something she lived by. It is not selfish to live--it is foolish to throw your life away." Haikyo stated, dropping his arm and smiling fondly at Juugou, as to not seem so stern. "As for what you have to show me, I am excited. I have much to show you as well." Haikyo stated with a grin.
Haikyo rounded the corner that indicated the home in which Nisha had picked and as he walked toward it, he bit his lip nervously. "I hope we can find the materials we need to fix this thing up." Haikyo stated as he looked the building up and down. Then, as Juugou proclaimed that his arms were cramping up from carrying the few bags he had, Haikyo burst into laughter, dropping the trunk down beside him with a thunderous whump and clapping Juugou on the back. "You're funny, Juugou." He stated, continuing for a moment to chuckle as he picked the trunk back up and awaited Nisha's instruction or tour of the complex.
"We have to set up a perimeter after we have situated ourselves. Sai seemed worried. If anyone is coming for us, we have to be ready for it." He stated, nodding to the other two.

While waiting on a reply from the team, Nisha began walking around the grounds of the building, she was still in her disguise as Minami Hitomi as she walks the property, as she was talking with the agent Nisha had talked the agent into making a request that would hire some people, whether it be some random workers, low level genin, or getting some mercenaries to clean and clear the property before she would begin repairing the building which would also technical be a job for the city itself as well, Nisha smiled to herself as she wondered the grounds of the property one last time checking to see what would needed to be done, and knowing she would be able to use those coming requests in order to recoup her losses, it was just a case of her being ready to turn it in later, as she passed some though some over growth and was hidden she let her hair return to its green colour and her eyes match.
The warehouse that Nisha had gotten was off the main road of Tanzaku City, and a little hidden within some of the back streets, it was one of the few buildings that had a section of land around it which was overgrown and messy, and wasn't tightly packed together with the other buildings around it, looking at it from a design point this was if anything dangerous was put into the warehouse, it wouldn't cause troubles to the other building around it, but due to that and no one taking care of it had lead to it being very overgrown now, and the building itself was now in disrepair not falling apart but needed work, the building itself was also rather large it was a rectangular building roughly twenty meters on one side along the road and ten meters on the other side, it had a second story however it was a little smaller then the bottom floor only covering eightish meters across, and roughly fifteen meters in length, and a deck on the five meters of what seemed to be the roof of the first floor, that seems to have been overgrown.
After making her way back to the road she waited outside for the others she had opened the door of the office part of the building, along the length of the building on what would be the warehouse part, was a few sections that could be opened in order to make it easiest to load things into the warehouse part of the building, or if sectioned off turned into different storage units or stores with the right modifications, Nisha had left those closed, but was standing at one end of the building near a door she had opened causing a bunch of dust to flood out as she peeked inside. Hearing a exhausted or tired Juugou as he called out about his arms beginning to cramp, followed by the laughter of Haikyo, as she turned to the sound she didn't see Sai which confused her, but that was likely he had gone to do something and sent them ahead to setup.
With a hop Nisha made her way other to the others, a little embarrassed about actions before with Haikyo she would need to say sorry, but before that they should head inside and make sure the surrounding was safe. "Hey you guy come inside, this is the place what do you think, I know I know not the best, but it should work fine with some work". Nisha said as she bounced over and helped with the luggage walking with them towards the building, dust floored out of the building again as she opened the door and headed inside coughing a little as she did so.
Once inside the office part of the warehouse, it was a simple room with some counters set up around the room this seemed to have been the main office when the building was in use, looking like a small goods storeroom at the moment, with three doors around the room, the largest set of doors leading into the larger open warehouse part of the main building, and another into another room that seemed to be a break room from when this place was active, an had a set of stairs leading up, into the housing for the building, and another set of large doors that opened onto the backyard of the property, and the last door in the first room had a set of stairs leading down into the basement of the building.

I might do a simple floor plan so this is easier to follow
Sai stood frozen at the front of the a crowd that had formed outside the clinic. A man had just darted out of the clinic wearing nothing but a medical gown to cover his body, he had paused momentarily and had a look of consternation on his face... and it was that face that gave Sai pause. That was a moment already too long as guards could be seen making their way out of the clinic and it would be just another few moments before more shinobi managed to make it to the scene. "Tch.." Dashing forward, he grabbed the man by the arm and pulled him into a solid blow to the head that would render him unconscious, his body slumping to the ground with only Sai's grip to keep him suspended.
With a grunt, he lifted the man to his shoulder, taking care to keep the gown closed as he did. "Hey! That man needs to be hospitalized immediately, put him down!" The voice had been called out from behind Sai, he assumed it was either a guard or a doctor from the clinic but he never turned to find out. Casually he raised a folded headband with the leaf insignia on it from his pocket and held it for display, "This man is being arrested and taken to the Konoha for interrogation for involvement in a mass crime wave in this city, he was a lead gangster that we have been hunting down for the last seven months. If you have issue with this, take it up with the Hokage or Daiyamo.." He grunted the response from over his shoulder before walking into the crowd and turning down the first alleyway possible to break line of sight.
Immediately he broke into a headlong run, raising his free hand to the communication bug that hung from his earlobe as an earring. "Juugo, do you copy? Give me the location of the safe house. Also, I need you to prepare all your gear immediately. Medical supplies, traveling supplies and combat supplies for a three man cell needs to be packed and ready to go twenty minutes ago. I will be there in less then five. Over." Once the information had been relayed back to him, the man would take to the rooftops. It would be riskier, by now other shinobi would have arrived to the scene and would be notified of his actions and would be looking for him, but it was certainly faster than taking back streets. Leaping from roof to roof, propelling himself over the vast distances that were the streets below, he tried to make sense of the situation... but it didn't make sense, none of it and he couldn't put it together in the slightest.
Growling in frustration, he landed on the roof of a building that stood across from the safe house. Dropping down to the street below with a heavy grunt, he glanced around to make note of any who were paying attention before crossing the road to the safe house and depositing the man's body just besides the door. He propped him up so it looked as though he was simply sitting, waiting for someone to come out of the building... if only he wasn't wearing a medical gown and nothing beneath. Sighing, he hefted the man back onto his shoulder and walked around the side of the building, appreciating the space there was between it and the other buildings, and dropped the man's body callously to the ground where he was less likely to be seen.
It would be a few moments later that Sai was entering through the front door of the building and strolling down the hallway to where he could hear the sounds of chatter. Haikyo, Nisha, you're in charge of cleaning up and setting up this as a functional base of operations. I'll be back in two days, there's a new bounty out that's nearby and I'm going to go secure it." He lied casually. It was a simple lie, one that would check out as there was always new bounties being placed every week and with Fire Country being the center of the continent, everything was relatively nearby. Strolling past them to go to where his luggage had been left, he began rummaging through his belongings. "Juugo, you're coming with me, I could use a medic for this... I hope you have everything I asked for prepared, we're leaving immediately." He growled, hooking an intricate looking crossbow to the side of his belt, it's handle knocking against the handle of his dagger forcing him to shift the two so they could share the space without creating sound. "When I return, I want to run a combat drill with you guys. Essentially some light sparring to see what exactly you're all capable of." He noted while pulling two scimitars from his trunk, a soft smirk touching his lips as he knew his definition of 'light sparring' was not a commonly shared one. Slipping on a cross body holster on he clipped the sheaths of the weapons to the back before deciding to add the cross bow to it as well, it's compact design allowing it to fold in on itself to reduce it's bulk. Finally he pulled a deep blue cloak that threw on over his geared body, the crescent moon designs showing the pride of his clan on it. "Remember, get this placed fixed up and stay safe... There's a mercenary with a penchant for arisen at this address-" The man held up a folded piece of paper that he jabbed into Haikyo's chest, "-it would be unwise to go there and start trouble. It's rumored he has a very big p***y... or was it, he is a big p***y? If you find out, let me know." Sai said with a grin, tossing a gentle punch at Haikyo's shoulder before walking past him and Nisha, his hand ruffling the young girl's hair as he did. "Keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't get himself killed." He whispered to her before nodding at Juugo. "Come Juugo, time is of the essence."
When they arrived outside, Sai quickly jogged to where he left the unconscious body, hefting him onto his shoulder as he shifted the handle of his weapons to make room. "Don't ask any questions, just do. We need to find the fastest caravan and a set of clothes for this man. I'm going to need you to run some tests for me but first we need to move and fast." Without another word he broke off into another dash towards the exit of the city.

Juugou's paused when Haikyo had stopped him and listened to the man's stern reprimand. The Yomi was right. As a medic, it was Juugou's job to stay alive so that he would be able to save others. The young medic nodded slowly as he listened to Haikyo talk about his mother in more detail than he ever had before, explaining that she was the best medic he had ever known. It is not selfish to live--it is foolish to throw your life away. Those words would forever be ingrained in Juugou's memory. The young Aburame also smiled at Haikyo feeling a deeper sense of camaraderie arise between himself and the Yomi. "Sure thing!" he said in response Haikyo's excitement about showing each other their new gear.
Juugou laid eyes on the warehouse just as Haikyo mentioned needing replies for a fix. His jaw dropped slightly. This was almost the exact opposite of what Sai had asked her to procure. "It shouldn't be too hard. The market is pretty close to here so we can definitely get what we need from there." Nisha eventually came outside and helped bring in the luggage. Just as Juugou was going to go on the tour of the premises Sai's voice sounded in his ear in an urgent tone telling him to give him the address of the safehouse. "I copy you loud and clear." He also instructed the Aburame to prepare medical, travel, and combat supplies for a three-man cell in twenty minutes. After the Aburame disclosed the location, the Orasakai responded saying he would be there in less than five minutes and ended communication.
Juugou began to go through his bags, preparing his upgraded medic kit and making sure it was fully stocked. He donned his boots and attached the injector band to his left bicep. Next he put on his cloak and slung the medic kit across his chest. At that time Sai walked through the door and told Haikyo and Nisha that he would be gone for two days to hunt down a bounty. He added that he would be taking Juugou since he could use a medic for the venture. "I have almost everything ready. Just need to pack the canteens and soldier pills and we're good to go." Sai informed them all that they would be sparring upon his return then went ahead to get himself prepared, arming himself with an assortment of weapons and donning a blue cloak with white crescent moons on it. Juugou found the design to be quite striking in contrast to the man's pink hair.
After saying his last piece to Haikyo, Sai beckoned to the young medic and once outside he ran over to the side of the building. He returned with an unconscious man in a medical gown slung over his shoulder. Before Juugou could say anything on the matter Sai forbade any questions and told him to find the fastest caravan and clothes for the unconscious third party. He also requested that he run some tests when they were already on their way. The boy simply nodded and followed after the pink-haired man.

Haikyo kept himself aware--watching the property as they walked towards it, like a hawk. He could not allow for their base of operations to be attacked or burned down like the hotel that they had visited when they first came here. They had a home now--a place that they could rest their feet, and prepare themselves. Not only that, but there was ample room around the building--even if it was overgrown--which allowed for good sight and defensive positioning. This place...as run down as it was...really wasn't all that bad! Haikyo could see many of the building faults right away--the obvious stuff would need to be cleared away before they could identify the harder-to-spot issues within the home. If they could...Haikyo most certainly wasn't a general laborer. When Nisha spoke up, asking what they thought about the place, Haikyo looked around, the dust clouds rolling out of the doors were not exactly the most assuring sight.
"It is as you say. With some proper work done, this place will be just fine. I'm sure of it." He stated with a nod, stroking his lightly bearded chin in thought.
He observed the different exits from the main room--slowly walking around the area and getting a feel for the layout of the building. It was spacious--that was for certain. The basement would be a good storage area, certainly. The back room could be converted into a training dojo, perhaps, as it was a large warehouse style room. With the proper reinforcement, and a few changes here and there, it could be a pretty wicked little space. The side room, with the stairs leading to the top, residential section of the building would make for a good spot as well--to have their meals, and, with some proper items bought for it, perhaps they could even do some cooking here. There was a washroom on the basement floor--though it looked as though it would need some repair--as well as one attacked to the break room area, and a third on the top floor, near the bedrooms.
When Haikyo attempted to utilize the water, he found that the pipes spluttered and excreted a dark brown liquid. He immediately recoiled from the sight and smell of it, but he figured that they could get to that when it got there. The base structure was sound, but there were plenty of cracks and holes in the walls that would need mending, some of the ceiling beams were rotted beyond saving, and the floorboards as well. When he finished doing his rounds of the building, he returned to the main area, where Juugou was rushing about, grabbing things in a rush, like he was going somewhere. He was about to ask the boy about it, when Sai suddenly walked into the house and started spitting off orders like wildfire. This had something to do with the alarm. It would make little sense otherwise. Sai left in a panic to respond to some sort of alarm, then arrived shortly after, immediately leaving on some sort of bounty hunt. Haikyo narrowed his eyes when he heard the man, thinking about contesting the man's lie, bothered by the fact that Sai was keeping secrets...but...then again, really, how long had they known each other? Months? Perhaps it was time to re-think how much he actually trusted the man.
He was reduced to some sort of cleaner, or maintenance worker, while he and Juugou were going to run off hunting people. Had he truly disappointed Sai with his combat prowess, to that degree? He lacked experience...he knew that. He, also, had yet to prove that he was capable of more than getting his a** beat. It appeared he wanted to re-assess, though, when they returned, with some sort of light sparring match. He would make sure he was ready by that time. He would not fail, or under-perform, again. Then, as Sai seemed he was ready to leave, the man thrust a scrap of paper at his chest, explaining that it would be unwise to go to that address and look for trouble. He was confused at first, but when the man mentioned the big p***y, and grinned, Haikyo knew exactly what he was talking about. As Sai punched his arm, after giving him the address, Haikyo almost welled up. He felt pride unlike anything he had felt in ages.
Moments later, the man was gone, walking out the door with Juugou in tow. As the younger boy left, Haikyo shouted after them. "Come back in one piece, both of you, or there will be hell to pay!" He looked over to Nisha, now that they were alone, and he nodded to her as well. "Where to start, with this place?" He asked, absentmindedly, as he tore the strip of paper he had been holding into tiny pieces. He remembered the note--and if he ever were to forget, he could ruminate on his own soul, and remind himself of his memories of it. He took a deep breath and he cracked his neck, looking at the exit to their little base of operations. "Well, I suppose the outside is crucial, so I can begin there. The grass will need to be cut, as it is overgrown, and then we can see what we're dealing with when it comes to the grounds, at least." He stated with another curt nod.
He wasn't sure if tension would have passed after their first encounter. He didn't want to bring it up and cause her any discomfort, or shine light on the fact that she hated him, if that was the case. He just hoped they could be civil, at the very least. With that, he walked out the front door, and he prepared himself, looking around the grounds for something he could use to cut the grass with. At the end of the day, however, the only thing he could really make sense of to use...was the sword on his back. He had never cut grass before...he didn't know the first thing about lawn maintenance. But...hey...sharp blade plus heavy swings...it had to equal out to some cut grass. It only made sense! So, he started cutting--swinging the hefty blade that he had been given in Aren, and cleaving the tall grass down to size.
A small smile worked its way over his features as he stood there, swinging the sword. At first he had been incredibly disheartened...thinking Sai thought he was useless...not worth taking along. But, the man was leaving Haikyo to do something that he knew that Haikyo wanted...the souls itched inside of his body--their tortured screams of anger tempting him to run--to charge over to the man's residence and cut him down. But...all in good time. A couple people giggled at him from across the street, and he quirked a brow as he raised his head, looking over at the pair. He didn't understand that he looked odd doing what he was doing...it worked right, why was that weird?

Nisha was rather pleased with herself on the building she had managed to get, it was fairly cheap and while it needed some work to get it into better sharp that wouldn't require much more repairs then some basics, it wasn't really falling apart that much, it just had some minor damage to it and was overgrown, Nisha smiled happily as Haikyo and Juugou entered the building and looked around, Juugou mentioning that it would need work, but with the market being close by they would be able to get the materials without much trouble, Nisha put the luggage down spreading dust around causing her to cough a little but she recovered quickly and followed the other, only for Juugou to get a call and being moving around the place quickly spreading more dust.
"What is going on Juugou?". Before long Sai returned to the team leaving someone at the door of the building, Nisha still being near by the door was able to take a moment to look the person over while listening to Sai speak, he was leaving her and Haikyo here to fix up the base while he and Juugou and the man outside went off on a bounty, Nisha could tell something was off, but couldn't put her finger on it and was a little more focused on the warehouse and her mission more then what Sai was doing, she though about what she could already tell what would be need to get the warehouse into better shape, as she listened to Sai's words she noticed him say light sparring when he returned and she wasn't sure on what that mean but from the smile that spread to his face it wasn't anything good and her mood dropped a little, as Sai continued throw a little bit of paper at Haikyo before tossing Nisha hair messing it up and making her comb it back into place, watching Sai pick up the main and leaving with Juugou. "Well do, and make sure to remind safe and bring back something sweet". Nisha said as the others left leaving her and Haikyo alone.
After standing in the doorway for a little longer then normal she looked at Haikyo and wondered what to say, she had been rather rude to him last time due to her getting embarrassed because of a minor slip of the tongue and now felt really awkward without much to say at the moment, as Haikyo looked at her and then said 'where to start', Nisha breathed a sign of relief and then thought for a moment as she formed a list of things needed to be done with the building, while in her own mind thinking on the different jobs Haikyo had moved on and mention the outside being critical and heading off to start that, Nisha nodded in agreement, blushing lightly as she replied to Haikyo, as she though a little more on the inside and what they would need to get or more a case of what she would need to get.
After thinking it over as she walked around the inside and even the upstairs of the building, she took out a notebook from the travel bag she had and began writing out a list of tasks she could think of that would need doing, on the list were the following, 'Clear the overgrown plants', 'Tidy the Section', 'Clean the warehouse and living area of dust, trash and rotted flooring', 'Repair the Walls of the building', 'Replace the rotted wood framing and flooring', 'Get some basic furniture for the building', all in all the mission wouldn't be that hard, and while the Ceiling supports looked rotted, Nisha knew that the visible supports were only window dressing and the buildings main frame was made of metal and the building was safe to live in, it just looked like crap, she wouldn't have taken the building over if it need structural work done that would be far too costly, after making a list Nisha heading outside to find Haikyo using a sword to clear the section.
"What are you doing Nii-chan". Nisha said loudly not really think as she moved over to Haikyo and waved at him to stop and then looked him, waiting until he looked at her, before speaking further. "Nii-chan why are you using a sword to clear plants, that is a waste of the sword, I guess it could be practice, but that is beside the point, why would you use a sword?". Nisha stop as her mind caught up with her actions and realized she was calling Haikyo, Nii-chan, and turned bright red, before taking a deep breath and thinking things over, she hadn't talked with Haikyo and they didn't really have any gardening gear so it made sense to use the equipment he had to do the job. "Hold on, lets leave the cleaning of the building and the section until we make a visit to the mission office, this warehouse has a bunch of outstanding missions that we can take, so we can get some extra ryo while working on the warehouse, and also to the market, we can get some equipment for gardening and cleaning of the section and the building that we can do today, and get some supplies for the stay". Nisha was still bright red from blushing in embarrassment, but was collecting herself as she said that they should get some equipment from the market and some supplies for their stay. After a moment passed Nisha gave Haikyo the list of things she had thought of and added another to get someone to check the plumbing of the building after hearing Haikyo mention the water when he had tried one of the taps.
Theodore stumbled through the city being knocked left and right from the crowd. He glanced around as he read the mission letter he received, looking at all the shops he slowly made his way into a general store. The store was decent size, it looked like a bar from a western that was transformed into a general shop. Glancing at some items he smiled, it was a decent store but he was just on a mission. Walking over to the counter he smiled, “I’m looking for the ware house section.” He asked. The guy nodded and began to tell him how to get there. Smiling he turned and started walking towards that direction.
Strolling casually through the city he simply hummed to himself, he was curious on what his team was going to be like. He kind of hoped that sooner or later he would find himself at the warehouse. He had yet to make it, he slowly stumbled back and forth like a little drunk, when he was just looking for his new partners in crime for this mission. Clapping his hands, he sighed and strolled lost and felt like he was going to explode with anticipation while also nervous that he was going to screw up. Walking up to A large building that was a warehouse. Nervously he walked up and shook, “Are you guys….my new team?” He asked nervously as he shook and showed the papers. “I’m Theodore, and I’m slightly terrified.” He said laughing slightly and giving them thumbs ups. Turning back, he glanced around at where he was, he felt kind of lost though. Glancing around he looked up at the sky and at the building, it was kind of nerve wrecking to know that he was going to be here with them. He just felt like his heart was racing. Looking back at the man he gulped, ‘So Tall…’ He thought as he breathed gently. He felt like he was going collapse.
Looking over at the woman he blushed, “Woah…” He said softly and blinked at her turning as red as his hair, he blinked a few times starring at her as he slowly wobbled back and forth. First someone intimidating now someone who was like a goddess of beauty. “I’m…Theodore.” He said as he gulped and began breathing softly. ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞ ▝ ▞

Haikyo was still swinging his sword, cutting the grass down to size in the front of the house, when Nisha came strolling out and asked him what he was doing. However, she didn't exactly just ask him...she addressed him as Nii-chan...a...brother? He almost laughed, happy about it...to be surrounded by so many people who looked up to him...who treated him like family. When she spoke to him, he did not show it to her, nor react, but inside, he was exploding with happiness. He stopped, looking down at his sword when she mentioned it and he shrugged. "I figured it was the only item I had at my disposal, so I should utilize it. That way we would not need to spend excess money on any other tools. However...I mean...I suppose I do seem strange. Nobody else is cutting their grass in this way. You're right...the market is likely the best place to begin this little project of ours." He stated, preparing himself to leave, putting his sword back into its sheath.
As he was about to start off, with Nisha, however, another young ninja approached them, with bright red hair, and Haikyo quirked a brow at the frightened looking boy. Haikyo was rather tall, it was true. And his beard made him seem even more intimidating and aged than his eighteen years. He looked down at the boy and examined him. He took the piece of paper from the boy, and it explained that Theodore, though he was not on their team, per se, was being put with them in order to have him learn the ropes and get a feel of being a genin of the village. They were sort of there to train him as a new ninja. Though...after they had cleaned the house, it might not be wise for this kid to follow them any further. He could get hurt...or worse. "Sorry, there...Theodore. We're not your team. Not technically. But, we are supposed to show you around a bit. Nothing to worry about, really, we're not doing anything too strenuous yet. Just headed to the market." He said with a nod, looking back to Nisha, while the boy got his eyefull as well. He leaned down after placing his hand on the boys shoulder, putting his mouth close to the boy's ear. "I've seen that look before. Just keep your hands to yourself and we're alright." Haikyo stated, standing back up and winking at the boy, all of this would go unheard from Nisha's side, as well as the wink would go unseen.
"Well! Let's get this going! We have stuff to do!" He stated with a grin--setting off with the other two in tow toward the markets. They would get the tools they needed. When they arrived at the marketplace, Haikyo stopped, looking back to Nisha and Theodore. "Okay, you guys go get the supplies we will need. For now, something to cut the grass, some sandpaper, some wood stain, drywall putty, a couple of brooms. I will handle getting the lumber together for the pieces of wood we have to replace. We meet back at the house, and if we all aren't there within the hour...something went wrong, and the rest of us ought to mount a search for any missing members. When you guys get back, if you get there before me, start on the dusting and the grass. We'll have this place ready in no time. Deal?" He asked, looking from Nisha to Theodore. It was strange...but he knew that he was being looked to as a leader. Sai was not here--and Sai was always the one to lead. Now it was his turn to give this position a shot, and see if he too was worth being looked up to.
[ooc: As you guys will see, this will be pretty easy to run through the missions. I have put up a list of the missions we will be doing, in the mission registry area. There are 5 in total, which will land us a little over 1200 Ryo, and only take 2,000 per mission. Because of this, as you can see, even though we aren't finished the first mission (getting the supplies from the market) we are past the total for the words. Meaning, we are going to breeze through this, and end up with a nice chunk of words, as well. When we finish these five missions, well...then it's going to be the main event. Get ready. ^-^
Also! Mist, don't count that last post in your word count, as I have counted it in our new one. You will be getting all words from the Mission 1 section, and anything we do further. Any lines you did BEFORE your last post, keep in a little note for yourself to update with when we update, as me and come play won't get those words, as they were not RP'd for with us.]

Battle Word Count: 4,949 Word Count With Nisha / Sai / Juugou: 13,199
Nisha was still very red as she stood with Haikyo as he explained why he was using his sword, and it made perfect sense as he went over the reason, but it was still weird, it also meant that without the proper tools would not allow them to do the job properly as it would leave them unable to do the finer details needed for the job. "I am sure you've heard that saying 'Use the right tool for the right job', this is that you need the right tools, to do the job both in order to get better results but also to do the job properly". Nisha said as Haikyo put away his sword and then followed him and then took a deep breath. "I am sorry about not talking before, but as you can likely guess, I was embarrassed because you remind me of my brother". Nisha said quietly while they were walking back to the main building, when a new person appeared outside the building.
Nisha basically popped out from behind Haikyo, still blushing a little, as she looked past him at Theodore, with her normal smile on her face she looked at him and saw the classic ninja headband of the village on him, Nisha own headband she had turned into a belt for her traveling bags, and was around her waist normally and when needed she flipped around to make it look like a normal black belt. "Hi Theodore, so your joining the team, or just part of orinetation?". Nisha asked just before Haikyo spoke up clarifying, and as she thought about it, in all likelihood the final say would come from Sai long term. Nisha clapped a little as Haikyo mention the plan go to the market which was where she would be able to play her role a little more. "Hi Theodore, I am Nisha".
Nisha watched as Haikyo said something to Theodore privately, before saying they should get going, Nisha's smile grew a little wicked as she thought about how she was going to get the merchants and others they would be buying stuff from to reduce they prices, as Haikyo went on to say they should spilt up and her and Theodore go get the supplies while he went and got the lumber for the building an the jobs they were planning to do, she spoke up. "That sounds like a good plan but we should stick together, for everything, wasn't there some sort of danger in the city it would be bad if we got attacks alone, while it would be faster to split up, also I am better with money and getting merchants to lower their prices so it would be cheaper if I am the one that buys the things, also it might be possible to get other materials and tools from the person we get the lumber from". Nisha said as the group walked closer to the market area it was still early morning at the moment. "In total we will need to visit at least three stores, one for the cleaning supplies inside the building, that is the brooms, rubbish bags, cleaning cloths and soaps and detergents, a building supply and hardware store, first to get the correct tools for clearing the yard, the other is to order the lumber, get the wall putty and order some new floor boards, and if lucky maybe get someone to look at the plumbing of the building, and finally some place to get some cooking supplies and food for us so we can use the building as a base while we clean it, before setting it up before the others return".
As Nisha was speaking they had ended up on the main street of Tanzuka, NIsha looked along the street picking out shops that they could visit, the first store in her plan was the building supply and hardware store, this was because orders would need to be made for the items that the team would need for the repairs, as they walked Nisha passed a few cheaper hardware stores and even some higher costed places, before taking Haikyo and Theodore into this hardware store that was a little run down but had really good looking tools around the store, as she enter the store, Nisha wicked merchant smile reappeared as she went to the older gentlemen that was running the store, leaving Haikyo and Theodore to look around.
Nisha began talking with the older gentlemen, asking about his day, and how his family was then some general chit chat about the city and the weather, before getting down to business, she started off by explaining that her team had taken on a job to repair a old building as such to needed buy equipment and materials for the job, listing off needing a few sets of gardening gloves, a couple of shovels, a large fork, an a wheelbarrow, some composing bins and garden bags, after which the man spoke up that she would need some others things with a glint in his eyes an added two rakes, an hard broom, even adding some normal brooms, a set of pruning shares including a small set for general gardening tools, edging shares, some type of knife saw combination, and something that looked like a pickaxe. Haikyo would know from reading Nisha's list of chores and the small part where she had listed different items they might need a lot of these were things she had written down, but hadn't said aloud letting the man who worked or owned the store add them to her list of buying, and signed that she was upset about having to add them when he added them, to a well trained ninja it was clear Nisha was leaving out information while speaking with the man who ether worked here or owned the shop, to make him add it or let him give up information on options she could use, after speaking on the tools, the man smiled in a similar fashion to Nisha's and mentioned the materials she had mentioned needing.
Nisha opened her note book and look over the needed amount of wood for the building, the holes in the wall, and the flooring that would need replacing, as she was talking with the man about the need materials it was possible to hear her talking with the gentlemen about the wood but the amount she was ordering was more then they needed and iron sand for some reason, he brought up the wall putty would be best to repair the walls with, then the different flooring options to replace the rotting ones, before Nisha ordered a bunch of Tatami panels once again more then needed, at one point she mentioned needing a plumber came up, and the man mentioned knowing someone he could call and adding it to the note he had made, and even mentioning as Nisha was talking about cleaning the inside of the building that his wife ran a household goods store on the other side of the road, and to mention him if they went there, looking at his notes it was easy to see the bill was getting to a rather high amount of ryo, as it came to the bill, Nisha puffed up upset and argue about the price, call the volume she had order, and offered to buy something else to reduce the price with the amount, in the end ordering a bunch of paint, to which the man smile and mention waving the transportation cost, to which Nisha looked at the man with a knowing look, before talking over the bill again after about twenty minutes of speaking over the bill or an hour in total, Nisha handed the gentleman a bunch of ryo with both of them smiling and Nisha looking a little upset, before coming back to Haikyo and gave him a slip paper which had the warehouse address on it an a time tomorrow that a bunch of lumber beams, Tatami mats and a barrel of iron sand would be dropped off, and a note of when a plumber would stop by. "Here you go Nii-chan, I was only able to talk him down to 60%, and his friend is a plumber is going to check the pipes tomorrow afternoon so someone needs to be there for that, and the iron sand is for me so I paid for it all, as when we get paid I can recoup the losses, also he is going to be giving us a bunch of the tools to take with us, he is getting them ready in a wheelbarrow and the garden bin so it is easy to move, that is all the tools for clearing the land and the gardening done so we can do that today and cleaning the inside, so we only need some of the more refined cleaning tools and detergents for the inside which his wife at the store across the road will sell us at 30% off with his discount, and with that all done we can do the repairs when we get the other materials tomorrow, and after that making it feel more like a home rather then a warehouse".
Theodore looked at the bearded man, he felt him whisper which shook him a little bit to his core. Suddenly his face dropped and he gulped, looking at the man he swung his arms around. “Woah now that’s not what I meant!” He shouted as he stumbled backwards and looked around nervously shaking his hands. Breathing heavily, he let out a heavy sigh and glanced back over at the girl. Looking at the man he frowned, “Not what I meant.” He said under his breath crossing his arms as he glanced around at the building and smiled at it softly. “Roomie.” He said scratching his head some.
Smiling when Nisha began talking he gulped, softly stepping towards her he went to speak before quickly stepping back. He glanced at haikyo and looked away from him nervously. Rubbing the back of his head he softly began whistling to himself. Watching him closely he looked at Nisha slightly blushing at her. He wondered if they were really related though based on what he was hearing from her they were, and that just made him a little happier to know that they weren’t a couple. However, Haikyo was scare. That was one down side to the pretty girl, an older brother who could punch him once and kill him.
Following them he watched as they worked, it was quite a sight. Although the room that they were in was awesome. The shop had some nifty tools as well, he kind of wanted one of them for his self. He knew better however. Glancing around the shop felt like it was hours before they had finished. Looking at Nisha work made him blush more, stepping over to Haikyo he gulped, “Is that your sister?” He asked him curiously. Still not leaving his eyes from her as she did her thing. He slowly looked away and up at Haikyo, he felt like a small child with how things were going in the group so far. This made him feel awkward though. Looking up at him he took a deep breath and blinked a few times trying to push his chest out to make him look bigger, “Why is everyone so tall, are you guys genin’s or jounins.” He asked as he continued puffing out his chest. His voice was lower, by force that is. Looking over back at them he began stumbling around chest puffed out and looking at tools.
Seeing her approach, then he got stiff again from nerves and smiled, he nodded gently as she spoke even though he couldn’t speak back. Properly from the frog in his throat, or possibly because there was an older woman who he would be with for an unknown period who was quite cute if he did say so himself. Nodding he gave thumbs up to the good news, even though he opened his mouth all that came out was a slight squeal from his lips. What that was he didn’t even know, it was just something that happened. Smiling he gave her thumbs up still and quickly stuck his arms down feeling weird and rubbed his head. “What’s next.” He said with a squeak in his voice, “I mean.” He said coughing some and began speaking deeper voice, “What’s next?” He asked puffing out his shoulders to try to be manly.
Haikyo smirked as Nisha spoke about using the right tool for the right job, and he nodded to her. "You're right about that. Can't deny it." He stated with a chuckle, rubbing the back of his head. "As for the not talking before...don't sweat it. Honestly, I just thought I had offended you when Sai suggested it was rude of me not to enjoy the cramped space." He stated, his face dropping slightly as he got nervous. As the boy that had joined them looked around and suggested the place was roomie, Haikyo shook his head. "Not yet. It will be though when we're finished with it." He said, determination etched across his face.
When they had reached the markets, and he had given his orders--trying to succeed the chain of command and take Sai's place, he was immediately overthrown by Nisha. She suggested it would be better they all stick together, due to the fact that there were dangerous people on the loose. "Yes, of course. You're right. It's not the safest place right now to be leaving you two on your own." Haikyo stated with a nod. As they went through the stores, Nisha showed off her merchant prowess, talking to the owners and negotiating their prices down. When Theodore asked him if Nisha was his sister, however, Haikyo quirked a brow as he looked at the young boy. "Why do you ask? She isn't, but it seems she looks up to me that way. As such, I have decided to protect her like one. I'm sorry for coming across threatening. She wasn't kidding about this place being dangerous, kid. But I will do everything I can to keep that from effecting you, okay?" He stated with a curt nod toward the boy.
He chuckled at the boys antics of puffing his chest and deepening his voice--it would seem he was insecure about his small size--but this world...the ninja world. It would strengthen him faster than he could even imagine. Haikyo had been just the same in strength as this boy was...not only a few months before now. Now...now he had strength he couldn't have even dreamed of.
When Nisha walked back, handing him the bill, Haikyo smiled toward her. "Very good. You've done an extremely good job, Nisha." Haikyo stated, flashing her a smile. At that point, the man was wheeling out their supplies, and they were able to take them and begin their journey back home. Along the way, Haikyo moved closer to Nisha, and made sure they looked each other in the eye. "You must understand, Nisha. With Sai gone, I am taking his place to lead this team. When I called that shot earlier, it was because I trusted you to keep Theodore safe, while I had other business to attend. I could have carried the lumber myself, easily, and had it there to finish the job even faster. Not only that, but this dangerous business you spoke of..." He stated, his already lowered voice lowering further, to ensure that if Theodore had been listening in somehow, he definitely wouldn't hear anything else. "That dangerous business is something I am going to be dealing with. The man who burned that hotel and murdered those people...we were fighting him when it happened. Me, Juugou, and Sai. Sai gave me his address. I was going to investigate the address before attaining the lumber, but now I am going to be going in there blind. Trust that I have a reason for my actions, Nisha. I will do my best to lead you well. And keep you safe." He said with a reassuring smile.
By this time, they had reached home once more, and they were able to begin their cleaning. Haikyo opted to continue his job with the outside, asking Nisha and Theodore to take the supplies inside and begin to work on cleaning the many rooms of the home out. It would take them some time, certainly, but slowly, and surely, the outside work was getting done, and as Haikyo cleared the overgrown property, he was sure Nisha and Theodore were spiffing up the inside too.
About an hour in, as he was about to finish a large portion of the clearing--the blade of the lawn scythe he was using struck something hard. The metal on metal sound rang out and Haikyo quirked a brow as he looked the trap-door over. He would bring this up with the team at a later time--it didn't matter right now. He bent down, seeing a latch that needed to unhinge in order for the trap door to swing open, and he gripped it in his hand, crushing it closed so that the door could not be opened from the inside or the out. Then he continued his work--by the end of it, the lawn looked pretty good. There was a decent amount of space all around the building, and the trapdoor was nestled against the side of the warehouse, out of view of most people, like a cellar door. At that point, he would walk inside the house, looking around for the other two.
"Alright, the outside is all done, how is it going in here, guys?"
