LilChibiusa You don't like puffy sleeves? D: Mirrormask was a Jim Henson movie like Labyrinth and the Dark Crystal, thought it wasn't made until the 90s. It has about the same feel as The Never Ending Story, but weirder. It follows very odd logic, but it's amazing, though admittedly a bit dark. But, then again, it seems like most 80s fantasy movies were a bit dark in some way or other. I despise puffy sleeves like I hate shoulder pads! XD And I hate crinoline too...but only on myself, not on other people. I don't like the poofy dress look....though Sarah's dress was gorgeous!

For me it depends on what kind of dresses...lolita dresses? Lovely! Bridesmaid dresses from my early childhood? AAAAAAAARGH MY EYES! burning_eyes

XD For my wedding I told my girls, my color is red, wear a red dress, whatever style or shade you have and it worked great! biggrin They ended up looking like different jewel tones and everyone was comfortable in their dress because they picked it out! smile As for normal bridesmaids dressed... rolleyes They tend to lean towards awful.

Right! I know we are just in the brain storming stage but I wanted/needed to visualize what we are taking about maze and tower wise...please forgive the extra extra simple version...I just wanted to see if this was kinda what we were thinking or if I am on the wrong page alltogether. Please remember this is a simplified version, I don't want the final version to look anything like this...I just want your input on what/how we can change the design.

My friend has picked out dresses she likes, but the problem is it's going to be an outdoor wedding, and she wants most of us to wear neck tight stuff. I put my two cents in and she didn't like that...XD She also doesn't realize that most (if not all) of her bridesmaids are rather large chested/hipped and need something more flattering that will fit them....>.>

The maze and the tower we were discussing earlier? I wanted to get a better idea of the layout so I can further visualize it. Basically do we want the tower surrounded by the maze...etc.

Okay, so I think I get it now. The picture is going to be the layout of the castle where we'll be? Maybe we can condense the number of floors so the guests won't be so spread out. But, I do love the idea of having a basement. As the guests move into that part of the castle, they enter the nightmare part of the fantasy dream. Black fire breathing dragons emerge from the shadows just as the doors slam shut behind them.... heart
