"..Thanks," Shun murmured before trying to see if they could walk around the random girl. However, she had placed her hand on his chest, trying to keep him in place. Looking a little irritated, he looked at her, wondering what else she wanted.
"You know.. It's nice to see guys who aren't afraid to do these things. Wouldn't you say the same to see girls with the same sort of trait?" she asked with a sly grin, "I just happen to be like that myself."
"Sure, whatever. Now move out of the way," Shun grumbled in return. He felt Mitsu clinging to his arm tighter so she wasn't feeling much at ease here.

And suddenly Mitsu was on edge. The hand reaching out toward Shun to place on his chest made the fur on her tail bristle and for the first time not in fear. Her ears fell back as a wave of jealousy hit her. This girl was...flirting. She was flirting with Shun. And Mitsu was right there with him!
B...but they weren't a couple. That thought flitted across her mind for a moment as a sinking feeling hit her. They were friends and Mitsu had no right to stand between Shun and a much nicer looking ghoul. Though, the reaper didn't exactly seemed thrilled about it.
"Please let us by," Mitsu murmured as well hoping to convince the woman to step aside.

The girl hardly gave Mitsu another glance. Well... actually she did. She shot a sneer at the wolf girl for the moment before looking at Shun in a much more pleasant manner.
"I don't know if you're quite getting what I'm saying here. I could show you a good time," she said in a rather silky tone, "So why don't you go ahead and ditch your little friend here and come with me?"
As she spoke, her hand moved to touch the side of Shun's face. The Reaper did not take to this very well and swatted the hand aside.
"Not interested," he hissed, "Now leave us alone."
Looking rather agitated, he shifted his guitar before trying to usher Mitsu around the woman. He wanted nothing to do with the stranger really. He had better company than the likes of that.

Mitsu's ears lowered at the sneer her heart sinking a bit when the Siren turned back to Shun. So her guess hadn't been wrong. The girl was trying to convince Shun to leave Mitsu behind and there was a seed of worry. What if he did? What if he decided to go and left her here all alone?
That thought was quickly forgotten though when Shun refused, Mitsu's heart leaping into her throat as Shun tried to usher her around the other girl. It was a relief to know Shun would stay with her, though she was worried. Would the girl let them go? Mitsu was somewhat on guard now, tense waiting to see what would happen as she tried to move around the girl to keep going, her fingers clinging to Shun's sleeve.

"Really? You're just going to brush me off like that?" The Siren said rather indignantly.
Shun didn't respond to her. He just continued to walk along with Mitsu, pretending that she didn't exist. The stranger had practically insulted the wolf girl at first. That wasn't really someone he wanted to be around at all. That aside, he had seen her type before. So damn shallow they were. It was really irritating to deal with.
"Restaurant should be right up ahead," he told her quietly, looking ahead. He was fairly certain the place was the one. It at least had a little logo he could work with so there wasn't much of a worry of misreading the name of the place.

Mitsu cast a glance back at the Siren as they passed, mindful if she was going to do anything. It seemed like they were home free though, or at least Mitsu hoped. Not bothering to answer the girl Mitsu stayed close to the reaper turning her attention back to the path ahead of them.
"I-If you don't want to eat there we don't have to." Mitsu reassured him. He had asked earlier so Mitsu wanted to be sure he knew that they didn't have to have sushi if that wasn't what he wanted. "I'll eat anything. We can get something cheap."

"No, it's fine," Shun nodded, "I just... wasn't sure if you enjoyed it. Not everyone does. But, if you don't end up liking the food I'll take you somewhere else then."
Glancing at her for the moment, his eyes softened for the bit before he turned his attention back towards the restaurant up ahead.
"Don't worry about the price too much either," he said before pausing at the door to let her in. Sushi could get a bit pricey after all, but that wasn't really something he was too concerned about. He was pretty good about spending his money so he could afford more pricier things for the most part.

The further from the Siren Mitsu got the better she felt. A little distance did wonders. Soon the fur that had been standing on end on her tail soothed down before anyone was the wiser to her mood.
"Don't...worry about the price?" Being reassured to not worry about the price only made her worry about the price more. She knew it was probably expensive but how pricey was it?
Walking in through the door the first thing Mitsu noticed was that the decor was very lavishly done, already a bad sign. The hostess at the counter was very nicely dressed, also a bad sign.
"Two?" The woman asked with a smile taking up a pair of menus as she looked at the two.

Nodding to the girl, Shun soon turned his attention to the hostess.
"Yes," he said quietly before glancing back at Mitsu. She seemed a little unsettled at the moment, though it was hard to tell what the cause was. Did that Siren rattle her? Or was something else on her mind? A small part of him worried a little about the latter. What if she wasn't really liking how the night was going?
There.. probably would have been less pressure on him if he had set this up on his own terms. Well, that was what he figured at least. The Reaper had been sort of tossed into this rather suddenly.
Once they were seated, he glanced at the menu... rather glad of the little images depicting the sushi types on it.
"Is there any sort of fish you prefer?" he asked. They'd get a variety of course, but this way he'd have an idea of what ones she might like more.

The hostess left them with their menus letting them know someone would be with them shortly to take their order.
Looking over the menu curiously Mitsu wasn't really sure how to answer. "I really haven't had a lot of fish to know what I like." She admitted honestly and huff puff...those prices. "Maybe just pick out stuff you like and I will try it?" There was a slight tilt of her head when she spotted one particular sushi though. It looked a little odd by the picture. "Anglocoptor?"
Glancing up Mitsu noted the expression on Shun's face. There seemed to be something on his mind. Was he contemplating food or was it something else? Maybe this night wasn't going so well. Other than the troll and the siren she had enjoyed the evening but maybe Shun didn't feel the same?
"Hello, I'll be your waitress this evening. My name is, Brenna." The voice was rather inviting and sweet when gaining their attention and when Mitsu looked over she found the face of a girl maybe only a little older than her smiling back at them both. She was pretty with dark hair and dark eyes not unlike Shun's. When the girl looked toward Shun her smile deepened but became a little shy perhaps. "I can go ahead and get you something to drink. Will you need a moment to look over the menu?"
"W..water is fine with me." Mitsu said softly the girl's sudden shift in expression making her curious. Maybe she was shy too?

Nodding to her, Shun looked at the menu before pausing and furrowing his brow. Anglocopter... was not one he particular had before. It was a little strange looking. He had heard a few things about it, but he didn't know if it was really all that great.
"... Not sure about that.." he murmured before glancing up as the waitress as she came by, "Water would be fine as well."
Nodding to her, he turned his attention back to Mitsu. Since he wasn't really minding the waitress all that much, he didn't notice that she had looked at him any differently than the masked girl.
"Hm... tuna is usually good, as is salmon," he murmured, "That assorted Floresce special seems to be the chef specialty.. those tend to be pretty well done."
He waited to see what she thought of it, while keeping notes in mind for what they could get.

The waitress's gaze lingered on Shun a moment longer before she gave a nod. "I'll bring those back out to you then." She smiled before leaving to fetch the drinks.
"An assortment might be good," Mitsu nodded. She really had no idea what to pick so Shun's best judgement would be key to the sushi selection. It was all fish to her.
Staring at the menu a bit longer Mitsu's mind began to wander. She was still thinking about talking to Shun, telling him how she felt. Would now be a good time?
"S..Shun..." Mitsu started. "I.."
But before Mitsu could say another word on the matter the waitress had returned setting their glasses of water on the table. She was a quick one. "Do you need help with your selection? I can always suggest something if you like." The offer was to the table as a whole though her vision kept lingering on the reaper.

Nodding to the wolf girl, Shun looked back down towards the menu. By now, he had a pretty good idea of what to go with for the both of them. And in the meantime, the menu was keeping his attention off of other things for the night. Though, when she started to speak, his gaze shifted up towards Mitsu, wondering what she wanted. But, at that point, the waitress had returned.
"No, I know what to order," he replied while looking up towards her, "We'll have two salmon rolls, one tuna, and one of the chef's specials."
He figured that would be enough for them. If not, he could always order more, he figured. Placing the menu down so the waitress could take them, he looked back to the masked girl.
"What were you going to say?"

"Those sound like excellent choices." The girl smiled taking the menus. She stuck around a moment longer though, a curious look to her features. "So are you here with your ghoulfriend?" This time she did cast a glance toward Mitsu though she was friendly about it. Perhaps hopeful the answer would be no.
Oh good, Shun had taken care of the ordering. That was easy enough and Mitsu was sure she would like the selection he got. She fumbled to answer the reaper though. "I..I uh..." The words were no longer there. That and the waitress was now asking a question of her own which left the lycan dumbfounded.

Reaching for his glass, Shun paused at the question the waitress dropped him. The temporary distraction the menu had given him was blown away and a stir of conflicting emotions came up within him once more.
"Er.. no," he mumbled after a moment or so. Mitsu wasn't his girlfriend as far as he knew, but there was something about it that caused a sense of confusion for him. He felt as if he might want it, but... he doubted she would want to be that to him.
Shaking his head to himself, he went ahead and grabbed a sip of water.
