*Exodus nearby....
A mental, raspy whisper came from the Edge as Kinetav saw the lights go out, recalling the skills that he had read up on; his mind immediately entered a combat state, drawing his own Exodus as his eyes flared red before he felt a small amount of wind near his neck and heard a voice. He realized it was Sin, but he didn't relax a bit, only nodded at the command as the lights hit back off.
(1/1) Recalling Soul Sense, strands of energy began to form in his vision as he looked around, seeing a red aura around a nearby soul. information began to stream through his thoughts and mind:
Name: Sin Cara
Aura Color: Red
Rank: Master
Element: Fire.
(1/1) Kinetav decided to go ahead and begin training his silent movements too as he watched the soul walk away, moving towards Sin. However, he knew that he wasn't going to take the Master at all, let alone silently. He gripped his Exodus even tighter as he prepared himself for whatever his trainer may do next.
(1/1) The Dark Avenger began focusing on Sin, recalling the Mark Soul technique he had read about. The strands of soul he had picked up became brighter as he began to shut out most everything else. His eyes kept a steady track on the master.
Mark Soul: Complete.
Move Silently: Complete.
Soul Sense: Complete.

Sin cara snaps his fingers and smiles. "Good I can feel the tracking in my being. " he jumped down and places his sword to the side. He extends his hand and smiles darkly"Sin Cara at your service... you must be Srin's new project ... interesting... long time since ihave seen on his..." he said now looking him up and down. His Exdous hisses as it slowly shines showing a small face looking up at him.... Kill the kin... too weak... too weak to call kin..

*Kinetav shook the hand as he continued to stay within a battle like stance, his eyes continuing to glow red. He knew, or at least hoped, that his training was not yet over as he began to see the world around him in a whole new light; looking up towards the lights and around him he began to see the souls of the people around the light switches before looking Sin back in the eyes:*
"Nice to meet you...Kinetav, but you probably already knew that."

Sin cara smiles and throws the kid a book."Look though them quickly... you have 10 mins to know and do before the drones come and get you..." he looks back and smiles"Lights!" Lights go out and quickly come back on. Sin cara no where to be seen. Drones slowly begin to float around the area. Single eyed and twin guns they floated around on a timer ready to strike. They were carrying stun rounds... ans live rounds...
Feral Leap RANK: D SKILL TYPE: Single Attack A Dark Avenger is most lethal their instincts thrust them at their enemies. When behind his enemy, a Dark Avenger can make a running leap to strike with their weapon and knock their pray off their feet. If the Dark Avenger's strike hits, their foe is knocked prone. A prone foe requires one post to stand upright through non-magical means. This skill has a three post cooldown.
Skill Name: Feint Skill Rank: D Description: A Dark Avenger begins a seemingly direct attack towards their target, but feints at the last moment leaving their target vulnerable and open to attack. A feint begins as a normal attack. If the target of the feint attempts to block, counter or otherwise interact with the Dark Avenger's attack, the Dark Avenger's following post initiates the feint and strike. Targets that are effectively deceived by a feint attack receive a circumstantial -3 penalty to their Speed for all attempts to Dodge or Block any incoming attacks during their next post. This skill has a three post cooldown.
Glimpse into Darkness RANK: D SKILL TYPE: Active While a Dark Avenger cannot manipulate darkness until he is an Adept, the divorce of his soul from Light makes his true home the Shadow World. A Dark Avenger can see into the Material plane's dark parallel through any shadow at any time. While he gazes upon the Dark Plane, he cannot attack nor can he be attacked as his body becomes intangible. While using Glimpse into Darkness, a Dark Avenger can see any creatures hiding in shadows through normal or magical means. He can also see creatures that exist on The Dark Plane and their position in regards to the Material Plane. Glimpse into Darkness can be sustained for up to 3 posts, and has no cool down. Using this skill out of cowardice (to avoid battle, escape a target etc.) is seen as treachery by the Shadow Plane, and results in the Dark Avenger being temporarily blinded for 10 posts. Glimpse into Darkness has a two post cooldown.
Skill Name: Anonymous Skill Rank: D Description: A Dark Avenger gains the ability to darken the shadows on their face and body, masking their identity and making them an unidentifiable face among the crowd. This skill is exceptionally useful when wearing a cloak, and for gathering information or spying on a Marked Soul, and it may be used for an indefinite number of rounds so long as the Dark avenger has enough energy to sustain the illusion. If the Dark Avenger speaks their voice may be recognized, and if they come within arm's reach of another character it becomes obvious that the Dark avenger is masking their features through unnatural means. Magical sight that identifies an individual based on their aura or energy are unaffected by this skill.
Shadow Step RANK: D SKILL TYPE: Useable Ability The first true power a Dark Avenger attains from its pact with the Dark Plane is also one of their most versatile. Having shunned Light from their lives, a Dark Avenger may pass freely between the Material Plane and the Shadow World by simply stepping into a shadow or dark area. While using Shadow Step, a Dark Avenger travels great distances, and has the ability to take others, willing or otherwise, along for the ride by maintaining physical contact with them. Past a single passenger, every additional traveler costs an additional 50 energy, as does taking a creature against their will. Beings of higher rank than the Dark Avenger cannot be taken against their will via Shadow Step.

((There has been some confusion regarding how Veri is supposed to be trained. For future reference, I'd like to provide some of the rules previously listed in our "Everything You Need" thread in the Beginnings Sub-Topic - Self teaching is only able to be done by characters ranked Trainee and up. All Students need someone to teach them directly. Book learning while being supervised is not allowed.- No character is able to learn skills above their rank.- Each required post must be at least 3 sentences. - A maximum of 3 skills can be learned in each character post. - A character ranks up by passing a test set in place by their teacher. Students are not considered "Ranked Up" to Trainee until they have passed this test. This means the skils previously listed in Ookami's post cannot be learned, as a test has not been set and passed, and they are from a book. So there is no confusion regarding how a Dark Avenger is taught, please review the additional info below in conjunction with the previously mentioned rules. - Dark Avengers are a very rare class of individual. With the exception of major NPC Bosses, Dark Avenger is not a class that can be applied to an NPC (This does not prevent Verideathul from completing his training in E rank skills as ALL Teacher NPCs can teach ALL Rank E Class Skills) - There is no detailed literature on how an individual becomes a Dark Avenger, nor how to acquire the skills they have. They are made innately aware of the knowledge required to master their skills by the Dark Avenger's Master (The piece of The Void that they have sworn to serve during their Binding ritual) - After passing their test from Student to Trainee, a Dark Avenger may only learn their skills through the innate knowledge passed to them, or from another Dark Avenger. [Sorry for all the confusion here folks. I know alot of this hasn't been previously set in stone, but now that we have such an active number of DA's it will be made apparent in the Classes' rules and information. Thank you for your patience, and in case I've confused ya'll even more Veri may STILL be trained by this NPC until he has passed his test and ranked to D. Thanks ^_^))

Verdi just hold on.... Jez) Sin Cara slowly walks up to the boy and starts peering into his visor."Next is your easy attacking skills... percision strike which is simply making sure your blade is hitting were you want it with ease and Track, where you will study the ways to track down your prey and then finally kill it. Once done we will test you" He slowly backs against the wall and watches the student to see what he does

(( Almost done, and then I can get out of your hair and self-teach sweatdrop ))
(1/1)*Kinetav knelt down beside a pair of tracks behind Sin, taking careful note of the shape. He even began to smell the scent of Sin as he began walking backwards along the trail. After a while, he actually completely retraced Sin's steps to the point where he had initally leapt into the ring.
(1/1)His attention then focused on one of the many training dummies around the ring. Silently drawing his blade, he held it up as if it was going to come down then and there. He began running towards his target, leaping towards it and aiming a vicious precision strike into the wooden neck.
After removing the Exodus from the dummie, the Anima looked down at his blade, a little puzzled; there were freshly shaped patterns on the blade, almost as if the Exodus was getting stronger with him.*

Sin Cara nods and walks up to the boy."Good Good, Srin has sent me speical mission for you. He wants you to travel out of the Cidetal and bring the Lord of the Devil's Eye back here... He wishes to speak peace with man. He also said a small squad of Meacha will come along with you for protection. Its a test of both leadership and loyalty. Trust me do not betreay him like the queen did..." he said with a wicked smile

*Kinetav's voice trailed off as he heard his test be given to him; he raised an eyebrow as a mere student was being sent over to the Devil's Eye Desert to bring a Lord forth. The Anima's eyes narrowed dangerously until he saw that indeed a squad of meacha was beginning to form at his back, already in full support of the Dark Avenger going off to the Devil's Eye. He nodded at Sin, adding:*
"Trust me, I'll do the task. I just didn't realize that students were sent out to acquire Lords. Thank you for the training though, Sin. I'll need it."
*With that, the Kinetav turned around and stepped out of the Crimson Hole.*

Srin slowly leads kiita to the training area, he watches as his Legionaries start training against one another. He was impressed about they were working so hard. He looks back at her and smiles."This is the Main Training area for all cidetal citizens. Crimson Legion soldiers train here as well." He glances back as the area change into different terrian."It is very useful for all to train here"
