I HATE this hat! xd  Well the hat WAS from the Victorian Era, but i'm sure with every fashion, there are fashionably weird things stuck in it. To some outfits I think the bonnet looks nice. Other times I must say, it looks like they are a mini auditorium, and the frilly cap is used to amplify sounds. sweatdrop Yeah, I know this bonnet is Victorian too - I just think it's plain weird xd The auditorium idea amuses me rofl
It just makes me think of a baby. Because sometimes, even now, they make infants wear those types of bonnets. I think I had to a few times for pictures when I was an infant.
It looks cute on babies sometimes, but not on older girls/women in these times. XD

boconnotto PsychodelicPenguin Oh yes, I see it in your signature picture. It sounds cute, but doesnt the bell get annoying sometimes? I'm not sure if i'd like something on me jingling at every possble movement. gonk
When I'm walking normally, it doesn't make much noise, and even when bending down to grab things or moving around, it stays pretty quiet. It's nothing compared to these little hoop earings I have-- when I wear them and walk outside, they "sing". Because there's so much wind, here, as it goes sweeping through the hoops, they whistle in my ears. That's far more annoying to me than an occasional jingle. ^_^;Whistling earrings. Wow that's new. xd Reminds me of this one thing I saw on VH1, and they were talking about whistling exhaust pipes, and these people kept saying its like "Woo Woo!!!" xd When you're coming down the street, everyone hears you, because it's like Woo Woo! It's definetly something annoying but noticing for you. heart

It looks cute on babies sometimes, but not on older girls/women in these times. XDOh yes, baby bonnets are cute. I've seen only one picture of women dressed lolita and wearing bonnets like this. They pulled it off nice, because they looked like dolls as they played violins in the street. 3nodding

Hmmm loli dont's well here's some,
Try not to smoke while wearing your loli outfit, not only does it look somewhat bad but it can also ruin your dress with the buring ashes and such.
If you want to wear fishnet stockings try to wear the ones with the smaller holes, unless you want to go ero-loli then you can wear the larger-holed ones.
Black shoes/stockings with a all white dress is a no-no.
If you want to wear dark lipstick dont use black lipstick, it looks rather fake, if you know what I mean. Instead try a dark shade of red, maroon or even purple it'll look nicer.
That's just what I personaly think though.

I agree with Manabu - Sama. Bonnets are a no no. They look good on some people, but if you're not one of them step away from the bonnets!
Things a loli shouldn't do?
Curse a lot.
Wear about a million different colors and accesories[that's decora hun]
No wearing black shoes in an all white outfit, idiot.
Smokings a no too. No one wants to see a sweet loli hacking up a lung thanks.
No opened legs while sitting? You've got on a dress.
No bad posture
No being a pig and spilling food all over yourself
That's all I've got.

Do not leave home without wearing a petticoat [if the skirt/dress allows] and bloomers. It's not good seeing a lolita fall on her face and see pink panties in the air neutral
One don't for me is -- do not walk around wearing those Hot Topic knock offs unless you've got a beautiful white blouse, ruffled leggings, matching shoes, bloomers and a petticoat to wear with it neutral Otherwise it looks half assed, and not EVEN casual lolita. I HAVE seen girls pull this off before, and it looks rather nice. I learned this mistake first hand.
