Alka Anarchy
Alka wordlessly veered towards the direction he tugged her hair in, and saw something that looked like a ship. "Moron. Don't bounce....on...me...like...I'm....one....of your....horses!" Alka managed in between bounces, and abruptly dropped below the surface of the water, diving and rolling to shake him up. After she grabbed him off of her head and held him in her left hand, Alka shot forward, making for the ship in question. She hadn't gotten a good look at it yet, but it looked like a possible spot. Gathering speed, she dipped, and then rose for the surface to leap out of the water and look down. Sure enough, there she saw Sunny. A good start. Promptly letting go of Hiro while over the ship, she could hope that he'd land on the deck, but since he could swim, perhaps her aim might matter too much. For now though, she had to make sure that sea king retreated. Far more of a threat to the sea king than its aquatically challenged adversaries thus far, Alka took to thrashing it and exploiting its weaknesses that all fish had. Alka might not have been as big as it, but it wasn't all that much larger, and she was able to grapple with the beast, creating a veritable white water battle. Alka had never actually attacked a sea king thus far, but punching its gills seemed to be effective. It made sense. Punch someone in the lungs and they can't breathe. This was about the same, and it was hopeful thus far that she could force it to abandon its attack, or possibly even kill it.

☼☀ Sunny Tarpe ☀☼☞ Pirate ☠ Captain ☜ ┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓ xxxSunny blacked out for a moment. Blacking out, it seemed, was a lot like a prelude to dying. For that one terrifying moment, she couldn't breathe, her vision went black and it seemed she couldn't even feel. This terrible nothingness faded when a nose nudged Sunny, and she took a deep, gasping breath. The black gave way to fuzzy, colored lights, and Sunny blinked them away. She heard Danny asking if she was okay; it sounded distant, but she heard it nonetheless. Sunny took a few more breaths, then realized she was laying atop her navigator's back. "Uh... yeah." Sunny slid off of Danny's back, however, she found her legs wobbly and ended up crashing back to the deck on her butt. Laughing sheepishly, she looked to the navigator, "Sorry..." Before she could ask if the sea king had gone, a white hand dropped something on deck. Sunny didn't pay much attention to the 'something' and looked after the white-water waves her first mate was making. "Oh good! Alka's back!" She said, smiling as if she'd forgotten the sharp pain in her back.

 Danny sighed; although it sounded more like a purr since she wasn't human at the moment. At least the captain was happy, but she really ought to take it easy. "You don't look okay." Danny replied worriedly, nudging Sunny's shoulder with her head. Her eyes flickered in Alka's direction, watching her defeat the sea king with ease. Well it's good to know she's on our side. She thought gladly. So she wouldn't have to stand on her leg anymore, Danny flopped down on her side.

Her back hurt, she had some large splinters buried in her flesh and she was completely drained from the attack and the sickness. However, she was determined to stay on deck until she knew for sure that Alka was safe, and until she could give the order (which always came out more of a suggestion with Sunny) to go to West Blue, where they would find a shipwright and work harder to recruit new members. Then she'd allow herself to rest a little. However, she wanted to wait until she was sure everyone else was taken care of; that was just how Sunny was. "Don't worry, I'm fine, Sunny said, though she bit off an addition of for now. Sunny stood and put a hand on her back- it hurt, and badly. Looks like I'll be sleeping on my stomach for a while... Sunny thought, moving stiffly to the railing where the watched for any signs of Alka finishing the fight.

The froth off to the side of the boat didn't seem to be subsiding, but as if on cue to Sunny's worries about her, Alka re-emerged, tangled and twisted around the sea king's body. She appeared to be trying to wrestle it. The thing apparently thought she was another sea king there to steal its own "meal", so getting it to go away wasn't likely. Alka herself essentially was lifted clear out of the water by the rearing sea king, and had her fingers dug into it to hold on, which, with its violent and jerking moments, was tearing its own flesh off. They collided with the water once again with a loud slap and an explosion of water, and resumed writhing in the water. Under the water, their "dance" was more clear, changing positions and "dominance" more frequently by the moment. It didn't have arms, but it had immense strength. The water above started to take on a red tint, but its stirring indicated there was yet a battle going on down below.

 Hiro was essentially thrown off Alka- or supposedly dropped rather, as he could see the ship he was heading face first, at first his expression remained calm- then quickly became a panicked on as he started flailing in the air before hitting a girl face on face (Danny) as he got launched off her, hitting some sort of a wall as he slowly slid down it, landing on his face once more, before falling onto his back. His eye's were circular whirl pools and a small trickle of blood ran down the left of his nose as he simply held perfectly still.

There was nothing she could do about it; Sunny's protests that is. It was obvious she was hurt, but she wouldn't let Danny take her into the hull so the she could find them a first aid kit. Exhausted from keeping up the transformation while in pain, Danny reverted back into human form. She moved to turn her head in order to see how Alka was doing, but something- or rather, someone, smashed directly into her.
Whoever it was kept going and smashed directly into the mast. Danny flipped back from the impact, letting out a cry of pain. "Yeowch!" She shouted, her hands covering her face to check the damage. Her nose didn't feel broken, but it still hurt. Great, a hurt nose and- She cut her own thoughts off after she suddenly remembered that her leg had gotten cut. Her eyes flashed down. The cut wasn't too deep, but it was long. Danny counted herself lucky that she had only scraped it against the creatures tooth. She couldn't even bring herself to imagine what the wound might look like if she had been bitten. "Dammit..." She hissed.

She turned around to settle her question and found them wrong; just a funny looking guy to smashed into her navigator. "Ne, are you two alright?" Her expression was an awkward, lopsided half-frown, as if she hadn't quite known what to make of it. She glanced at the water; the boat was rocking violently in response to their fighting, and Sunny could only hope it was the sea king's blood making the water red, not Alka's. Sunny hesitated to leave the ship's railing (because her legs were shaky from the pain in her back and because she wanted to watch to make sure if there was an opening where she could help, she would), but nonetheless turned around and headed towards Danny's side. "That looks bad," she said, in response to seeing the girl's wounded leg. "We need to get a first aid kit from somewhere and get that disinfected and bandaged; I'm no doctor, but I can do some first aid." Sunny nodded, as her mother had been her idol growing up; an idol that studied the medical effects of having a devil fruit. Luna had preferred sticking with her father, who was more into the abrasive, physical effects. She looked from Danny to Hiro, "Ne, mister, are you okay? Do you need first aid, too?"

From in between her fingers, Danny voiced a quick yes, focusing more on her pain than answering questions properly. Slowly, she forced herself to stand, ignoring the trail of blood that slid down her calf and into her boot. "You first." Danny told her with a shake of her head. Her back looked far worse than her own leg. Limping over to the side of the captain's cabin, she slumped down so she wouldn't be putting anymore pressure on the wound. "I'll just sit tight here."

Hiro leaned up slowly as he heard the voices of two women. He rubbed his eye's for a moment as he looked up at Sunny and smiled. "No thanks, I should be fine" He said giving her a big thumbs up as he turned his head to see an injured Danny. "AH!!! I DIDN'T DO THAT DID I!?!?" He yelled running around in a panicked circle. "I-I'll make something for your leg! a splint or something! quick! wood! do you have any!?" He asked shaking Sunny back and fourth until he paused. "wait where's Alka?" He asked as his eye's darted from left to right.

Then she was worried for her own life when he started shaking her. She swore there was a rattling noise somewhere from her mind; a rattling noise somewhat like a cowbell. Even when Hiro stopped, she kept moving, dizzy. Seeing nothing but swirling colors, she pointed towards the side of the ship, "T-that way..." Shaking her head and attempting to clear her mind and sight of the swirling colors, Sunny looked to Danny once more. "I'll go look for a first aid kit; you sit tight." Sunny looked to the man and frowned, "I didn't catch your name, but if you know Alka, I'll assume you're an ally. Don't let her die, okay?" Sunny, despite the splinters and pain in her back, turned and went inside the cabins, walking fast. Now, if I were a first aid kit...

Danny watched the man run around in a rather crazy manner, screaming things about making something for her leg in quick succession. "It's not broken." she informed him, then added, "I grazed it against the sea king's tooth. It's just a gash." He sure was an interesting fellow, and as if his actions couldn't get any stranger, he stopped mid-thought and asked where Alka was. To her relief, Sunny answered for her. "Okay," she replied when told to sit tight. Watching Sunny disappear into a cabin, Danny couldn't help but feel as if she should have gone to look instead.

Alka Anarchy
The water danced angrily near the ship, before both Alka and the sea king showed themselves again. It was clear Alka was quite exhausted, and now just basically frustrating the sea king by keeping herself hanging to either side of its mouth. The ship and its crew was, and probably couldn't, either. How much energy could this thing have left?? Alka had nearly been bitten in two on more than one occasion, and it just kept going, and going, and going like it was some kind of portable generator with a bad temper. Like herself....but far stronger, and bigger. Thankfully, it did only have a mouth, and no arms to contend with. It was a very, very long time before Alka would emerge again, flailing as if she couldn't swim, but grabbing onto the edges of the ship for some support. Quite weak, Alka had managed to kill it, only by ripping its jaws apart. Heaving and gasping for air, her fingers shook, and the ship leaned heavily to the side she leaned on. "A......an..and t-thi-s is.....why...you...you don...don't go this...this-s c-close t--to the gr-gra-grandd line with...without m-me...Unngh." Alka managed to stammer a sarcastic response before dropping her head on the deck and resuming heaving. Deprived of food and energy, she was essentially...dead weight. This could probably sit for a while....but a very awkward situation for the crew. Probably the only thing holding the ship up was the weight of her arms hanging off the other side. Despite how much bigger this ship was from their last one, it was obvious just why they would need an even bigger one, if Alka was to continue tagging along.

Hiro watched the events take place as he started freaking right the hell out at the sight of a Sea king- FIGHTING WITH ALKA!!! "AH!! BE CAREFUL ALKA!!!" The man yelled, tho as she fell to the deck exhausted, he looked down at the floor boards of the ship as he arched an eye brow. 'if she sits like this for more then ten minutes... she's going to cause serious damage to the ship' He thought to him self rubbing the back of his head. 'maybe I can reinforce it to let her rest a little longer?' He thought to him self running to the opposite end of the ship before diving over the edge, swimming under the thing as he looked at the Keel. 'hm... it's a weaker model and the craftsman did a half-assed job on the thing... if I had to guess I'd say that this wasn't really designed for real sea travel...' He thought to him self swimming back up for air. His head burst from the salty sea as he inhaled loudly, slowly climbing his way back up to the top again. "where did you say you kept your wood planks again?" He asked rubbing the back of his head.

Danny was glad to have Alka on her side, and after watching her defeat that sea king, she was very impressed to say the least. She wondered what it was like being that large, and to be in a crew where everyone was much smaller than yourself. In response to the man's actions, Danny nodded to herself, confirming that he wasn't a devil-fruit user. Which was a good thing in case someone were to fall over board. She answered him when his heard appeared over the railing, "Not sure, we sort of stole this one. So your guess is as good as mine."
