AND ANOTHER THING.
Sharigan allows the user to use the jutsu immediately after copying it. (Kakashi vs. Zabuza when they used water dragon jutsu)
With Dragon Eyes you still have to learn the jutsu first, and it adds on the amount of words you have to type to learn the jutsu.

SoraKBM The C rank I have no problem with The B and A rank though, It's not the same as sharingan. Sharingan allows one to copy a jutsu regardless of element, Dragon eyes is a more limited version. - Ok that's fine with me ^_^And I don't see how A rank is straight out not allowed when Sharingan lets Kakashi copy jutsu he's never supposed to normally learn. Example: The Ice jutsu he used in the first movie Also the fact that, despite that his elements are lightning and water, he's used Wind, Fire, Earth techniques, AND genjutsu. - Because we already have enough Mimic-ing techniques, we can't allow you to learn a jutsu or a Kekkei Genkai that has two elements, even if you know one.
Ex: If facing a Iron sand user, and your character knows Raiton, you're telling me that he would be able to copy that ability since your character knows Raiton, which would allow them to manipulate their own Iron Sand then.
-It's just another accessible way to learn multiple Kekkei Genkai/ Technique.

Once the chakra leaves the body (i/e use of a jutsu) it can no longer be seen. Of course if someone uses a fire jutsu you'll probably see it coming at you anyway.)Also I changed the A rank description to Dragon Eyes - Rank A
The user can see Chakra, as well as learn jutsu that are made up of multiple elements so long as the user can use them.

 SHIKIGAMI CLAN   [slight variations may occur.]Description
The shikigami clan, a very rare clan the relies heavily on there intelligence and awareness of knowledge. The Shikigami clan are the users of paper jutsu's so Origami to a sense. The members can replicate paper to create their attacks and have a freakishly high intelligence for their know how to put chakra into the paper and create shuriken out of paper. There are many shikigami that have adapted colored paper and animals into there jutsu's using Birds, flowers, butterflies etc.
Background
The Shikigami clan has been well revered as one of the most intellectual of kekkei Genkai holders thanks to there ingenuity for origami, quick thinking and figuring out how even the most complex jutsu's are such as Kamui. The Shikigami's have slowly withered away to nothing having little members left but those that have survived and made it to the new age have become powerful and very high ranked people. The Shikigami clan is a very noble clan that analyse everything to the smallest detail which stems from the creator and passer of the kekkei genkai though they can sometimes come off as harsh and cruel, it's because of there analytic personality that defines how they act.
Requirements & Rules
● Must have bloodline profession.
● Must have a favored form of origami {Flowers, birds, butterflies etc}
● Must have the clan name, Shikigami
● User must have Wind as there primary
● Must be harsh and analytic
● Must have a color that there paper sheets are.
● Must have at least one piece of paper on them at all times.

E rank - Paper replication
This is for there constant need of paper. If the user has a piece of paper that they're touching, they can replicate it with there chakra seeped into them. This technique can only work if they're touching it physically so it could be glued to a certain part of the clothing or body and used to replicate them by means of having there hands on it. Must make a hand sign before it.

E rank - Paper Shuriken
This is a skill that any shikigami has, a technique that consists of pouring one's chakra into a scrap of paper in a split second, hardening and sharpening it, so it can be used as a shuriken. Its sharpness is equal to that of a shuriken made of metal. The user can further increase the power of the shuriken by making it into certain shapes. But because of this they can only seem to make 2 at a time.
D rank - Ori Shuriken
This is a stronger version of paper Shuriken. It's stronger by the fact that the user pours more chakra into the paper that they're using and by doing such, gains more strength and
D Rank - Kami chakram
the user combines a large quantity of paper sheets into a single chakram-like shape, which they then throws at the intended target. While in flight, the disc spins with tremendous speed and its trajectory and inclination can be freely manipulated by the user, presenting opportunities to attack the enemy from all angles, even if the disc is initially avoided. The discs spins so fast that a collide between two of them result in a considerable impact.
C rank - Kami Shuriken
This is a stronger version of paper Shuriken. The paper has is thicker and causes larger shuriken and 20 shuriken to be sent at once that can be moved with the users chakra.
C rank - Kami Bunshin - Paper Clone
This technique takes advantage of users ability to create and manipulate paper. By infusing their chakra into paper, they can shape it into a perfect replica of themselves that they can control remotely. When the clone is hit or disperses, it merely collapses back into sheets of paper.
C Rank - Kami Camo
With this, they're able to blend into the environment when they're in a fight by using paper to cover there body and use there chakra to color it.
B rank - 40 Kami Shuriken
This is a stronger version of paper Shuriken. The paper has more chakra, thicker and causes larger shuriken and 40 shuriken.
B rank - Kami Replication
This is a more advanced form of paper replication. The user no longer needs to be in physical touch with the sheet of paper but they need to have visual site of it. The user forms a few hand signs and separates their hands, 50 sheets of paper blowing out and then falling to the ground. During this time, they can be used to send attacks or create objects.
B Rank - Kami guard
The user creates multiple sheets of paper that's considerably durable and able to block most attacks that are at the same level or lower. It does this by the user solidifying the paper by using chakra to increase the density of the paper so that it was harder to penetrate.
A rank - Fluray of Shuriken
This is more of a defensive use of paper shuriken that causes the paper to circulate around the opponent while compacting together to cause an even greater strength and durability.
A Rank - Kami Clone
This is another version of paper clone that allows the user to conceal paper bombs in the paper clone so when they're hit or dispersed, they will explode after they're hit or disperse into sheets of paper.
A Rank - Shikigami chakrams

This is a stronger version of paper Shuriken. The paper has is thicker and causes larger shuriken and 60 shuriken to be sent at once that can be guided with the use of Kunai or the users chakra.
S Rank - Dance of the Shikigami
This is the Shikigamis most secretive technique that allows the used flight for 3 posts. This creates thousands upon hundreds of paper sheets to form wings that allow you to fly at high speeds and send paper shuriken.
[in this state, your body can also turn into paper and use it as a means of travel but you lessens how long you may use it by a post. You're also a lot more effected by fire depending on the level of the opponent strength and the level of attack]
A Rank - 1000 kami shuriken assault - Dance of the Shikigami
This uses the wings of the shikigami dance by shooting multiple pieces of paper that are turned into paper shuriken.
B Rank - 10 paper bomb explosion - Dance of the Shikigami
This is the Shikigamis secondary attack after activation the dance of the shikigami. This allows the user to fire relentless waves of paper bombs.

Azela Clan - Kishi No MeiyoDescription
Stage 1: Red eyes with a tint of gold in it and the pupil was oval shaped, not quite wolf like, but not quite human like either.
● Ability:bAllows the user to see three colors: red, yellow, and white. The red shows what's around them and the yellow shows the things they're aiming for. Things in white will show living creatures. It's kind of like thermal vision, just better. Also it will let the user see past genjutsus.
Stage 2: Sapphire eyes with black diamond shaped pupils that both the bottom and top tips off it touche the top and bottom of the eye. There is a black circle in the middle that touche the edges of the diamond and another circle that is the regular pupil. There are 4 small lines in front of the edges of the diamond.
● Ability: It gives the owner the ability to summon any weapon from the Azela's clan's old armory in a hidden place protected by a seal.
Background
This is a lost clan to was destroyed years ago during the third great ninja war. The few who were able to survive were either imprisoned or escaped and hid. They had a special Kekkei Genkai which made them dangerous to their enemies. They mostly lived by the village hidden in the sand on an oasis. They made alliances with both the Sand, Leaf, and Lightning villages. They were ambushed by the Grass, Wave, Mist, and Stone village over night and were taken out before they could call reinforcements.
