Desired Bloodline: Uchiha (Sharingan) --> Mangekyo
Reasons for choosing said Bloodline: Uchiha were always my favorite characters of the series. I wish to evolve them from being over-powered and over-populated RPCs to more meaningful and emotionally/elaborate people with depth to their actions and story.

RP Samle w/ Bloodline technique usage:

Dark eyes were quietly perched upon a tree, the glowing red sharingan in the kid's eye revealed the presence of nothing but an Uchiha. The late teen-years boy lounged on a branch with one leg dangling off the side. He swung a kunai around his finger, producing a whizzing sound from the blade slicing through the air in circular motions. His dark hair slightly crept onto his face from the front, and the concentration and determination on his face blurred out his age. The kunai in his hand snapped to a proper position in his hand as his other hand planted on the branch, and his non-hanging leg sprung himself forward onto a branch that was in the forward direction. He landed on the balls of his feet, and he was perched in a hunting position, with his kunai held tightly in is hand up to his jaw. He truly resembled a predator, ready to attack. Raine had spotted his prey.

The two tomoe sharingan which he had activated, showed the chakra patterns of three men. It was in the middle of the night, so his regular vision was almost useless. The flow of chakra wasn't so impressive, they resembled Genin skill levels, but were not of that usual age. The night was calm, but even in the silence Raine couldn't hear what they were saying. Reading their lips was easy for him, after all it was a skill that he used very often, especially during class. The men weren't too bulky, they appeared to be amateur bandits. These were the guys who were responsible for stealing jutsu scrolls from the library. It didn't seem like a big deal, but some of those scrolls are Konoha's largest assets. An Uchiha was needed for a job like this. With that said, Raine needed to confirm that these were the guys he was looking for. "Aye, maybe we gon' hit the jackpot and find a Rasengan scroll eh?" That was enough for Raine.

The Uchiha smirked, and his white teeth glimmered in the dark. He weaved a few hand signs, Raine whipped his head back, and his cheeks puffed out, and he blew out multiple fireballs up into the air. He didn't use too much chakra, just enough to send 10 fireballs upwards. This wasn't directed at the enemy, instead the fireballs were launched high up in the air, and Raine swiftly dropped down onto the floor. He landed silently, and shot forward, as the men were focused on the fireballs. Raine ran into the one farthest to the left, he drove his shoulder into his chest, and then grabbed the back of his head, which soon caused his face to violently meet his knee. The man made an "urgh" sound as he he fell on his back. Raine finally sealed the deal with a kick to the face. The man seemed to be unconscious, and the two other men obviously noticed Raine's presence.

The fireballs now began to rain down and make contact with the ground. The explosions weren't very large, they were actually quite small. Raine slipped back into the bushes and into the darkness. All that was visible was his red eyes, which were peering through the shadows. "Come out you coward!" Shouted one of the men. The wind in the woods picked up for a quick moment, and the bushes around Raine moved against his skin. The bristles of the bushes and grass poked him and he bit his lip at the urge to scratch the itchy sensations. "I can see your creepy eyes kid!" In that moment, the same man lunged forward, diving into the bush that Raine was blending in with. It was quick, and his body was soon impacted by a strong force as his chest felt like it was being crushed. His back hit the floor hard, and he felt the man's elbow dig into his chest. Raine gritted his teeth, and the man pinned him to the floor. "Get off me!" Raine managed to squeak out in a weak voice. The man's elbow kept him on the ground, and a heavy punch swung in from the left side of Raine's face. Raine felt a stinging taste of metal in his mouth, and he gathered it in his mouth. As the man winded up for the next punch, Raine spat the blood into his face, and the man cursed out loud before putting two hands on his face and wiping the blood off of his face frantically. The other man stood idly by, watching the situation occur. Raine clasped both his hands together, and sent his elbows with all his strength into the gut of his opponent. The man buckled forward, and his head almost crashed into Raine's head. Raine's legs flew up and wrapped around the neck of the man, before he snapped his legs down, crashing his head into the floor, and choking him out with his legs.

Raine laid back, completely out of breath, he rolled over and spit out some more blood from the inside of his cheek. He got to his legs, and tried to control his breathing. The air raggedly traveled through his wind pipes, and his chest felt like it was closing his pipes as he inhaled each time. He looked up at the last man, panting, and blood on the side of his face. His eyes shot deep into his soul, and the man chuckled. "Save it." He said. Raine dropped to a knee and clenched his chest, it really felt like his lungs were shutting down. He looked up at the man again, not sure what he should do at this point. "Some day." He said, before his image became a crystalized mirror, and then shattered to the ground. Raine was left there, mystified, and with questions lurking in his mind. Raine stood up, and a tear rolled down his cheek. His fists tightened, and he clenched his jaw, which agitated his wound. His punch was sent into a tree, and he stood there, with his fist lodged into the sharp bark. He was still too weak, what use was he to his village?

It's for my Mizukage (U/C) RPC, do the rules for unlocking the stages and Mangekyo still apply? Or could I have a very fleshed-out bio. It just seems different from a Genin.

RP Samle w/ Bloodline technique usage: Ishimaru was on another scouting mission, although he hated how boring it got a lot of time he did enjoy the quiet in the desert at night. It was a great place to be away from the bustle of the village, and to top it off the moon was so bright that Ishimaru could easily see his landscape in for miles. He stopped suddenly when he thought he heard the shuffling sound of quiet feet on sand but calmed down when he saw a rabbit hiding behind a withered desert tree and was almost completely at ease... almost. He watched as the white rabbit hopped along with a startled and fearful like movements. He kneed down and pet the small creature for a moment being carful to only pet in on the fur as to not accidently poison the poor animal. Then when the rabbit was no more than ten feet away the sand behind Ishimaru exploded as a ninja leapt out from where he had be patiently hiding. It might have been a good strategy had the rabbit he used as a decoy not have been so obviously hand raised and if the ninja hadn't underestimated a sand-nin. Even before the other ninja came out of hiding Ishimaru was nearly finish forming his hand seals. He turn to the ninja as he finished the last sign and said "Poison Release: Poison Spray Technique" and sprayed him from head to toe in a powerful hemotoxic poison. With seconds his clotted blood began starving the ninja of oxygen as his heart couldn't pump the coagulated blood through his body. Ishimaru went quickly to work trying him up before extracting the poison out of the man. "So where is the rest of your squad or group and what village do you belong to" he said to the ninja who apparently wasn't beyond genin rank like Ishimaru. The ninja merely sat there and when Ishimaru went to ask again the ninja jumped back with his bindings cut from a obviously jounin rank ninja from the leaf. "He is my student and apparently he tried to prove something to someone by attacking a ninja from the sand" he said glaring at the ninja who now seemed young stupid cowering behind his sensei. "I apologies for his actions and will personally punish him upon returning to the leaf. The ninja who attack Ishimaru then spoke as well "I'm sorry Some kids from town said that Kuragakure ninja where weak and if I could beat another ninja in a fight I could skip the Chuunin exams" he said to his sensei before Ishimaru chimed in "then tell those guys to challenge me one on one and we will who's weak" Ishimaru said grinning. He then went back to the village after the two leaf-nin left to report what happened and was given the rest of the day off.

Yea I plan to honestly I didn't really feel that a jutsu was necessary for application but I though it better to be safe than sorry and added the jutsu into the post.

Reasons for choosing said Bloodline: well must of my characters are serious and have a cold edge to them, and are confused about their own path in their shinobi way and the uchiha would be perfect for me.

RP Samle w/ Bloodline technique usage:

a dark skinned young man dressed in a anbu blacks ops uniform was hidden from sight in the trees observing his target as they conversed with their source. a little while later there was a bark and the man looked toward the trees where akane was as the tree irrupted into flames and the man he was talking to fled, akane jumped from the trees, blinked his eyes and when he opened them they were the color of blood and had three black symbols around his pupil the sharingan was activated. the man linked several separate hand seals but akane could also see thanks to his eyes that chakra was gathering in his mouth. akane in a flash reached down and pulled several kunai from his pouch on his right hip and threw them at his opponent forcing him to loose focus on his chakra build up and dodge them giving akane time to land on the ground to provide more agility for him.

the man finishing his charkra build up spewed lava from his mouth that covered a wide arch of land coming for akane, who dodged easily to the left by dashing only to be met be his target who was dashing for him at a high speed. normally this would be a fatal position but for a uchiha with an awakened sharingan it was child's play as his assailant movements were slowed down and transparent images of the man attack pattern was shown to akane and all he would have to do is time his dodge and counter attack at the right moment. Akane his eyes focused as his hand weaved signs as he inhaled a deep breath of air, as the man was right on time with his stab as akane ducked under and dashed behind him with ease as akane then was behind him he placed his index and middle fingers up to his lips"Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu" with the gathered chakra in his mouth he spews out intense flames that are condensed and concentrated through his fingers and become a raging fireball that the man is not able to dodge due to the short range and that he was still moving forward due to the momentum of his own attack. there was a cry then nothing as the man was dead his body charred and akane reached down to the mans bag and pulled out a sealed scroll that was protected by a jutsu to withstand elemental attacks.
with that his mission was complete he burned the body until not even the bones were left and leapt off into the night.
