Lily jumped when a water balloon splashed against her side officially making her completely soaked. She grinned at Sam who had thrown the water balloon and quickly grabbed another another. This one was to be aimed at Sam.
She gave a small smile to the boy as to say I'm going to get you back and made a note that she, Sam, and Nate needed to have a water balloon fight. It was such great target practice, a good way to get better aim without being in the middle of an actual battle.

She was getting soaked, but atleast it was keeping her cool on the warm summer day. She weaved back and forth between running kids as she attempted to procur more balloons. Spotting a big red one waiting for her, she heaved it towards the other team, laughing as she slide a little on the soggy grass.

"Sorry, dear!" Eve called to Ainsley with a smile. At least the kid seemed to be having fun, and that was all that mattered!
Eve would had added, 'All's fair in love and war!', but really, things on either end weren't going very good for her and she didn't need to be reminded of that. They were all here for fun, after all!
"Lucy," She addressed him as she went to get more ammo. "You'd better get serious or I will reserve a huge water balloon just for you and dump it into your pillow." And if that didn't serve to motivate him, she didn't know what would. After all... Eve could be very serious about her threats...

Red team!!
The war was raging on, and Castille was soon out of water balloons. She ran back to the bins that were being filled with them, and a couple of the kids were having difficulty tying the balloons. She decided that helping with ammo for a minute couldn't hurt, so she took her place next to the kids and said "Hey! Lemme show you how to tie that!"
Soon she too was carrying an armload of filled water balloons over to the bins where they were quickly snatched up by team mates and lobbed to the other side.

Peter sputtered when he was hit with the balloon, looking up to scowl at the red-head. Okay, so he wasn't really mad. It was more fun than frustrating, but still. This was one of the few times Peter actually parted with his phone, but Chris had better give it back to him after the battle.
He moved over to pick up another balloon, grinning as Sam threw a balloon at Lily. Double team on a camp counselor? Peter took the balloon and threw it at her, hoping it would actually hit.

Retaliation from Lily was expected, but being pelted with two water balloons had caught Sam off guard. He whipped around to see Istas running off. Oh, he'll get her back. Before he ran off for another balloon, he caught Peter hitting Lily and gave him a thumbs up.
Sam went to fetch another water balloon, stopping in to check on Ainsley. "Fun, huh?" He beamed. Even though he was dripping with water, and his shirt was clinging and felt like it weighed a ton, Sam was enjoying himself. It was a good way to cool off. Picking up another balloon, Sam joined the fight again, but instead of just throwing his balloon at anyone, he waited to get Istas back.

Paris frowned as a few of the children ganged up on his friend, then rolled his eyes at their antics and decided there wasn't anything he could do about it. That was sort of the point of this whole thing anyway. And besides, it was just water. Lily could survive getting a little wet.
Well, they were getting a lot wet, and the ground was getting more slippery and muddy. Paris almost slipped a few times but managed to keep his balance before he could fall, grabbing more balloons and passing a few off to Peter and some of the other kids before going back to tossing them at random people, taking careful aim at those who looked drier.

So far, Talia had just been hanging in the back, dodging all the water balloons that came towards her. After all, the best strategy in any ball game was to survive as long as possible, then take everyone out later!
Now was the time for action though! Talia grabbed a water balloon out of the bucket and grinned at the other team. She really didn't want to hit the children, that was cruel.
...
Okay maybe she really wanted to hit some children, but not in a bad way! Besides, her real reason for joining the waterballoon fight was ... BOYS. Getting all soaking wet and cold, it was just asking for a summer romance! Though she'd thought about it, she'd decided against wearing a white shirt; she didn't want to seem too desperate! Or slutty.
She had a good stance for hitting Ainsley, but suddenly she noticed Griffin. They had been put on different teams? What a perfect opportunity for revenge! With a swing of her arm, the balloon went flying, straight towards Griffin.

Istas was pelted several more times with balloons as she ran around trying to lob as many as she could at other people. She giggled at Sam and stuck her tongue out as if to dare him to hit her with another balloon. This time she had a purple balloon. Granted when she threw it she was aiming at someone else, but it was always more fun to throw off an 'enemy'.

It seemed she'd missed again. Pouting she turned around and went to get another balloon. It wasn't that it was any less fun, due to missing her target, but it did bother her a bit. She'd aimed for her friend. Oh well, she'd try again...maybe someone else. Yes, someone else.
Picking up a balloon Jenna turned and headed back in order to be as close as possible. Taking aim she threw the next water balloon. This time she had aimed for Lily

She had started out a bit rusty, but her last few throws had landed true, bolstering the girl's excitement and loud whoops and calls of victory. She had no clue who was winning, or how long the game would be going on, but she was having a blast taking advantage of the fun event.
Grasping another nearby balloon she tossed it high in the air, hoping to snipe someone in surprise. And hopefully someone on the correct team.

Ainsley waved to Eve with a small smile, "It's all right!" she voiced as loud as she could so Eve could hear her. She didn't want her to feel bad about it, it was only water after all! She couldn't exactly get upset when she'd probably dropped enough balloons on herself than what team members hit the opposing team with. This made her work harder, constantly trying to make enough balloons for her entire team so they wouldn't run out.
"Lots of fun," she smiled to Sam as she made sure he had more balloons. "Go get them!"

The battle had gone by with little incident so far. A few of the kids who had accidentally been hit in the face had gone off crying, only differentiated by their sad noises since they were so soaked that tears went generally unnoticed. Everyone by this point was wet, the only person on the field who had managed to stay dry by this point was Adira, who was watching each side for misconduct in a lawn chair. She felt like a lifeguard almost, save for a significantly lower chance of anyone drowning.
TEAM RED HAS 46 POINTS REMAINING.
TEAM BLACK HAS 53 POINTS REMAINING.
NEW RULE: You may now post again in 3 hours time from your last post, or after 5 other people have posted, whichever comes first. This will keep the game moving quickly as people go in and out of the battle.
HOWEVER, regardless of the time limit, you may not have more than 2 posts in a row. (for instance, if you post, wait three hours (and no one has posted) post again. If no one has posted 3 hours after your second post, you must wait until someone else posts before continuing).
Note: This is just for action posts (making or throwing balloons). You can make as many non action posts as you like.

Istas took a break from throwing balloons to try to refill their team's balloon buckets watching everyone have fun as she worked still giggling anytime one of her friends got hit with a balloon. "GO RED TEAM!"

Team Red!
The fight was reaching a new level of excitement. The teams were equally soaked, and the kids were having a blast. Castille was hurriedly filling balloons, trying to keep up with all of the kids that were running from the front lines to gather their arms full of ammo.
A little girl ran up to her, her ponytail bouncing behind her. She held out her arms, and Castille dropped four or five balloons into her arms, yelling "Go get 'em!" as she sprinted away.
