Nodding slightly Koka drifted off to sleep. It didn't take him too long shift into a deep sleep and start to snore lightly. His mind drifted into dreams of the past.

The sound of a hawk soaring over head got the attention of a small tan creature. His head turned up to the sky quickly looking for the bird. Spotting it quickly he bolts to the closest safe spot he could find. A cave. Standing there in the opening the little creature scans the sky making sure the hawk was gone, but for he decided it was safe. Scurrying out the tan creature climbs up onto a bush and looks around. "Good...no more dangers..."

Shifting a bit the bush moves slow climbing out of the hole it was hiding in. The bush was actually a small tree attached to the back of a white and black turtle. The turtle didn't even know it had a passenger till the little creature jumped down. A bit startled at seeing the creature the turtle hides in its shell.

Yawning softly Koka rolls onto his side he was a bit fatter then normal, and a lot more tired lately.

Hearing his brother's voice Koka yawns rolling over again this time onto his feet. "...Talk about trouble, Skugg? Why would we be in trouble?" He hadn't really been taking note his stomach being bigger then normal.

The turtle pokes out of his shell turning to head back to his master's den. He didn't want to be around a stranger. It was a slow trek back but to his surprise the little brown creature didn't follow him.

Tilting his head the skinny creature shrugs and goes back to looking for food. He was hungry as hell having a hard time looking for food and keeping watch for hawks and such at the same time.

Glancing down to his stomach Koka wiggles a little. "How is that a bad thing then to cause trouble?" Not a bit worried really the younger skunk just hoped they would be healthy since he did know the risks with them being brothers and all.

Lowering his tail Koka shakes his head. "I won't blame you if something is wrong. We both will be to blame, but let's just hope they are fine....Right now...I'm hungry, Skugg." Glancing to the small alcove they put left over food in the silver skunk notes it was empty.

Nodding lightly Koka lays back down on the haypile swaying his tail. "Alright...Brother. I will stay here and nap a bit."

Digging up a anthill the little tan creature digs madly. He was starving and wanted ANY he could dig up but to his dismay the anthill was empty.

Watching his brother go Koka yawns happily glad he was fixing to be a 'mother'. All he could hope was the gods were in a good mood and gifted him with good strong health kits. As he thought he drifted off to sleep a bit till Skugg returned.

Hunting around for a bit more food the creature paid no mind to threats now. He figured death by hungry predator was better then death by no food in his stomach. The scurry of a scorpion's feet got his attention as he ran over to it. The bug ran running right towards a massive black furred creature, but that didn't bother the tan creature a bit. Grabbing hold of the scorpion's tail stinger he bit it off using his paws to grab the rest of the bug.
