"Who's Sono..?" She asked, leaning back in her seat and looking about, wondering if she really was going to be adopted into a new family, along with Silas. After a few moments of looking about, she let out a quiet sigh, "I miss Vic.." she says abruptly.

"Insonorise was my first babbyyy, he's an angelic Meta, his item was a golden bell, but I didn't notice it was flawed soooo... he's got a speech problem." Asu giggled a bit.
"He talks like a retard."
"Oh shush Des, you love your brother and you know it." She shook her head with a sigh. "You poor thing... is he coming back at all?" She adopted a concerned look.

"Oh.." she blinks a few times after hearing about Sono, though she shrugs when the topic switches to Vic. "I hope so.. he did say it wasn't going to last too long, but it's already been about five months." she pouts, looking down to the promise ring she still wore today. "We only had five days all to ourselves between Christmas and him telling me that he needed to go..". As she lets out a sigh, Moira shifts a little in her seat, trying to get comfortable, "So between my family failing to come to any Christmas thing and forgetting about Thanksgiving and Vic and his family going away for some odd months, I've been fine."

"Oh that sucks. You have a way to contact each other, right?" Asu frowned a little. "You sure have bad luck with people disappearing on you..." She sighed a little.
"Mother, that's a little harsh, don't you think?" Deskri frowned.
"Don't you 'Mother' me, Des. It's true."

"Yeah, we've been writing letters because we both probably would've broken down in tears at the sound of the others voice." She manages to laugh, rubbing the back of her neck, "I don't know if it's just me as a being or what, but..yeah..people do seem to vanish a lot.."

"Aw, that's so sweet." Asu grinned and leaned her head on her hands. "It's a curse, really. Des always attracts assholes and suspicious characters." She nodded a little.
"And you attract psychos." Deskri grumbled in response.

Moira can't help but laugh, a laugh that hadn't been heard in awhile, a true laugh. After awhile of her laughing, she finally started to settle down, "O-oh man.. I can't wait to have a proper family.. I think I've waited long enough to get one." She smiles, looking at the two adults. Sure, she had Vic and his family, but she never really thought she had a family of her own to fall back on and now she was finally getting one.

"Of course! And no one should have to wait for a proper family... that's just wrong." Asu shook her head, but still had a grin on her face.
"You'll regret it, I'm serious... Hayden started out all 'Mom's the best thing ever!' and these days he even admits she's a pain in the a** most of the time." Deskri was of course exaggerating, and Asu knew it, but she still reached over and gave him a light smack on the head.
"Don't say bad things about your mother, it's terribly rude. Maybe that's why you have such horrible luck, you're always saying bad things about me."

She smiled a little more, "I should probably get back to the dorms and make Silas some dinner.. I still worry about him." the girl glanced out the window for a moment before standing, "Thanks.. for everything. I'll see if I can bring him over if he accepts."

"All right, just let Des know when you're ready to come back over here. I'll even make Hayden come over to introduce himself properly." Asu grinned and then got up to open the door for Moira to leave.
"I'm gonna head out too... I guess I'll see you again soon." Deskri was quick to take his chance for an easy escape and got up the instant Moira mentioned leaving.
