Marina looked over at Astrol, "I believe that they were going to show me my room..." She laughed, not really wanting to know about the restricted door. "I-I mean if that alright..." She averted her eyes looking down at the floor, her vision blurring a bit...

Astrol laughed as well. "There shouldn't be as far as i know. Your room is going to be somewhere on the fourth floor."

Marina smiled slightly, "Umm...ahh, alright...thank you." She bowed politely, the world shifting a bit, losing her balance, but managed to catch herself before making a fool. She pressed her hand on her forehead where the bandages were, it seemed to be bleeding again.

~*Nightingale caught the stumbling girl at the last minute, hoisting her up into what some would deem 'a bridal style hold'...
"It seems, you are injured...and therefore require the Infirmary first..." she said with authority, and passed the shorter female over to Sphyria.
"Take her...no matter what she says, you're going!" she commanded. Sphyria nodded and flew off...*~

After seeing hem got throught the elevator Astrol then turned to Nightingale. "So what brings you back to the Titans, or are you ready to be acknolwedge as a hero instead of a sidekick"

Marina's eyes widened when Nightingale picked her up, then moved her to Sphyria. "I-I'm fine...r-reall-" Her sentence was cut short when she flew off, "?!"

~*Nightingale turned to Astrol, "True, there is some prestige in being the first sidekick...and especially one to The Kestrel...but it is as you've said...I'm over being the back half of "The Kestrel and..." I think I have a right to be a hero on my own!" she let out a small, harsh laugh.
"Though you wouldn't believe how long it took to convince The Kestrel of that...do not be surprised if she calls at all hours demanding an update on my situation...it's her way of 'checking up'...I only convinced her to finally allow me this chance with the help of Sphyria..."
She raised an eyebrow behind the yellow/gold mask and asked, "Why? Do you not want me here...? I realise I have no powers...but you should know of our reputation in Gotham...Surely?"
And then she was silent, awaiting reply...*~

Astrol laughed "No, thats not exactly it. I figured that Kestrel was making another play for power. Think about it as far as the justic Leauge is concerned Kestrel the the big kuniha, where as I amthe resrector and rebuilder of the Teen Titan, also I've been placed under pressure by the president to name the second and third in command here at the tower."

She relaxed her posture, "Kestrel does not wish to play for power here...in fact, if she had her way, I would not be here...I am both out of her sight, and out of her control..." A Mischevious smile played about her lips...*~

Suddently the Titan intercom blared on as Astrol's voice spoke "Can all Teen Titans report to the Common Room immedantly for an important meeting."

~*The Kestrel stormed into the Tower like a menacing, ominous, thunderstorm on legs...looking to do great damage to the idiot who'd convinced her daughter and protege to go off gallivanting on other worlds...
Certainly, it was not the first time, however...all the other trips had involved either HER, or another League Member she grudgingly trusted...
This was intolerable...
Her glove-clad figures touched the intercom button with far too much force and nearly jammed it in the wall as she said, in that dark, frightening way that made criminals wet themselves, "You have 5 seconds to get down here and explain...or you will not like the ocnsequences..."
And then, she folded her arms and waited...*~
