Isis Delacroix Fenrir Graveheart isis: steroids give you the power to read minds and memories? o_O I don't know what else I would call the injections. Injections were given to all members of the Littermates to effect them in different ways. Amara's injections affected her body to make her busty and desirable. What would you call it woofie? @Crimson - One what to learning weapon styles? One extra level to learn them or one extra post? one post. Changed it.

Crimsondot RPC Name: Jasper Kurogane Level: 1 Main Style: NA Talent Description: Jasper has excellent martial arts skill, but has troubling reagaining his abilites after rehab. Oce he starts training however, Jasper remembers some of his former skill, mainly due to muscle memory. For martial arts styles, each time he learns a new style, eh can learn teh first two stages instead of one. Talent Weakness: 1+ post to learning weapon skills, as Jasper has trouble with them due to rehab, and no prior experience. How did the character get this talent?: By spending several years in rehabilitation due to drug addiction, as well as physical therapy. Sample: Jasper rolled out a scroll. He quickly scanned over the contents of the scroll. It was for Muay Thai. It seemed simple enough. But Jasper wondered if he was still able to perform Martial Arts at the skill level he previously had, before his incident. He read the basics of training for the first stage of this style. Once Jasper stood up and starting training for it, basically by smacking a training dummy. After he went through the movements, Jasper could feel his muscle memory returning. After he had learned the first stage of the style, Jasper felt more confident. He read the scroll further, and looked at the next stage. Normally, it would be too hard for someone of his level, but he felt confident. Jasper began to train according to the scroll, and had soon easily mastered the second stage.

Isis Delacroix Kagetsukiko Hope no one minds me reposting this to keep it from getting lost sweatdrop . Kagetsukiko Alright, will change 3nodding . Hm, so giving her only 75% of the average energy amount isn't enough to make up for it sweatdrop ? Hm, give me a bit to think of a suitable weakness, then. If I can't think of anything better, I'll take up your suggestion but before that, I want to try at the least sweatdrop . Wait, so are you saying that I can't have any void skill above A-rank or are you just giving me a scale of how to rank the skills I make? I'm going to assume it's fine for the energy section to not have any drawbacks? Hm.... How about I do something like what I did in Axiom and up it to 75% only in situations where the opponent would be especially good at using the attack. Like, maybe, for skills from the major style that are a rank or more below the target's rank? Or is that a no go as well sweatdrop ? Lastly, I know this is slightly off-topic, but thank you very much for not just rejecting it right away as I was afraid that it would be sweatdrop . EDIT- Ah, Neko, I just realized I made a big mistake gonk ! In the general section, I wrote, "after mastering all of her styles at sage rank, she is able to take up a third extra style," thinking that there were only 5 levels, meaning that the last extra style will be the third extra style. Sorry, just realized that there were actually 10 levels, so that would mean 6 extra styles in total >_< ! I'm not sure whether or not you thought that "third" meant that Setsuna could only learn a max of three extra styles (which it doesn't) but in case you did, I wanted to point that mistake out so you can tell me whether or not it's still acceptable sweatdrop . You seem to have worked hard on it because you posted more than anyone else. Also, I know you are a defensive fighter. So I want to try and make this work for you but have it be fair so no one complains. I doubt I will get that last part since people tend to complain about anything, but yeah, whatever XD Lol I think you can have void skills above A rank. I just think a general scale is in order. I think the stronger the attack, the more energy you'll have to put in to dismantling the attack. I'd say small attacks like e or d rank could cost 25% to dismantle, ranks for C and B would cost 50% and A rank and above would cost 75% Does that work? Also, I think six extra styles would be a bit much don't you? I think I could go with her learning 4 extra skills. Yeah, I understand the fairness and no complaints part 3nodding . And am I really that unlikely to go on offense sweatdrop ? About a weakness for the half-energy bonus, how about after Kageko has only a certain percent (maybe between 10 and 25? or should I go higher?) of energy left, she doesn't have her usual speed bonus. This doesn't include her reflexes bonus. Alright, just wanted to clarify. I'm good with that way of deciding the energy cost. It makes sense and isn't too strict whee . That's what I thought as well sweatdrop . So... to get to four evenly.... How about every third level, starting from level one, Setsuna learns an extra style and no learning an extra style after mastering everything she already has?

Isis Delacroix RPC Name: Candescent Vulpine Level: 1 Main Style: N/A Talent Description: By touching people on their skin, Candy get's a rushed flood of their memories. As he goes up in levels, the skill increases in people: Level 1: Candy can try to use his skill, but more than likely it will be blocked. Level 2: If he tries to use the skill, he'll only be able to see what the person is thinking at the moment. Level 3: Candy can see the worries of the person he touches. Level 4: Candy can see the names of people the victim holds close. Level 5: Candy can see into the recent past (Fyi, see what the person did in the last 2 months) Level 6: Candy can see up to a year in the past Level 7: Candy can see up to the past five years Level 8: Candy can see all the memories Level 9: Candy can manipulate those memories Level 10: Candy can erase those memories. Talent Weakness: This talent only works if Candy touches the victim. He can't just stand there and read minds. How did the character get this talent?: An early form of Gene-X, given to him by the four leaders of the Littermates organization. It was the first round of testing ever with that compound and as such, had a side effect. Candy's being his mild telekenetic abilities. Sample: While walking next to Mira (Yes chill I'm using your character >:3), Candy smiled and looked down to the woman. The man was using his good looks and personality to lure this little lamb to the slaughter. He had heard her talking the whole time, but nothing that she said had any useful information. With a light grin, Candy swooped Mira up into his arms. The look in her eyes, the blush, it was all so cute. Leaning in, Candy pressed his lips to Mira's as he held her tightly. While it looked like a simple kiss to others, Candy was actually searching through her memories. He viewed Mira's past like it was a movie flashing in his mind. The man witnessed it all, and when he had his fill, Candy released the woman. There was the information he was looking for, and luckily for her, he wouldn't need to erase anything.

Here's the new version. I think (and hope) I remembered to put in all of the edits sweatdrop . Edits are in red.
RPC Name: Setsuna Akira Level: 1 Main Style: None Talent Description: Within Setsuna, the opposing essences of void and energy are present, their very presence creating the third force of chaos. With such a volatile balance within the girl, Setsuna's abilities differed greatly from others, forcing her to forge her own path as she uncovered weaknesses and strengths that most others don't have. This discovery is facilitated by her progress through her talent. While all passive abilities (as in, abilities that are active without her doing anything, this excludes stuff like dismantling skills) are constantly active regardless of her level, Setsuna is unable to access the non-passive factors of her talent until reaching the right level: Level 1- General Level 2- Energy (ability to observe attacks in preparation for dismantling them with chaos is activated) Level 3- Void Level 5- Chaos •General Description: Setsuna's body is naturally built for speed, her stature somewhat smaller and more fragile than the average body, which is partly due to the chaos that weakens the physical strength of her body from within. Other than the usual class specifications, the volatile array of energy, void, and chaos within Setsuna also shows physical manifestations that represent just how uncontrollable the combination can be at times. The majority of these physical side-effects prove to be negative but there are some indirect positive consequences. Strengths: Setsuna is one rank faster in most situation and two ranks faster whenever she performs an action relying on reflexes (ex: dodging) thanks to her light body, a side effect of the empty nature of void. Additionally, her inability to completely master any main style gives her a wider than average range of fighting styles. Every third level (starting from level 1), she is able to take up an additional style. Her inability to use her right eye without negative consequences on her body has also indirectly caused Setsuna to be able to use energy to sense her surroundings through a combination of minor energy detection, her five senses, and instinct. Without training, all this does is negate Setsuna's lack of depth perception with only one eye. With further training, though, this passive ability to expand even more (explained more in the energy section). Weaknesses: Most importantly, Setsuna cannot have a main style. Her naturally volatile nature prevents any sort of specialization in the normal methods. Now, on to the rest. Just as Setsuna's light body is built for speed, it is definitely not built for strength with a one rank deductions in both strength and defense and even the strength/defense bonuses from hand-to-hand styles are halved. Likewise, the girl cannot wield any heavy weaponry or wear any heavy armor. Additionally, the volatile balance of energy, chaos, and void creates a number of negative side-effects (explained more in the chaos section). •Energy Description: While energy is naturally found in all beings, Setsuna has an abnormally pure store within her. However, this energy is simply condensed, allowing her to use less energy for most skills. In fact, Setsuna actually has less energy than most other people thanks to another attribute. Strengths: Setsuna is able to perform up to D-rank energy-only (just energy, nothing holy or negative) skills from any style (ex: Setsuna can use Recall from the Snake Sword style without learning the style because it involves little skill with the weapon but cannot learn Bolt as it requires skill with the weapon and has no relation to energy). Additionally, her highly condensed energy allows her to pull off any and all skills with only half of the required energy (when needed, round up). Setsuna is also able to develop (in other words, this'll be a passive skill I'll create) very basic energy-sensing abilities. She is able to differentiate between, identify, and recognize individuals who are close to her and skill that are used close to her (physically, of course) even if she can't learn any other information. This skill is accurate enough that the girl could fight without her eyes if need be and sense any large disturbances in energy that affect the entirety of Ludus (this just means that she'll be able to sense some of the major events that happen). As expected, the girl can create and use her own, personal energy-related skills. Weaknesses:Because her energy is so concentrated, Setsuna's stamina, which is considerably less than the average, is naturally supported by her energy pool. As a result, when she has only 10% of her usual energy left, Setsuna loses her one rank speed advantage (reflex advantage is left untouched). •Void Description: The void within Setsuna negates numerous energy-related/mental effects (ex: seduction, having her past/future seen, having her energy detected) and allows her to use void skills (which I will make). Setsuna's void tainted aura also allows her to excel in hiding and sneaking, with the sounds, smells, energy, and anything else she emits being considerably deadened by her aura. Often times, her very presence is so dulled that people fail to notice that she is in a room until the see her directly. Most of the time, Setsuna uses her void to passively and automatically hide her energy whenever she is not fighting, using a skill, or attacking in any way. This talent is mainly useful as a maneuver to sneak past an energy sensor. However, it can also be used as an escape method during battle if Setsuna manages to get over two meters away from the energy sensor and stays that far away as she escapes (distance does not matter out of combat). Setsuna can also hide specific portions of her energy rather than all of it, making it possible to fool people of her rank by only allowing a certain amount of energy to go through. Weaknesses: On the downside, her relation to void gives her a lower total energy than most, about 3/4 of the average amount. It is also what indirectly causes her lack of strength. With void taking up some of the area that energy is supposed to take up, Setsuna is forced to have less energy, thus she has a smaller store of energy, lower stamina (explained more in the energy section), and lower strength/defense (explained more in the general section). Battle-oriented void skills are also limited to C-rank and above due to the amount of skill needed to pull them off. This limitation excludes the more support-oriented skills(ex: increasing the muffling effect Setsuna's void- affected aura naturally has). •Chaos Description: The two polar opposites of void and energy combined in Setsuna to create chaos. By integrating this mixture of void and energy into the energy of another person, Strengths: Setsuna is able to throw the other energy out of whack, dissipating the non-physical portion of any skill into a useless mass of chaos and leaving only the physical movement of the skill to do any damage (ex: a stream of fire will dissipate, a kinetic weapon will no longer exist, a lightning-boosted attack will become a simple attack, a rock that had been controlled with some skill will continue with whatever force it had a moment ago but will cease to be controlled). However, to do this, Setsuna must know the energy make-up of the skill, its "program", and how to dismantle it, a task that requires some basic observation. As a result, Setsuna must either see/sense the skill she wishes to dismantle at least four times or (in the case of long-lasting skills such as barriers and skills that require charging) analyze the skill for at least three whole posts. The knowledge taken from these observations are kept as part of Setsuna's memory as if they were skills themselves. Then, to dismantle the energy, the girl needs to use some of her own energy. This amount changes based on the rank of the skill: E/D cost 25% of the original amount, C/B cost 50% of the original amount, A+ cost 75% of the original amount. In addition to this basic ability, Setsuna is also able to learn any other chaos-related skills (which I will make). Weaknesses: Until she manages to identify and deactivate the technique, Setsuna is unable to do anything with chaos. Additionally, just as the chaos helps her, so does it hurt her. The human body is not meant to house both energy, void, and their result, chaos. As such, a number of Setsuna's physical aspects are affected by this unnatural phenomenon. The most seen and already mentioned is her inability to use her right eye. Although it can see perfectly fine, whenever Setsuna uses her right eye, energy leaks out of it (for every post the right eye sees, lose 10 energy points) and so she usually covers it with a solid-color contact that doesn't allow the eye to be used at all. As a result, Setsuna can't usually see from the right eye and so has a large blind spot on her right side. Another result of her volatile aura is her inability to lie. While the specifics are unknown, what is known as that whenever Setsuna tries to tell an outright lie (half-truths and word-plays are alright), she begins to feel nauseous and ends up blurting out the truth whenever she pushes herself to hard. The most dangerous unnatural side-effect is probably Setsuna's reaction to blood, specifically seeing blood. When she is calm, she can usually handle seeing minimal to moderate amounts of blood but immediately freezes over anything more. When not calm (ex: in battle), the problem gets worse and anything more than the amount of blood shown from a light wound leaves Setsuna in a helpless state of shock. There is some reprieve, though, as she is not affected by seeing her own blood. The only plausible explanation for this out-of-the-blue weakness is a combination of a natural dislike of blood, her traumatic experience of falling unconscious in her own parent's blood, and the volatile nature of her own aura. Talent Weakness: Look at the description. How did the character get this talent?: During the explosion that killed her parents, large amounts of Gene-X were released into the air, entering the systems of those in the facility. The majority of the victims died, with Setsuna being one of the few survivors who withstood the fatal dose and definitely the survivor that had received the most of the gene considering that she had fainted right in the room that had been the source of the explosion. Due to this abnormally large amount of exposure at an unheard of age to a gene that had never been produced combined with the long period of time it remained mostly unused within the girl, Setsuna's gene has mutated into something that is unique to her and only her. However, having been only 8 at the time, the girl does not hold that she holds this ability inside of her.
Sample: Setsuna stayed absolutely still in the trees, her breathing rhythmic and controlled, as she watched her target. If it weren't for her strange aura, which deadened the noises that her body naturall made, she would have been found ages ago just by the sound of her heartbeat judging from the sensitivity she was told the boy's hearing had. With such sensitive hearing, Setsuna knew that even she would need to put extra effort into sneaking around. A snapped branch was much louder than a beating heart and even with her knack for remaining hidden, the boy would notice it.
However, at the same time, it wasn't like Setsuna could remain hidden for forever. Sooner or later, she'd take a wrong step and her presence would be revealed. Furthermore, there was no merit in continuing to trail her target like this. The objective of this game was to take one of the player's hostage. Judging from her calculations, she was far better off by using her current advantage of a sneak attack than not using it. the girl wondered as she tried to find the least obvious attack she could go through with, With that thought, the girl slowly and quietly pulled a dagger from its sheathe. Still, her target failed to realize that he was being followed; at least, he seemed to. Then, without a moment's hesitation, Setsuna threw the dagger at her opponent's head as she came out of her cover.
the girl figured as the boy defended and counterattacked with a speed that only meant he had heard Setsuna a while ago. Rather than defending from his thrown kinectic weapon, though, Setsuna took it head on as she charged with a speed that rivaled that of people a rank higher than her. However, she took no damage from it. The skill was a common skill that she had seen more than enough to be able to dismantle with a simple touch. The target was somewhat shocked at this unheard of ability; however, he kept his calm like any good fighter and switched to an attack with a more physical weapon, his snake sword. "Tch," was all the girl said as she dodged the attack by the snake sword, only to have it recoil at an energy-enhanced speed to attack her once again. Pulling out yet another dagger, the girl blocked the whip-like sword and then had it twist around her weapon, immobilizing it. Before the boy could overpower her, she then dug her dagger into the ground, using the strength of the earth to supplement her own weak strength. For several seconds, a silent tug of war ensued between Setsuna and her opponent until finally he gave in and released his snake sword for another weapon, a pair of kodachis.
Taking the opportunity, Setsuna quickly released the dagger from the ground and pulled back on it to bring the handle of the sword to her. Then, not bothering to untangle her dagger from it, the girl slashed at the kodachi-wielding boy with her new weapon as he charged forward. It was obvious she had none of the finesse that the boy had when he wielded it himself. However, that didn't mean she could swing it around and try to land a hit. Of course, the first try failed miserably and Setsuna was forced to either dodge or block. She chose the latter, blocking both blades with an arm, gritting her teeth through the pain as her eyes closed for what seemed to be the same reason.
Her opponent grinned triumphantly for a moment, only to have the happy expression be replaced with one of confusion and shock as a splatter of his blood found itself on Setsuna's face and body. The snake sword had recoiled back with enough force to impale the boy's back with the Recall skill. It was true that Setsuna did not specialize in wielding the snake sword; however, she did specialize in manipulating energy and as the skill didn't require any special Gene-X ability or any real experience with using the weapon, the girl had taught herself how to use it. With both eyes closed, the girl remained calm even with the blood splattered on her body. That was the true purpose for blinding herself.

RPC Name: Amara Virtanen Level: 1 Main Style: n/a Talent Description: Due to being injected with various forms of Gene-X while in the Littermates, Amara finds herself unlocking memories within her body. These secrets unlock new horizons for the woman as she journeys on to find the truth and connect with who she is.
At Level 1 - Anything Amara tries to learn is cut in half, seeing as how she has already been through this before.
At Level 5 - With a few memories unlocked, Amara's mental state starts to wane. When her mask is torn off, or when the trigger phrase is uttered, Amara is able to seduce men below her level automatically. For men her level and above, one must roll the dice to see what happens (Random number 1-10, even numbers means she seduces you, odd numbers means it fails)
Talent Weakness: At level 5 these skills only work if Amara has attained memories, or if she is under the Trigger Phrase. She cannot access those until she has one of the two requirements. Also, the poison can null lower level poisons (e and d rank) with the other levels of the Deadly Venoms, it just slows down the process by 1 post) How did the character get this talent?: By being injected with various treatments of Gene-X Sample: Learning had been the easy part. Amara found that she somehow already knew most of the stuff she was learning. Which caused her to excel where others might have troubles. However, as she stood facing her opponent, the woman couldn't help but reflect back on the memories she had accumulated so far. How could all of this had happened? It seemed more like she was just a character in a story rather than an actual person.
Amara turned her head to Hirose...He reminded her of one of the littermates. But it was not him. He was not the one she was looking for, and she knew it. Instead, she turned back to face her opponent. Seduction was something she had been raised to do. It was how she got her kills. Swallowing hard, the woman debated on if she wanted to use it or not. And as the first attack came at her, she knew she had no choice.
Amara narrowly dodged the hit. Swinging her hips around, she cradled her body, pushing her breasts out more, and swinging her hips in a dirty fashion. Her eyes seemed to plead with her male opponent to drop what he was doing and come to her aid, which he ended up doing.
(I figured I'd give it a try)

isis: Denied, you can only pick one of those. Also all of those ideas give great benefits to your character and the only weakness to any of them is that you'd have to wait a few levels to get them? So there are no negative consequences on your character at all?
edit: Actually, just get rid of the whole poison bit. I think it'll be fair enough once its without it.
