B3 scratched her head a bit - or she tried to scratch her head and only succeeded in rubbing her blasted helmet - The one gamma didn't seem to take the news of his buddy either abandoning them or dying very well - but she couldn't really blame him for that.
And while the plan of sending some up to the lighthouse and letting others stay here wasn't a bad one persay - sure it sounded good on paper...she wasn't sure it was a smart choice either, the group had already dwindled down - some of the one who had followed them from the cornfield hadn't showed up at the camp even before Boss had wandered off. Then again no one was really listening to her anyways so she doubted voicing her opinion would even matter at this point. Still...it just wasn't in her to sit here and not say anything. "I think this island wants to split us up honestly" She pointed out "And I'm getting really tired of just playing into it's hands and doing just that."

(( ajfgbdigba I'm so sorry I did a quick head count and thought I got everyone I'M SO SORRY JET ;; ))
Of course they'd be hesitant to split up. Gamma Seven understood, he really did...but he was pretty set on waiting just a little while longer for the other pair, and he really didn't want the Lighthouse unexplored for the time being, either.
"Not much longer." He said to Bix with a bit of a nod, not really confirming an actual time; he didn't have a watch as far as he knew, it was useless to set a time. "We could always count to two hundred? That seems like a good amount of time." Something else donned on him then; Gamma Two had the Gammas map. The map that he won and let Two hold onto. Not only did he lose a Team Member and Leader, but he also lost a map. <******** started off promising, now it was just turning to s**t.
Not only that, but he had several people staring at him as a Leader. Ffffff too much pressure, abort, abort!
He turned to Beta Three with a bit of a startle - whoa, how the hell did he miss her there?! What a ninja. What. A. Ninja. She couldn't see it, but behind his mask he was eyeing her pretty intensely, pondering what she was telling him. The island wanted them to split up? That seemed a little odd. As far as he knew, they were all making these decisions on their own...nobody was forcing them to do anything. Well, what would Gamma Two do, outside of a valiant attempt to keep everyone in the exact same spot? Hmm.
"Well...show of hands, who honestly doesn't want to split up?" As they talked, Gamma Seven was counting to two hundred in his head. His 'soon' was up, it just depended on what their answers were. Hopefully, Gamma Two would be proud of him. Where ever he was.
And hopefully not in pieces.

((LOL no worries, tis easy to do in a large group, I think my character is just becoming a bit..paranoid about things lol))
Three might not be able to see the look on his face but she could certainly see the fact that he was staring at her...okay maybe she'd come across a bit paranoid there but between the horse monsters, the creepy fog, the damnable uncomfortable suits and the strange texts - one of which had just lured away another member of her team - well...she could hardly be blamed. She missed Eight..nice,logical analytical Eight.
But that was neither here now there and she gave the others an apologetic shrug "Sorry I think this place is making me a bit paranoid" She raised her hand "But I really don't want to end up wandering around this island alone because we split up and something happened" She was still operating on the strength in numbers theory though who knew if it would pay off for her in the end.

Bix wandered while they talked, shuffling in his hunched lanky steps, nervously around their small campsite. The fog was thick behind them, where they'd entered, but ahead the lighthouse stood out boldly. "Okay.. well.." He stared nervously into the fog. The longer they talked the more the fog made him nervous. Apparently now that he'd had a nap he was back on edge again. Especially since some of their group had walked off. "I don't think we should split up either. I don't think anyone is coming back." He looked at Gamma-7, "And I think it's bad for us to stand around alone." He hadn't said it initially but with Bee backing him up he felt more like they could have the Gamma agree. "We've waited a little bit... I don't have a watch but we're talking and talking and that Task thing has been long over. No one is back yet. IT DOESN'T MEAN THEY'RE DEAD THOUGH." His voice got high pitched and slightly frantic. It was completely unnecessary. He panted gently and calmed himself. "There's this whole island. There's all these places to go." His briefly held confidence faltered a moment and he simply muttered the conclusion to his sentence, "..I don't think we are meant to stand around." (( EDIT: If anyone wants to leave the thread to go into the Lighthouse, or lead the group there.. there is a thread already inside the lighthouse: here. Already asked Roxy for permission! ))

[B9 entering, derp late]
It had taken a bit of searching to find the others betas. Well and hiding too. There were so many people and things walking about that it was simply amazing she hadn't been hit yet. Or seen.
"So, er, what I miss guys?" B9 scratched the back of her neck. She wasn't sure much what she had missed.

Gamma Seven didn't have to wait for the others to raise their hands; it already seemed like a pretty consistant thing, the whole sticking together business. Absently he stayed closer to his fellow Gamma, and upon the arrival of the latest one, he started to feel a little...outnumbered, to put it nicely. He looked at her, at the number on her helmet, and shrugged.
"We lost a couple people probably, and now we're deciding whether or not to split up." It was an answer that pretty much summed up everything to this point, and after Bix pointed out what he already knew - yes, the countdown in his head was growing dangerously close to two hundred, even including point-fives and point-sixes.
He didn't want to admit this.
"Alright...That works for me." Yes, pretend they were still alive somewhere, just taking a very long time to get back. He'd see them again, one way or another...or so he hoped. "We'll stick together, all of us, and head towards the Lighthouse." It wasn't a suggestion or a vote this time, it was a firm absolute. They were going to the lighthouse. Together. "Including you." He added, pointing at the latecomer Beta.
"Mmmkay, this way, then!" He gestured to the path, heading off.

"Another Beta!" Bix was definitely liking the odds a little bit. But he was just as excited to be somewhere with walls.. and floors.
"Lead on.. WHY-SEVEN." He said it, enunciated, and had a sarcastic, jerky expression under his mask.

"Good...good" Three said with a slight nod as she followed after this new group they'd created - it was admittedly different then the all blue group she'd had before but given the way things were going she supposed they couldn't really afford to be picky about their teammates - beggars can't be choosers right? And these olive people didn't seem all that bad.
On to the Lighthouse then!

They left her. Again. Ugh. Screw her team.
Beta 9 didn't need any of them. Maybe it was just the fog. Or this island. Or all of it. B9 went off in a random direction to see what she could find.

Silence... silence was a promising sound to wake to.
Perhaps something had come through the area and left a few pieces of art along the ground for her as a gift to wake up to.
X's eye flit open to nothingness. Her now well rested body ready to take on the possibility of immediate threat in case whatever was there was still-...
As the Beta surveyed her surroundings, it became apparent that there were no bodies. No bits of flesh decorated the space around her. This meant that wherever her allies had gone... they were still in one piece. Sighing, X got up from her sitting position; right leg uncrossing from the left into a kneel. From the kneel, X got up still feeling rather heavy.
Handling her mace and rolling her neck to the sound of a few vertebrae clicks, the beta still found herself tired.
No, not physically; physically she was in good condition. Her lethargy called for another another sort of fix.
Calcuating calculating
It was a shame, X had wanted to witness a few more group assaults before making her own plans but alas. This would be when X actually noticed the newest text message's arrival. Feeding through er bag, she flipped open the phone and read about a test...........
...and what do we know about tests...
...tests require specimens. The only question of it would be: Who or what was intending to usher these subjects? Was this worth a glance? After all, X was certain that her accompaniment in this would label her as a subject to be examined and not the examiner. She frowned an invisible frown.
This... what day was this... X could judge only from the fog and that didn't tell her much. Perhaps putting herself in a place of submission to those who were pulling the strings would once again prove to keep her alive. Afterall, her previous delight had only been because of the horse beast presenting them with a test.
Indeed.
X concluded that this test was worth looking into. For the science of it... this was a half-truth; she was in it for the kill. X responded to the message and was off in a flash.
