Team ThundercloudArriving on the battlefield later than they'd have liked (Teleportation sickness is a cruel mistress...), Team Thundercloud each took a position, and while Bel stood in the center and released a powerful Discharge, Elly stood off to the edge, letting loose a well-placed Dragon Pulse. Fon was helping out the rescue effort in the meantime, pulling out pokemon that needed assistance. Bel: [C] Elly:[E] ( 1 Super-Effective Discharge & 1 Dragon Pulse= 3 Damage)

As the Wailord's mighty mass hit the side of the building again, it was Erinn who found himself plunging to the waves this time. There was no way for the Paras to keep his balance as it hit, and so he plunged into the depths below in an instant, flailing about as before he hit the water. "I'm drowning! I'm DROWNING!" he cried out melodramatically, but there was truth behind his words; Paras have very little ability to swim so Erinn was reduced to a helpless bug caught amidst the waves. Ethfael looked down at Erinn and then back to Era and once again did the same thing. The Dragonair sighed at the fact that he was the only one of his Team left still standing, and then jumped off to give his waterlogged Teammates a hand.
Ethfael swam swiftly through the waves, cutting his own path through them, his sights set only on Era. He reached his co-captain quickly and wrapped the end of his tail in a sort of life ring. "Are you alright?" he murmured, meeting Era's grateful eyes with his own. The Pikachu said nothing, possibly because she had just swallowed a mouthful of saltwater, but she relaxed, leaning her head against Ethfael's tail and giving him total control. The Dragonair smiled slightly and swam back toward the building where they had been before.
The water was high enough to meet a ledge near the bottom where Ethfael got them both to safety. Ethfael released Era from his grasp and the Pikachu fell to the ground. When she regained her paws Era smiled, "Thanks," she said to him, looking away as she blushed. "I needed that." Ethfael nodded and watched as Era climbed up to the roof carefully. As she turned and aimed a pair of Thundershock attacks at the Wailord's eye, Ethfael looked back to the water and took Erinn into his sights.     CelsusasdfImitiqwertyOliverqwerytChuckCelsus had caught OIiver as he was falling off the ledge, but while he was thus preoccupied Chuck and Imiti had gone around him. He looked down to see them standing on a hastily created force barrier, dove down, and grabbed the two of them, breaking through the barrier in the process. Okay, he decided, screw this. No more roof for my team. Celsus circled a hundred fifty feet above the battle, focusing on dodging anything that came their way, while on his back the other three rained projectiles down on the massive fish thing, most of which missed. A fireball struck the water beside the Wailord and caught it in the subsequent explosion; a gravity-aided ball of ice bounced off its hide, hopefully doing damage. A ball of indigo fire landed in the water harmlessly; a second one went down the Wailord's side. (-3. My guys are in the sky; feel free to throw something at them.)

"Geez, you okay?" She asked, putting an arm around her shoulders. Anastasia resisted to turn and glare at her--she didn't even notice when she plunged into the terribly cold depths of the ocean? Thaaaanks. But the Mawile was warm and so she kept her mouth shut and stumbled toward the center of the area.
"One minute," Desdemona muttered. She whirled around and blasted two Ice Beams at the Wailord before turning back to her frozen friend.((Reginald [E], Desdemona [C]Anastasia [C] -2))

  Desmond & ThanatosThe Ice Beam was the trigger. The start of what would inevitably be an attack, but, was first and foremost, collateral damage. More precisely, to the massive tower. Desmond had no choice if he was to dodge it, and taking the attack head-on could prove fatal. The exact powers of the pendants, the elite and how it all functioned was unknown... the ice beam might have hardly been a threat, or it could have been fatal. He wasn't about to find out. One strong, massive flap of his wings sent him soaring high into the air. As a semi-legendary, his power was well below that of the true Lugia, who was over-exaggerated to begin with... but his flight was still enough to decimate normal structures. The clouds would begin to churn overhead and the waters would run rampant and chaotic as the sudden blast of air let nothing in it's path stand. How well, exactly, the tower or it's occupants would fair wasn't any of his concern. This... new generation seemed weak. He made use of his momentum. The massive, strong flap had sent him high into the area. His wings curled up against his body and he shot downwards. The massive blur plummeted from the sky, halting in midair as his wings suddenly unfurled. The Aeroblast in his throat forced it's way out and began drilling through flesh, splattering skin and blood everywhere as the vortex of air began to drill through flesh with ease. God knows where the pendant ended up.

      Solaris---Moonfall---Diane---Zachary---Genesis---RaithZachary leapt into action, diving head first into the water but missing entirely and slamming into a rock instead. He then began to float uselessly around with severe head trauma and also required rescuing. "You're all fired!" Diane shrieked, grabbing the derped out Zorua and paddling for the shore. Once safely out of the water she padded to Lynne and raised a clawed paw to slap him across the face. "That's for sending Zach to save me!"Honestly, Lynne should know better. Zach was the Solaris of the Guild of Seasons. Solaris and Moonfall had their paws full trying to drag Raith back to safety, the Garchomp did not do well with water and was particularly heavy. Once hauled to shore, Solaris turned in time to watch Desmond blast the Wailord to hell and back and the faintest flicker of blue caught his eye as the Relic dropped into the ocean. The attacks began to wear down on the Wailord, not to mention it was apparently giving itself a concusion with all the slamming of it's head against the wall. Clearly it wasn't the smartest creature alive. It immediately retreated, leaving the water in it's wake bright red from its blood. The Espeon gave no pause at his next action, without warning Solaris went tearing for the edge of the Guild and dove straight into the water. "Solaris! Wait!" Moonfall rushed after, hesitating at the side of the roof as he looked down, eyes flickering from side to side to spot the pink furball. "Is he mad?!" Solaris kicked his legs, flailing his front paws to drag himself deeper into the water. Can't back down now.His lungs burned with a need for air, but he denied them and contiued his descent. You can't make another mistake.His chest tightened, the water seemed to grow thicker. They're all counting on you, and so far you've ruined their belief in you.The murky water began to darken...or was that his vision? They're all slipping away.Something shimmered ahead, steadily sinking away from his grasp. Your not trustworthy anymore, fool. No one takes you seriously.Was that...? Yes! Yes, it was! Solaris made a final lunge, clamping his teeth around the relic. Prove them wrong.He pivoted around in the water, his movements sluggish. No, there was no way he could make it to the surface. Already he felt a pain begin to stab behind his eyes as the pressure grew too great. As his mind began to fade into darkness a shadow fell overhead. It was large, shaped like an odd Lapras...what was th- From the ocean a great turtle-like Pokemon burst forth, slung across it's shell was a limp, pink scrap of pink fur. "Solaris!" "Anyone want to tell furball here that Espeon ain't aquatic?"Moonfall rushed over to retrieve the Espeon from the Carracosta's back and Diane cleared her throat for attention. "Alright, let's go back inside to Lynne's room where it's dry..." The Purrloin called out, leading everyone in side to dry off and compose themselves.  HP: ???It fled... REWARDS NEXT POST.

 Melissa (E)As people were being thrown off the edge, others were rushing forward futilely to reach their friends. And in the surge a certain Bulbasaur found herself pushed and shoved forward. "Watch it-whooa!" One rather frantic looking...squirrel thing?...nearly pushed her off the edge, though she was quick enough to wind one of her vines around what was left of the railing and the other vine around the squirrel to prevent the two of them from toppling down into the waters. Melissa did not want to go down there. Bulbasaurs weren't exactly built to swim and she could see that those had gone down were dealing with...problems. in the form of hungry teeth. Letting go of the other Pokemon and now securing herself firmly to the railing with both vines, Melissa prayed for dear life and looked down in dismay at their huge opponent. There was little she could do against it, not many of her attacks even being able to go far enough to reach it. She doubted any of her powders would do much of anything against such a large foe. She very quickly became extreme grateful for the fact that she had secured herself so well, for the wind from the Lugia's flight otherwise probably would have carried her off. She grimaced as the wind whipped around her, and she drew her vines inc loser, pressing herself against her anchor point to avoid being tossed around and causing injury to herself.  Zora (W)After the attack Zora promptly began sliding down the side of the Wailord's wet slippery side, her claws digging in but not finding much resistance. She finally slipped into the water and was shaken off by the Wailord's quick movements. A powerful jolt of electricity passed through the water around Zora, and the Umbreon gave an involuntary shudder as it temporarily passed through her body. She gasped down some water, and promptly began hacking that out as she fought to keep her head above the surface. Sharp teeth suddenly clamped around one of Zora's hind legs with an iron grip. It was strong, and it will not let go. With a yelp the Umbreon suddenly disappeared beneath the waves. A few second later, among electrical sparks, evidence of darkness, and a lot of visible blood murking up the water around her, a dead Sharpedo bobbed to the surface. Several minutes later a rather waterlogged Umbreon dragged herself onto the shore, her leg trailing blood.

Reginald & Desdemona & Anastasia "It... It's gone." Desdemona finally said as the massive beast zoomed off with a powerful push of its tail((or however it left :/)).
"D-does that mean its over?" Anastasia chattered, still cold from her dip in the water.
"I guess so." Desdemona shrugged. She stood motionless for a few seconds before it struck her and she ran out to the edge, shaking her fist in the air.
"Come back, you cowardly, uh... fish, you!" She called to the retreating albino. Reginald joined her at her side to try to calm her down and spotted the ocean below.
"Ugh... its like a sea of blood," he moaned, muzzle wrinkling. Could something, even as big as that, lose that much blood and live for long? He felt sick; though blood wasn't a thing that would usually make him feel uneasy, that was more blood in one place than he'd ever seen before. And the Sharpedos were in a frenzy, circling the area below as if they had suddenly lost their senses.
"It's too c-cold up here. Let's go someplace else." Anastasia tried to persuade them, wrapping her arms around herself in effort to shield her body against the chilly breeze. Reginald stared at the horizon where the last traces of the beast disappeared for a few seconds and then nodded.
"Let's get to a warmer place." He said before heading toward the half-frozen Anastasia.
"Oh, and Desdemona?" He said over his shoulder.
"Yeah?" She asked, starting to walk away from the edge.
"It's a mammal, not a fish."((Aww, its over already? And I hardly did any damage -_-"))

Era looked on in awe at the Lugia and his powerful Aeroblast. The attack sliced through the Wailord's skin like it was butter, creating a gaping wound in its side and causing the giant Pokemon to turn tail. Desmond surely knew what he was doing at least, if none of the rest of them did. The Pikachu jumped up onto the far edge of the building to get a closer look at the receding figure of the Wailord, trying to ignore the blood which had dyed the ocean red. That was another Elite turned and fled. But wait, whatever happened to the pendant? Era looked back and forth at the water below, searching for any sign of a most-likely blue pendant that the Wailord might have worn. It was impossible to tell from this height whether it was anywhere and Era sighed unhappily. They had lost another pendant it seemed; another story of failure to bring back to the Team.
Era's eyes rested on the form of a weird Lapras-like Pokemon as it rose up out of the water; a familiar lump of pink fur resting on it. She rolled her eyes slightly at their Guildmaster's incompetence. Not only did they lose the pendant but he'd also practically drowned himself too? She was glad that he was alright but this was just a bit too humiliating for the new Guild to see the Guild of the Sun like this. As she looked at Solaris a bit more closely she began to notice that something was strange. He seemed to have something in his mouth, but she couldn't quite tell what it was. Era's eyes widened as the idea struck her; could it be that Solaris had managed to get the pendant, to do something right?! Although she knew that it was a far stretch of the imagination, she couldn't help but get her hopes up. She wanted to believe in her Guildmaster, really she did, but he'd never really given her a basis to found any sort of faith in him upon. Era followed Diane and the others back down, eyes on Solaris and feeling hopeful that maybe, just maybe, those crazy thoughts could be true.
Down below, Ethfael cut his way through the water toward a certain Paras who was still flailing about and gasping for air. "Save meeeee!!! Somebody help! Erinn bobbed below the water and then up again, spluttering at the water which was everywhere. "HELP!!!!!!"
Ethfael sighed, shaking his head in disapproval and swimming over to Erinn. "Enough," he said with a great deal of exasperation, "If you'd just stop struggling you'd float you know."
"ETHFAEL!" came the reply as Erinn grabbed onto his tail for dear life. "I'M SAVED!" The Dragonair sighed and headed off towards shore, ignoring the constant chatter of the Paras that was clinging to him and trying very hard to suppress the tempting thought of just leaving him in the water.
After circumventing several pools of blood and dead Sharpedo, they reached the roof once more, and Ethfael made his way onto the solid stone and shook Erinn off of his tail. "Let's head inside," he said quickly, cutting off Erinn's chatter, "Era should be waiting for us." Without waiting to see if Erinn would follow, Ethfael followed the rest of the crowd back inside. Erinn looked disappointed for a moment and then scuttled after Ethfael quickly, not wanting to be left behind.

 Nikolas & Zori & Mandarin & CelesteZori coughed, her chest heaving as she spat up the water that she'd accidentally inhaled. A trembling ball of cold fur, she snuggled close against her mate's flank, attempting to regain some of her warmth. Despite this, she held no fear in her eyes, once again feeling the solid stone beneath her paws.
She glanced up at Doku, and nuzzled his foreleg gratefully. It took another cough or two before she felt able to speak, though her voice was hoarse from nearly drowning. "I guess I'm not much of a savior if you saved me~" She managed to purr in amusement, rising to her paws. She was still pressed quite close to her husband, though, wishing that the sunlight was just a little bit brighter there.
Nikolas grimaced, facepalming. He'd gotten here late enough that he hadn't even gotten a chance to maul the giant beast who'd destroyed his guild. Not a single attack. Rather disappointed in that, he turned back to rejoin Jack, looking rather sheepish.
"...Ermm.... I think the word I'm looking for is fail." He managed to joke, though clearly disheartened that he hadn't gotten in a shot in the name of his guild.
His attention was quickly distracted, however, as suddenly a familiar pink Espeon was diving under. And staying there, for just a little too long. Nik knew why; nothing else would coax Solaris into a dangerous dive like that.
He was tense, waiting, and quickly relaxed as a strange-looking Pokemon, similar in appearance to a small Lapras, arose from the waves, carrying a limp, but obviously alive Espeon atop its shell.
"Thank Arceus..." He muttered quietly, glancing back at Jack. Had Solaris gotten the pendant?
He could hear a similar mumbling from Zori, who was not far away, and huddled against another Leafeon. A friend, perhaps? His guess immediately changed to "mate", as she nuzzled him, still pressed close like a Shellder to a Slowbro. Right; Frost had mentioned that guy once or twice, not that he remembered his name, anyway. Not really that important, to him.
Rin let out a sharp cry of alarm as Raven was knocked from the building's rooftop, and she Teleported almost instantly to the water, her thin arms grasping around him. The ball gown felt heavy, and she knew that in another moment, she would sink.
Filled with urgency, she Teleported them directly back to land, staring sternly into the crimson eyes of her partner as they sat quietly, facing each other on the roof. A miniature tidal wave swept back over the edge of the weakened structure; she might have brought some of the ocean with them, by accident.
Ah well; she'd rescued her mate, and that was what mattered.
She noticed with a faint grin, however, that he'd rescued his precious hat.
"I love you, you strange creature." She giggled happily.
Celeste crawled back onto land with a sharp, agonized wail as she clung to the edge of the building. Her violet eyes were wide with alarm, and her thin, black fingers were practically clawing the soggy stone of the rooftop as she attempted to clamber atop it.
It was a difficult battle, for her, but eventually the little Fire-type was onto the roof, struggling to re-alight her tail-flame, which had been smothered by the ocean waves. She felt cold and weak, the discomfort of the water only intensified by her natural weakness to it. It hurt, in her opinion, and she wanted the stuff off.
A few moments later, she could feel the familiar warmth of flames returning, and she followed the rest of the guilds' members back through the doors. She'd have to stretch this story to seem far more dramatic when she informed Keiran and her father.

(( /how to miss an entire chapter due to being busy ;_; ))    Saileithe --- Visco --- TaciturnTaciturn floated next to Sai while she sat at the edge, watching the Elite take off. The Glaceon gave a bored stare before turning her attention downward at the water and she grunted slightly... As quick as it all was, they seemed to have taken quite a bit of damage. Sai stood and walked back to the group with Taciturn was quick behind her. Visco simply watched them and sighed before turning and retreating back inside. Sai and Taciturn slowly followed the Eevee.

Desmond & Thanatos Thanatos floated down, gliding easily through walls and floors to reach the now-beached Espeon with the pendant still in his mouth. The unconscious little royal had a deathgrip on the thing with his jaws... probably best to let him wake up first, otherwise they'd be breaking a few teeth trying to pull it out. " Good job, brat." He quickly floated through a wall to inform Minerva of the situation. She would be pleased to know that the idiot bird was the one that had shook the tower, instead of it being an attack. Speaking of said idiot bird, he quickly located the pendant with a psychic trace. It was in the hands of the guild, leaving him with two options. He could pursue the Wailord... not that it mattered. Tolin had expressed limited concern at the Elite without their pendants. It seemed like, without the regenerative abilities, they could be killed normally by a strong semi-legendary. Assuming they even lived long enough; it was plausible they would get "put down" or die from their blood. If neither happened... they could go on a rampage inside the tower, which would only be helpful. Which left him with a massive storm to quell. The Wailord might have left, but the actions of a Lugia cause collateral damage. The Psychic took hold of his wings and began to pull him upwards, allowing him to unnaturally glide into the sky until he settled on top of the tower. It would be best to calm the storm before it destroyed the Guild, or something.

Solaris---Moonfall---Diane---Zachary---Genesis---RaithDiane turned to the guilds from the mainland upon re-entering Lynne's room of broken toys and temper tantrums. She rolled a ball between her paws as she patiently waited everyone to warm up and dry off with the towels a few Audino had wandered in to supply. Upon spotting Moonfall trying to slap Solaris into the waking world she sprange up and bounded forward. "One conscious Espeon, coming up!" With little warning she jumped into the air and landed on the Pink feline with all four paws planted down where the slammed into his chest. Solaris lurched awake, bolting upright and a fountain of water sprayed up from his mouth in a very Wailmer-like manner. He coughed, hacking like he was being choked and finally spit up the Water Relic he'd accidentally swallowed in his throes of watery death. "You okay, Solly?" Moonfall pipped up, pacing in concern behind the smug Purrloin who watched the guildmaster as well. "Y-yeah...lovely." He pawed the pendant towards himself and unsheathed his claws around it like a cage. "Very lovely. Now we have, Ground, Steel, Dark and Water...we're doing well.""You stupid b*****d..." The Umbreon mumbled with a sigh of relief. Diane eyed the pendant with a frown. "I honestly don't want to know what those shiny things are to tell the truth. I'd like to keep my guild uninvolved for the time being, but if you DO happen to need assistance don't hesitate to call.""Yeah!" Zachary added, a bandage around his head that an Audino nurse was wrapping tight. "We want to thank you as well! We've got plenty of able-bodied Pokemon here. Your teams should recruit some of them, I'm sure they'd help!""And TMs. Fifth Generation TMs to be exact. We have plenty of new abilities that you may sort through and test out..." "Pick them up before you leave..."Solaris nodded, shaking his fur free of droplets before a thought occured to him. [Yes, clearly the drowning episode made him more observant.] "Why was that Wailord attacking you anyways? It's a member of a bad group of Pokemon on the mainland, it shouldn't even care about this guild...you were no threat!"Diane nodded at this and raised a paw to explain, "Five Island is the only place that grows a special berry known as Audino's Grace. It has amazing healing properties. It can heal any physical wound no matter how severe of life-threatening. Sadly, it doesn't work on illnesses or mental disorders, but it is still very rare and very powerful."She stopped then, clearly deciding over something before trotting into another room attached to the main room. She returned moments later with a small bottle between her teeth which she set before Solaris. "Each berry has exactly 2 and half cups of juice in it. No more, no less. Every drop must be taken either by drinking it, having it injected, or pouring it right into the injury. It will NOT work if you spill a single DROP. Do you understand? I'm giving this to you, Solaris. As a thank you, but I warn you not to do anything with this tonic that would be questionable. It can not be copied, can not be duplicated in any way, there is only enough for ONE in it. I thank you all and I wish you luck with whatever it is you are trying to accomplish. Gen will teleport you all home...""Anyone else still waterlogged? I think I may be part Water Type now.." Saileithe --- Visco --- TaciturnVisco and Sai watched Solaris with the Purrloin carefully, listening to what they could hear of the conversation. "That Wailord could make it to the island, but can any of the other left Elite with pendants as well?" Visco looked up at Sai. She just shrugged her shoulders and sat down. "That's not what worries me. Well, it is, but the Wailord is still alive." Taciturn nodded slightly. "We should protect this island too.." She commented to the Eeveelutions before fading into the ground. Sai stared off upon nodding slightly, agreeing with the shy Pokemon. Perhaps she'd mention something or another to Solaris. She'd rather tell her mother knowing she'd talk to Solaris about it.

Lynne's cries could be heard as he wallowed in a nearby closet as his co-captain gave out rewards to the enlisted help from the mainland guilds. Surely he would not let anyone see him in the state he was with three fresh claw marks adorning his face...But at least Diane was alright.

Finding himself back on dry land somehow Raven blinked a few times in awe before realizing how he was saved.
"It's wet...I want to go home now."
He announced, having trouble keeping himself in an upright, seated position as he fidgeting with the uncomfortableness known as wet denim constricting the lower half of his body. He had his hat though so a smile was at least apparent on his face over that. Oh, and Rin was alive too, that's a plus.

Jack sighed out to his companion as he noted that Nik's eyes were locked on Solaris during his moment of half-baked bravery. Maybe it was best if he just stayed under for a little bit longer...
"I'm sorry you couldn't do more in revenge of your guild. At least it looks like he won't be coming back anytime soon though."
Jack tried to be consoling just in case the ghost beside him was thinking things could have gone a little better. The enemy wasn't dead but the trail of dyed red water it left in its wake was enough assurance for him.
