Bagget was similar to a goldfish in memory storing, and . . . not much else for the most part. Well that's not a very good comparison, you might say! And possibly he had been told this before - possibly many, many times before. But he'll never remember this happening, thank-you-very-much-now-please-let-the-door-hit-your-a**-on-the-way-out-I-have-things-to-do.

Thus goes the greeting usually. Clearly if it was so important he wouldn't be so forgetful, now would he? And it wasn't as if he forgot everything, right?

If Bagget could remember, however, he would recall that he didn't remember how he got to the island, or even what his name truly was. At most he had followed a frail man (or what he thought was a man) along for several minutes before, curiously, the man decided it was time to climb a tree. Then a rope was pulled out from the man's green suitcase.

"Why're you wearing a collar?" the not-yet-named-Bagget inquired as the man tied it tight about his own neck and proceeded to knot it onto the branch. There was no answer, only some indistinct muttering of "Lynch, lynch, lynch, lynch . . ." and a jump down below.

He watched the stranger writhe about for some time before approaching - the body was still warm, but still, like a failed pinata. A card had poked its head out of a pants pocket, which he procured and examined with squinting eyes through the fog: "Bagget Lynch", it read.

"Oooooh. You were trying to live up to your name," he deduced brilliantly with a smug smile, patted the guy's arm, and walked off into the obscuring mist. It was a nice plan, and with the guy already claiming half the name he decided to take what was left.

It still bothered him, though, as he walked along and stroked his chin: what the Jack was a Bagget? But he had long since forgotten that he had never been a Bagget to begin with anyway and assumed he was here for some . . . purpose or whatever.

Name: 'Rose'

Personality: Rose isn't really someone you'd want to meet in a dark alley... or really at all for that matter. Like her name might suggest, while beautiful in appearance if you get closer and try touching, you'll find that she has many thorns. Or knives in her case, if she could ever find the green suitcase that was housing a significant stash, so for now a bit of a sharp tongue will have to do. Not that it's always that way with her and on occasion Rose will suck it up and play nice with others for awhile... well... if she could remember what others there had been in her life of course. And since the memories are a bit of a problem currently, being alone most of the time really isn't being seen as a bad thing in her mind.

The only reason she'd even bothered to give herself a name was the fact that she'd woken up with a few roses cluched in her hand, and everything needed a name right? So why not. Seemed to be the most logical thing at the time even though she hadn't been smelling the prettiest, but that would soon be taken care of as soon as a bathroom could be found... if... that is... she remembered how to use the tub. Oh goodness this was going to be a long day...

'Kirin' is a cold and anti-social person. He doesn't like or trust others and isn't shy to say so. Whether he was always this paranoid or if it is due to his memory loss and strange new surroundings is unknown. But he thinks others are out to get him, so he's going to get them first... sneakily. No head-on attacks from this one if he can help it. He's got a brain and he prefers to use it. (Also, compared to the other silhouetted figures he's seen through the fog, he appears to be quite short. He is NOT happy about this realisation.)

He's not above stealing from others, though he justifies his actions by saying that someone stole his green suitcase, so he's just returning the favor.

How much of your sign up characters past, name, and history do they remember?: None. He named himself Kirin after a badly damaged logo on a wrapper of some kind that was stuck to his foot when he awoke on the island.

At first glance Wallie might appear to be someone that you might want to spend time with, a person you would be interested in getting to know. A pretty girl, well dressed, she carries herself tall and might actually be considered attractive in some ways (if she didn't frown all the time) at least until she opens her mouth. It is said that looks can be deceiving and in this case, well, that couldn't be more true.

Wallie is a negative nancy. No matter the circumstances, she will find a way to point out the bad in any situation. The sun is shining? Wallie will sunburn. There's rain falling? Wallie will get wet. Won the lottery? Think of the taxes you'll have to pay on that. Get her a green suitcase for her birthday? Green is her least favorite color ever. These opinions are voiced with the shrillest and most annoying voice, usually with the sourest expression that she can muster.

Wallie doesn't respond well to compliments, either. Tell her that her hair looks nice. Go on, I dare you. "It took me THREE HOURS to get it this way!!" Well, what were you expecting her to say? Thank you? Yeah, keep on dreaming, bucko.

Tamlyn is a dreamer and loves nothing more than to lie down and sky gaze whilst using her green suitcase as a pillow. She could spend an eternity there just watching the clouds and the cosmos and because of this is rather hard to shift. She'd prefer you'd join her and have a nice chat than having walk anywhere, it's so hard to watch the sky whilst moving - it just ends with her tripping over anything in her path! But don't worry, if you do get her moving she won't winge and complain - that's not her style.

Her dreamer personality and easygoing combine to mean that she really doesn't have any strong dislikes let alone hates but she's discovered one recently - fog. Where's her sky!?!

The pale girl with the purple eyes pulled herself off the pavement and shook her head. But the cobwebs had well and truly taken over her mind, and she could remember nothing. Not how she'd ended up at this lonely intersection, nor why she was carrying a green suitcase, not even her name. The latter bothered her. Names were important. She couldn't remember why they were important, but they were. Looking around, she spied a street sign which read, "Boston Cr.". That had a nice ring to it! If anyone asked, she'd tell them her name was Boston Corner. At least until she could remember her real one.
Now, where did her namesake street lead? Looking down it, Boston could see shadows, fog, and all sorts of unknown, probably dangerous things. Since she couldn't remember whether there was something she should be afraid of, she decided that now was the time to find out. Adventure time!

(This is under 500 words, I promise. (I think it's like, uh, 360 or so?))

Name: Vanessa Sayra.
Age: Around sixteen.
Personality and Quirks: Vanessa is the kind of girl that would occupy her time by tinkering with things, folding up an army of origami dinosaurs, or drawing something, and would probably be chatting with anyone nearby as she did so. (She'd probably then give them the origami creature, since everyone like's getting presents right?) She's a very creative person, and finds joy in making others smile.

She's always up for helping someone out and lending a hand. Using her, uh, creative tendencies, she makes a good handy-woman. Even if her repairs stray a bit into the odd category, and tend to involve a duct tape. A lot of duct tape.

Vanessa tends to carry around a green suitcase, which is filled with everything she needs if she suddenly has a urge to make something. Anything she could possibly need, be it duct-tape, rope, wire, paper, ink, charcoal, draft-paper (for invention blue-prints), pocket-knife (for whittling), gauze, fabric, sewing kit, are just some of the things she packs around in her suitcase. And while she's usually very friendly in general, please don't touch her supplies unless she's giving something to you or you ask permission. Please, please don't do it. It's the easiest and one of the worse ways to get Vanessa angry, angry enough that she probably won't forgive you very easily. Bribery is a way back into her likes, but only if she actually likes whatever it is you're bribing her with. Materials for new projects tend to do the trick, and if given with with a heart-felt apology, you'll be getting origami animals again before you know it.

Besides being creative (and having the skills that go along with her many arts) and being able to improvise, Vanessa doesn't have very many other talents. She can't play sports (and isn't very athletic in general), she can't sing or dance, and she definitely can't play an instrument. In a production, she'd the girl who'd be behind the stage, painting the backdrops and sewing the costumes.

So, if you need someone creative and artsy, Vanessa's the girl for you. If you need anything else, you should probably keep looking.
