"I'm Eoghan," he paused a moment. "It's, um, nice to make your acquaintance, er, Aydan." What he really wanted to say was that it was interesting meeting him, but Eoghan didn't think the other stallion would appreciate that.

"I'm open to a better idea," Aydan said cheerfully. He, actually, wasn't looking forward to trying to manage the mountain on his own four hooves again either. It was, after all, a very long drop.

Eoghan looked at the mountain path, then down at his hooves. "Think we better just fly. Or forget the whole thing. Personally, I'm okay with forgetting the whole thing."
