Garrett just grinned as the hairball spoke to him. "Aww, don't be such a sourpuss." Playful mirth shown in his eyes. He had no problem dishing it out either.
He did however, quirk an eyebrow at the n****e pinching and the mount conversation. Before he could comment though, the teacher whom he had yet to meet started shouting out orders and setting them straight about getting the sails raised and such. He was more than happy to lend a hand, and when the work was done, headed down towards the cabins. There wasn't much he could do with the fog that the captain wasn't already doing. The dragon boil in front of him spoke and he nodded. "Looks like it. Take whichever you want." Odd, he was a greed demon was he not? Perhaps it was the trip that was making him so agreeable....
He couldn't help but turn around as they headed towards their cabin, hearing a distinct splash. That, whatever it was, did not sound good....
"Don't think I caught your name, so you have me at a slight disadvantage since I think you caught mine. Just in case, I'm Garrett." The demon extended his hand towards his roommate casually with one hand as he wiped the beads of perspiration off his brow with the other. He could certainly use a shower right about now, but with no foreseeable future of that happening, they'd all have to deal. The boil removed his coat and tossed it aside and his hat followed thereafter to land on top. A slender clawed hand ran through his shock of blue and black hair, slicking it back off his face. Despite the fog and lack of showers and all, he was still quite happy to be on this boat. The faster they got out of the fog, the faster they'd all start to feel a bit better.

Riley was only too happy that Junko was the type of person to ramble. It meant she never missed out on small bits of information that others might have deemed unimportant and not worth mentioning, when she told a story. Riley listened, her eyes never leaving the girl as she spoke of this new influence in her life. It sounded like they were getting along quite well, for knowing one another so little time. Junko was smitten, which was something Riley did not expect to see so soon. One brow cocked slightly as the athleticism was mentioned. That information was of particular interest to her.
You stayed with him overnight? So scandalous. Riley teased. I can see that having someone like him is making you happy. That is good. Though I question his respectability if he allowed you to stay overnight. Let us hope he turns out to be a boil of honor, for your sake.
Riley pushed herself off the bed, and plucked her blouse from the careful pile she'd placed it on. She used it as a towel, wiping her skin as best as she could. This weather is unacceptable.. I hope it clears up soon.

"Oh, BLEH."Carthusia shook her arms like she'd just been drenched with the foulest liquid known to Halloween. Whatever that was, she felt like she was covered in it and felt filthy. She was, indeed, Very Pissed at this point. She desperately wanted a shower but the boat was too small. Then, on top of that, they were low on food. Fantastic! Pride threw up her hands and leaned on the werewolf heavily. "Jacking hell, if we end up going without food, I'm throwing you on my back and we're flying our hungry asses to shore. I swear it."This field trip was starting to majorly suck in her opinion. Yes, they had Red as their tour guide, which was both good and bad in its own way, and the ship was fast but why didn't they have a lot of food for the students? And jacking showers?!. Carthusia would have killed for her own small boat, that came with a shower, so she could cruise with herself and LW to some five skull hotel. BLEH. All of this was so BLEH.

"Sheridan."
He extended his hand (he was doing a lot of that lately) to grasp Garret's briefly before turning to the beds.
"I'll take this one then, I guess."
Not that there was really any difference between the two, he had just chosen the one he was closest too.
Having set his bag on the bed, he started rummaging through it, noting to himself that he'd have to pack more neatly next time. Ugg, it was so hot, why was it so hot here? He was accustomed to the cool crisp air of the mountains, the thin atmosphere that took your breath away; not this thick muggy fog that was so dense he felt it would crush his lungs at any moment. If he didn't know better he'd have sworn they were headed for a tropical rain forest, then again...
Ah-ha, he had found what he was looking for, or the two things rather. The first being his pocket telescope, the other being his book. He was however dismayed to realize he had neglected to pack a pair of short pants.
"I hope this fog clears soon."
A statement of the obvious perhaps, but he wasn't exactly skilled in making small talk.

Honestly, Junko didn't expect to be so into this so quickly either. It just...kind of happened...? Hmmm. Maybe this was something she should think about...maybe? At Riley's question she nodded, blinking and just staring at her as she was teased. Scandalous? Why? She spent the night with Yaya all the time! "Wh..what?" Clearly she was taking Riley's teasing seriously. The ghoul sat up and watched Riley walk away for a moment, frowning a little. What did she mean by 'boil of honor'? "All we did was sleep." And it felt nice to be held. Junko looked very worried and confused for a minute, biting down on the end of her thumb. "You don't ever sleep with Malodore?"
On the subject of the weather Junko nodded in agreement, piling her lifeless hair on top of her head and holding it there with one hand to give her neck some air, even if it was just muggy air. Ugh. "Is it true there're no showers..?"

The best kind of teasing was the kind that was taken seriously. Junko was a perfect candidate for said teasing, and Riley enjoyed her reaction immensely. She kept her back to Junko, but her eyes crinkled in amusement. She responded in a pleasant, but serious, voice.
Of course not. That is not appropriate. A lady does not indulge to the whims of her counterpart so easily. It was so, so very difficult not to laugh at the idea of 'indulging' in any such 'whim' - or even the idea of Malodore having a whim to indulge in. They had the potential of being about as scandalous as kittens. After all, if you sleep together so soon in a relationship, what is left to explore later on? As the years go by, there will be nothing of interest, and you will become bored. Riley was startlingly unschooled in exactly how relationships worked - she was, strictly speaking, making it up as she went along.
I don't believe there are any showers, no. She finally answered, as she put her blouse back down on the bed. She took a short breath, and eyed the door to her cabin. She did not like being closed in.
Let's go visit the other cabins, shall we? She offered to Junko, and opened the door to their own cabin before she could even answer. Then she walked up to the other dorm rooms, and knocked on them all. She didn't know who would answer first - but whoever it was should get ready for guests.

Hmm?
The first time he had heard it, he dismissed it, his attention having turned the book he held. If they were stuck in here he could at least read, and he certainly could see the stars through the fog.
There it was again. It was not until there was a knock on his own door that he realized what the sound had been, someone knocking on the other doors. He looked up from his book, marking his place before closing it and setting it aside on the bed.
"One minute."
If he'd thought about it, he maybe should have made sure his bunkmate was okay with him answering the door (or at the very least not in his underwear or something), but it was too late for that thought. He had already stood to his feet to open the door.
"Hello?"

Not appropriate?! But...but all they did was...what?! Junko's jaw dropped and she looked honestly taken aback, unsure of what to do or say next. As far as she was aware Riley was an expert on all this and she knew what she was talking about, so obviously it was all true. Wait! Waitwaitwait! Riley was speaking as if they..they were...no! They weren't! Nothing. Happened. Junko had even said that herself! Her face seemed to pale when Riley said she would become bored. If she got bored...would...would Seiji get bored of her?! "But...but all we did was sleep! We didn't..ha..have s...we...we didn't do anything!" She protested desperately, looking genuinely distraught by it all. Way to go, Riley. Way. To. Go.
The ghoul frowned and looked up at Riley when she invited Junko to go socialize. She didn't want to socialize now. She was too worried that Seiji would get bored of her, or that she truly was being inappropriate. But she didn't do anything! She slept with Yaya all the time! But Junko didn't want to be left alone on this boat, so she did get up and follow the ghoul out without really paying any attention to where they were even going. Huh? Who was that? Junko looked up with a slight pout, waving to Sheridan. "Hello."

Junko's cries dampened Riley's amusement over the matter, and before the door had opened Riley put her hand atop the ghoul's head. I know you didn't do anything except sleep. I simply subscribe to the idea that sleeping, actual sleeping, in another's bed is better left for a more intimate relationship. Stop flustering so. There was just a touch of sharpness in her voice. This was the problem with young, innocent girls like Junko finding themselves in relationships with bold men. They never thought things through - and they had no measures of decency to go by in terms of relationships. She made a note to meet this Seiji, and make sure he was not the sort to take advantage of Junko's innocence. A boil with proper manners would have insisted on taking Junko home, instead of sleeping in his bed.. but she would give him the benefit of the doubt before judging him too harshly.
The first door that opened was Sheridan's, which did not surprise her. She guessed that Nuk was already fast asleep, and she would have had to do more than knock to get him to wake up. She moved to Sheridan's door looked upon him with a friendly expression.
Hello. I got bored and decided to pay visits. May we come in?

The dragon's tail flicked as his eyes fell on Riley and her friend who's name he wasn't sure he had caught earlier. It was now that he gave her a small wave and a quiet greeting.
"Hi."
Oh right, Riley had asked to come in, good thing -he- hadn't been in his underwear (that's if he wore any to begin with).
"Yeah, come on in."
He had fully opened the door, waiting for the girls to enter before he would close--or maybe it was a better idea to leave it open, yeah, that seemed like a better idea. So he left the door open, walking back to his bed with the intention of sitting on it, but stopping short. Where were they going to sit?

exclaim DAILY EVENT! exclaim Red glowered at the sea surrounding their boat. The fog wasn't as thick now, and she was able to pick out the forms of other ships. Great! So much for their head start -- bloody fog. She clenched the helm, brooding as the ship sailed on. At least her passengers were more or less behaving themselves. The professor looked around, lashing the helm to have a steady course while she retreated to her cabin. They shouldn't crash into anything, right? Hopefully. She wouldn't be too long, anyway. All she was going to do was -- OH NO THEY DIDN'T. Red stared, leaving the door ajar as she neared her desk. She laid a finger on one carved musical note, the horror growing within her. Who let Blue onto her ship?Below decks, as soon as Red pushed the musical boat the remaining ship's Fear swirled visibly. It surrounded Riley, hauling her up and pitching her over the side of the boat!The splash shook Red out of her horror. Running to the deck, Red spotted what had happened almost immediately. "Student overboard! SNOTS! Get your sorry hides up here on deck!" She roared, passing out life rings with ropes attached to them. The Goal: Try to throw a lifering out to Riley! To do this, roll one 20-sided dice. Your lifering has a rope tied to it, so you WILL need to haul it back in if you miss. To rescue Riley, you must roll 7. Nio, you may also roll, however in Riley's case it's to see if she can swim to a lifering. EDIT! I FAIL! You can try as many times as you'd like to save Riley as long as you post an RP post hauling the lifering in and throwing it out to her again! exclaim EVENT SUMMARY exclaim - Thanks to the gnomes remodeling her ship, Red accidentally ejected Riley off the ship! - No matter how long it takes to fish Riley out in the game, we still lose 2 days and 25 food to recover her. - We lost 25 food as it is day two. This puts us at -25 food. - Because we dipped below what food we had, everyone loses 5 HP!Current Statistics:- Everyone is at 19/24 HP - Days travelled: 3.5+2 days over board +.5 ship speed = 6 days- Food is at 0- Because we are out of food, we will continue to take -5 HP every day until we can get more food. Junko was still frowning, looking very much like a kicked puppy. "I sleep with Yaya all the time, I didn't think there would be anything wrong with asking Seiji if I could stay the night with him." It had been her idea. They'd been hanging out, and when it came time to go back to her room she just didn't want to leave. She wanted to stay with him! She really didn't find anything wrong with it, he'd been so nice and had even left the room to give her privacy to change into something proper to sleep in! She didn't want to get Seiji in trouble for her own foolishness! Oh dear. She looked up to Sheridan when he greeted her and nodded in greeting despite already having said hello.
"Thank you~." She chirped, trying to look less panicked and flustered for Riley's sake. She'd told her to stop, so she'd do her best to stop. But..but she was so worried now! Was she going to get in trouble? She didn't want trouble! Just comfort! Sigh. Junko followed Riley into the room, looking around curiously at where they were. So were all the rooms alike? Huh. Junko rubbed at one of her arms inside her sleeve. Uuuuugh. She felt so grooooooss. "How are you doing, Sheridan?" How was anyone doing in this weather? Why were there no showers?

Riley wasn't interested in whether Junko asked to stay or not, since Junko had the relationship experience of a gnat. It was the fact that Seiji allowed it that had been the first strike. She would need to meet this boil to really make any true decision, however, so she didn't respond further to that topic. Instead, she stepped into Sheridan's room and turned. As she turned, she felt a gentle wind turn with her. Ah, finally, some relief from the stifling fog. She closed her eyes to enjoy the moment of cold brushing against her skin, tingling it and giving her goosebumps.
Only, it lasted longer than a moment.
In fact, when she opened her eyes, whatever she had been feeling had a visible form. Her skin was glowing, as something brushed around her, encapsulating her and lifting her off the ground. Her eyes widened for a moment in horror, and her hand lifted just slightly to grab onto the nearest student she could - but that was all she could do. With a sickening pop, she disappeared out of the room. A moment later, the splash was heard.
Well, she did say she wanted to go for a swim..

From inside one of the cabins you hear a thunderous BOOM. And what sounds like furniture being flipped around and general things being broken. Stomping... but...other then the sounds there are no words. No voices. Soon, all was quiet. Until a door slammed open and a girl about the same age as a student cose out. Kimono pink and bright. A glittering phone with far to many charms jiggling in her hand. She looks and you all, and makes a single noise. "(´ー`)ﾊﾊ八八ﾉヽﾉヽﾉヽﾉ ＼ / ＼/ ＼" The first sound she makes...it's some kind of evil laugh. Pulling out a red pen she blatantly begins to draw on the ship's wall as Red's back is turned. ☾
She points to it.

"ಠ_ಠ" Casually, She caps her pen and looks at Red's cabin and makes a face. " >:3" While Red is distracted, the girl, who you assume is the Trick or Treater, begins a series of hand motions and showing you all weird symbols on her phone. It seems she wants you to Go Into Red's Cabin and find Red's cell phone. You get the feeling that you'll only have one shot at this. What with the whole fact Red has eyes in the back of her head and Riley is overboard. But what are you waiting for? FIND THAT PHONE! ＼| ￣ヘ￣|／＿＿＿＿＿＿＿θ☆( *o*)/((OOC: Desu-chan wants Red's cell phone. While Red is distracted, have your student generate a random number. 1-10. 1-9 you find nothing and are forced to return to saving Riley. Generate a 10 and you found it! If the phone is found, Desu-chan will still be telling students to go in. What you find if your roll the second 10 is up to you. You only have one shot however. Oh, and do RP out the scene. Creativity might be rewarded ;D DUE TO RILEY BEING OVERBOARD: Nio may make an attempt to find the phone. Magically. In the water.WHO KNOWS. Maybe Red dropped it.))
