Tanzanite was, quite suddenly, an extraordinarily awkward General of the Negaverse. Because Apatite was a very affectionate General-Queen of the Negaverse, which meant that Tanzanite's options were: 1. Shut the ******** up and let Apatite spoon your arm. 2. Shut the ******** up and let Apatite spoon your arm. And so she made this face:

General-Queen Apatite regarded the showing of teeth as acute happiness, so the affect was a bit lost on the pink haired twilight fan. Patting the arm one last time, she stood back up, and turned towards her other peons.
"Hello dears, bit of a bottleneck here, shall we move on? This reminds me of the time Edward..."
But Apatite had already skipped away, so the ending to her moving soliloquy on Edward's eyes, which reminded her of mirrors, would never be heard.
She continued walking on, blazing the path ahead for the Negaverse.

Awwww! Just when someone -else- who didn't seem to mind affection showed up they moved away! Well damnit he wasn't going to be left behind, so with a final glance around the room and his fellow officers Scheelite scrambled to keep up with Apatite.
At least -this- General Queen could give him a run for his money as far as hyperactive weirdness went. Eventually though Scheelite fell into step (or skip, or bounce, whatever you wanted to call it) right behind the pink haired Apatite.

Wolframite hadn't expected the General-Queen to arrive so suddenly if at all, and stood in straight attention when she arrived, which was hard when she was acting like..........well, like Scheelite. It wasn't exactly the professionalism you'd expected from someone so high ranking. It was rather awkward, but not nearly as awkward as when she went over and rubbed up against Tanzanite's arm. Even Wolframite, who was one of the teeny-tiny, select few who could so much as touch Tanzanite without getting killed had never gone that far. First off, he would never be so affectionate to rub against her, but as much as he was growing more comfortable with Arm, he wasn't about to go petting it.
He stood with wide eyes at Apatite, expecting her face to be ripped off, but she left unharmed and skipped off ahead. The captain looked at Arm, and then at the clenched expression of the General. "Uh..." He didn't know what to tell her.

There was a poorly-suppressed snickering from a ways down the hallway.
Uranophane tried to pass it off as a cough.

Alkaid had been little more than a silent companion as she walked among the rowdy lieutenants, the slightly less so captains, and the ominous figure of Tanzanite somewhere nearby. When they had come to the mirror, however, every part of Alkaid had tried to sink away through the floor beneath her feet but not because she was afraid of the wary eyes they might turn on her. She was afraid of the thoughts that came tumbling in, unbidden.
So the great green Earth had a senshi too and yet she was absent, letting aliens and invaders overrun her beautiful planet. The part of Alkaid that she tried to bury away on missions surged out of the neat little box she had packed it away in, ripping at her tortured heart and making a lump rise in her throat. She was sure that the Senshi of Earth had to exist, that her starseed was somewhere with someone and yet, why was she not standing here when her world needed her the most? Why was Alkaid fighting her war for her?
Why were Alkaid's brothers and sisters dying for her neglect?
Alkaid dropped her eyes away from the mirror, refusing to look at it anymore, and tried her best to drown out the murmuring whispers around her as lieutenants and general-queens alike speculated over this mysterious new senshi. Alkaid didn't want to see anymore about her, or hear anymore about her, unless it was talk of her rising up from her long silence to help end this war. It would be so simple if she would just.. wake up. They would all see it then, the truth.
Distantly she heard the cheerful voice of one of the more peculiar general-queens, and Alkaid glanced up just in time to see her skip off after lightly mentioning they should get going. Alkaid was one of the first to fall in life and follow after her, all too eager to put that mirror behind her and hoping that being in the front of the crowd might hide the emotions she was struggling with. She, for one, would be glad when Elysion was secured so it would stop torturing her in so many different ways.

At first Chase had been laying in his dorm room bed staring blankly up at the painted ceiling dreading his return to Elysion. He was ashamed of their loss of yet another Zone to those b*****d senshi. In fact as he laid there he reflected upon his failures before slowly rolling to his side and letting himself drift into the dream realm. It was no surprise to the new lieutenant when he awoke surrounded by his fellow officers. He never woke in the same place twice and frankly it was comforting to find himself surrounded by the comforting feeling of the negaverse around him than that of the senshi.
He mostly kept to himself, if only because of the fact that in all reality his knowledge of other officers was very limited. He did however spot Painite and initially began to make his way over to the familiar face. However the image playing itself over and over again in the mirror stopped him. He paused, letting his brows furrow together as he, like many others, tried to make sense of the scene.
Eventually his golden eyes tore away from the mirror's surface and scan over the other perplexed faces before settling upon what appeared to be the distressed face of one Sailor Alkaid. A frown immediately formed upon his usually cocky lips as he watched her for a moment before she suddenly snapped her attention towards the pink-haired General-Queen and fell in step behind her.
Pressing his lips together and wrinkling his nose just a bit he quickly moved forward, pushing through the crowd, in order to get closer to the corrupted super. With lingering thoughts of their date on his mind he reached a hand out and touched her shoulder trying to get her attention. "Alkaid," he said softly with a crooked smile on his lips.

Sassolite had stared at the mirror and watched the strange senshi and for once had little to say. She had stood close to Painite, it was helpful knowing that she had her with her if anything were to happen. She adored her team and though it seemed she had missed some fights she wasn't about to miss out on this.
She had quickly bowed slightly when the general queen arrived but no one else seemed to so she quickly righted herself. This was going to be an interesting exploration. Mirrors that told stories...
More to the point they couldn't fight this senshi not with the reasoning they had with the others. If she was indeed senshi of this planet then she had the right to live here too right? Sass didn't like that thought, she didn't like the fact that they may have to allow a senshi to live but more to the point she didn't vocalise any of these points. She just followed the general queen down the hall with the others while wondering what the hell was going on.

"Alkaid..." Zinkenite offered her a greeting, something to reassure her the way he probably should have done for Ilmenite but hadn't quite decided on doing yet.
It wasn't as though he wanted to offer him a reassuring pat after the little 'arm around scheelite's waist' thing...god. Lieutenants and captains fraternizing. At least Tanz didn't enjoy it when Apetite spooned her arm, though he did have to smother a laugh about it about that and mooshing Scheelite's face.
"Maybe they killed her, or...perhaps their cats refuse to awaken her...though for all we know she'd default to their side." He said bitterly, how irritating for people to repeat the same thought over and over rather than just agreeing that the first to vocalize had a point.
"Come along Ilumenite... hopefully this will be enlightening to all of us." He said casting a pointed look at the Lieutenant that very clearly said 'no more hugging I don't care if he starts it.'
A moments pondering and to himself he wondered //Who's Edward??//

He'd been quiet, thus far. He'd been good, actually, as far as he'd been concerned. Mostly he'd kept his mouth shut and he hadn't told anyone to ******** off or stomped around trying to get back to what was currently a rather comfortable bed. But, really, being called stupid? Ilmenite -- well Ever, rather -- had been tossed a lot of insults over the years, and mostly he could swallow them, because they were true. But he was hardly stupid, and mixing up intelligence with ignorance was....unfair.
So he chewed on his words, biting his tongue for not much longer. Finally, his eyes flashed down onto Zink, and the cheer was gone. His expression somewhat flat. At least he did follow, and he kept his voice low. "I have no idea what is going on here. Or where here is. Or why we're staring into a television-mirror."
He might have said something to Tanz, too; his eyes kept flicking back up to her, but then onto that freaky arm and deciding he didn't really want to push his luck there. A mostly-human hand in the center of his chest had hurt. How bad would that one be...?

"I think NONE of us have a clue what is going on here, get used to it... happens a lot." She mentioned addressing the new negaverser, not really caring if he wanted her opinion or not. She gave a shrug. "Just enjoy the story."
Swinging her lantern pole over her shoulder the light source pouring from the object was swinging back and forth as they walked down the hallways. Faya made a careful note not to trip over any of the roots.. she did not need to face plant, her nose was already broken and needed to not be in pieces again.
"Uphane!" She called with a wave of her hand, acknowledging the presence of her one-team-mate.

Bismuthite had been keeping silent during the duration of their trip here so far. He was mulling over the things said and seen. Being new, he didn't exactly have all the pieces of this puzzle, and thus he relied on the information others felt inclined to give to..help him along. He wasn't going to go asking stupid questions that was for sure.
Faya's comment that none of them had a clue made him sigh. Great. Apathetic pink eyes continued to watch.

Alkaid had been doing everything in her power to concentrate on the exploration of the temple, doing her best to ignore the theatrical girl they had just seen. She had buried herself so deeply in a hundred different distracting thoughts that when she felt the hand on her shoulder, she'd jumped and turned to look, half expecting the apparition from the mirror to be there.
Yet, it was just Labyrinthite.
"You scared me," she breathed under her breath, but even the sight of that crooked smile made her feel immensely better. She wasn't one to mix pleasure with duty but right now it didn't hurt to have a little comfort. She reached out and squeezed his lower arm with one gloved hand, shifting to walk next to him instead of barreling on alone. She would have said something but.. she wasn't sure what to say, not here, not with Elysion all around them.
So, instead, she was relieved when she heard Zinkenite call her name. She glanced in his direction, looking around Labyrinthite, and offered him a little wave and mustered her best smile. Then she leaned back and continued to walk at Labyrinthite's side, staring ahead after their whimsical general-queen.

"Lieutenant Fayalite," Uranophane acknowledged, offering a curt nod in greeting. It had been a while since she'd really worked with her ally -- they had been the same rank back then, even -- but, like any human being, she was grateful to make note of a familiar face. "I suppose the best we can do right now is... follow the leader." With a jerk of the head she gestured towards the chattering General-Queen Apatite, who was proving to have the ability to say 'Edward' with about the same frequency Charonite had possessed with various permutations of the words '********' and 'goddamn.'
It was hard to say which was preferable.
Her boots crunched loudly upon the vines littering the floor as they walked on, and as they continued down the hallway she took a cursory glance back at the mirror they were leaving behind. "Sailor Earth, hmm..." Uranophane's arms crossed at her front as she took on a contemplative scowl. Then, with a notable sneer present in her voice, she mused, "Looked like she was a bit of a show-off to me. I wonder what sort of powers she had to do her attention-mongering with."

He chuckled taking her arm in his and patting the hand she squeezed his arm with. "Sorry, probably shouldn't be sneaking up on you," he shrugged still trying to keep up the light feeling that had begun to settle over them. "But, I do have to keep on my ninja skills, gotta surprise the enemy with them!" He joked in an attempt to cheer her up.
He was more than happy to be her source of comfort, it meant that he was doing things right, but he couldn't help but wonder what was on her mind as she stared at the mirror. The image had rattled her, that much was clear but he wasn't clear on why. Though he had some of his own idea, if only from their talk the first night they had met.
"Hey," he whispered inclining his head toward her ear. "I'm here, don't worry," he assured her in case she needed him to. A part of him wanted to say something either completely ridiculous or completely cheesy but he did neither. Instead he let silence settle between them trying to calculate his next move.
