"I will do my damnedest to rid this ground of you as well if that is what it takes to remove the Senshi..." Zink hissed through the pain. It felt already like his back was on fire, he had to admit...it was one thing to say you would die for your cause, it was another entirely to be faced with that prospect head on.
"My reward..." he hissed at last... "Will be knowing that We rid this place of its invaders... " He summoned his sling shot to him, if nothing else it gave him a peice of metal to better the impact of his fists... crack skulls if he was lucky.

He started to lunge forward, he had every intent of it, whatever the outcome there was only that moment and the strange calm that had settled over him.

But he hadn't counted on that wave, it knocked him clear off his feet again and down. skidding over the grass to lay motionless, stunned and in agony as he tried to convince his body that it must move again. It was everything he could muster in those precious moments to send his weapon and its precious cargo away again to be sure that the 'Flaming leopard' did not take it.

Green eyes darted briefly to Captain Uranophane, and though no warm expression made to touch at his icy features, there was definitely a gleam of acknowledgment. "Like riding a bike, Captain." He murmured, and could not deny that there was a faint tick of pleasure at her battle prowess.

General Serandite was making quite the impression as well, and Obsidian had to recall the time where he'd thought her to be useless, little more than a burden. It seemed that time had changed people for the better, in some ways, and if she were to catch his eye, there would be the barest nod of acknowledgment. Today was not the day to fight one another; though they were strong, they would need to be one unit to cut down the swathe of senshi within their path.

The cry of Helios was enough to make his head snap up, and the General abandoned his wrecking spree in order to throw himself out of the way of the energy blast. The brief glimpse of his bared teeth was enough to let one know that he hadn't been expecting that, and his sword began to rattle ominously in his grip. Annoyed, Obsidian held it tighter and dismissed the strange tug, quickly scouting for another opportunity.

One presented itself almost immediately.

Wasting no time, the General would signal to Uranophane of his intention, almost letting her know that she had to watch her own back while he took out the rogue. Sailor Lyra would soon hear the air screaming as his blade cut straight through the air, clearly aiming for a blow that would put her out of commission for good.

"Eridanus, find Arsinoe! I can take care of myself." Famous last words from the Super Senshi of Vengeance who, in the end, was always grateful for the assistance she received from the members of her team, especially the Senshi of Ink who had saved her tail more than once.

"I have to help Saiph." She insisted emphatically, giving his hand a firm squeeze while hoping this wouldn't be the last time she'd ever do so. "Fight them... And find Arsinoe."

With that last thing said she took off into the fray, determined to follow after Saiph, refusing to let her team mate face down the devil on her own.

"Of course Small Lady"

"We won't let them take this place."

-Deftly playing shield position or not Juno was a smart enough cookie to avoid the tiara boomerang that shot out from behind her attempting to keep it well enough in sight that she'd be able to get out of the way when it made it's trip back. Someone came too closer however and her attention swayed swunging forward with a fist, catching one to the ribs as hers landed in his face. She sucked in a breath as she tussled, bringing her shoulder down to shove her opponent away. Noone was getting near her.

The brillant flash of light and energy of Pegasus' attack was well welcomed. Though she didn't want to voice it outloud, Juno was hopeful that others would shoulder more of this battle and that her princess wouldn't have to leave once again collapsed after her sacrafice.-

Every second that the attack held him, Bismuthite fought to move, to attack the senshi before him and the one behind him. Finally and suddenly he was released. Being frozen absorbed whatever recoil would have happened from the punch to his jaw, and he continued to charge forward in an off balance run, and he sent a retaliation punch Europa's way, and a bloody shoulder (it had been caught by one of regulus' attacks) Regulus' way.

"You can't just turn away like some god damned angel's of mercy. Are you that arrogant?!"

Huh, and he should know arrogance.

"Corvus!" Eridanus protested, but she was already off. "HEY! WATCH YOUR BACK BATGIRL!" He yelled. Otherwise he was going to have to come in after her, which would be trouble, she was more powerful than he was right now... but he could try and find Arsenoe in the crowd.

He tried to break free of the tightest parts of the croud, get out a little bit, but not too far away from the senshi, and see if he could spot Arsinoe... of course it wouldn't hurt his feelings to deliver someone a good smack of ink either...

Oh God in heaven... she was heading for TANZENITE.

Eridanus took this in briefly, then bolted after Corvus, ignoring her orders.

Boreas was taken off guard by his target. He had honestly hoped to target a liuentenant. Start things off a bit easy, at least try and make it through the intial rush. However, the swirl of cold air had led him to the captain. He was in waste deep, no chance to turn and run away. No he would have to face her head on. His only hope was that Uranophane's clipboard didn't have some crazy cold resistance ability.

"Nothing personal sir, but I think I may need to thoroughly kick your a**. You know, good versus evil and all."

With these words, he jumped up into the air once again and tried to land a full body tackle. No need to hold back here, not if these were going to be his last moments.
