Nyx smiled a bit until Shun turned around and walked on completely missing the tile. With a silent huff she lightly banged her fist on the wall, both tiles going back into their original positions. Damn evasive b*****d.

Following behind him as they made their way to the anatomy room Nyx fumed a bit looking for something else to try. With him just walking she had to be creative and she didn't normally alter things from afar, her expertise was in transmuting objects into something else...generally something deadly.

Looking up at the light fixtures she thought about trying something else. Coming close to the wall again she ran her hand across the surface counting his paces in line with the lights. When she had the pattern down she transmuted the fixture of the light only a step ahead of him, the fixture going loose in the ceiling. When Shun was right under it the fixture let go falling down toward him, the only problem was Nyx had underestimated the amount of wires holding the thing up. It probably wouldn't fall completely to the ground but would definitely hit him on the head if he didn't move.

Nyx tried to look surprised as the light fixture came down, she managed partially, though whether it was convincing enough was up for debate. Inwardly smirking a little she looked to Shun as he clutched his shoulder, though her face looked somewhat concerned. "Is the school always in this bad of repair?"

"I can't help it if a team of monkeys upkeep this place." Nyx shrugged. "Maybe you're hitting a stream of bad luck. Got some nasty karma built up or something?" She questioned playing innocent until the very end but she shrugged it off as he pointed to the anatomy room. "So alchemy is the only thing left in this building, right? From the map it looks like its upstairs." She looked at her schedule and map again as if to confirm.

"Don't believe in karma, aye?" Nyx grinned a bit as she headed toward the stairs walking along side Shun as they ascended upward. "I think that thought is coming back to bite you in the a**." Did she believe in karma? Most certainly and she had a shitty path laid out before her, so she was going to live it up while she could and she sure as hell wasn't going to die with a grudge on her mind. Though her method of dealing with that grudge was a little unhealthy according to those with a psychology degree. Instead of just letting it go she thought it best to just eliminate the problem.

Once they were at the top and Shun showed her the right room, Nyx peeked in for a moment to have a look at the set up. She was a little curious on what methods would be taught. After she was satisfied she left the room looking back at Shun. "Well, if you can show me the martial arts room I'll let you get back to your chickie. You can romance it up or whatever it was you were doing."

It didn't seem Shun was going to throw her much of a bone. Oh well. Following behind him as they reached the stairs Nyx started to descend behind him. As soon as her hand touched the railing the very next step below Shun's feet retracted back making it a little too short to step on so his step down would be a large one and would likely send him off balance. She'd like to see him avoid this. The power she had used up though was tiring her out, she was going to have to ease off after this. Any more and the sure signs of fatigue would start to show. As it was she could easily hide it.

As soon as Shun took a tumble Nyx moved the step back into place, her light blue eyes narrowing as she watched him mostly catch himself. He was quite the spry b*****d. She would have to remember that.

"Hell, that was quite the fall, twinkle toes." Nyx said as she made her way down the stairs stepping on the step that hadn't been there moments ago. "Can you not walk today or what? Your gonna end up dying on me before we conclude this tour." If only.....If only. "I think Powderpuff would be upset if I brought you back all battered and bruised."

"Oooo, snappy," It didn't seem like much would get to Nyx, tone or words. "Hey, wait up smiles!" She called out as he took off again, her pace no where near as fast as it had been before. Transmuting at a fair distance had been a little draining so now she was light headed. "Maybe we can skip the dojo....and head to the cafeteria." Nyx said as she placed a hand to her head that suddenly started to ache.

Backlash from magic use was never fun, it was like having your sugar drop rapidly but perhaps ten times worse since muscle fatigue wasn't far behind. Normally she would hide this sort of weakness, she had fought with massive headaches and body pain before, but now was the time to play it up. To let Shun let his guard down. If he thought her weak then he wouldn't expect anything coming. "I could use something to eat."

As they approached the cafeteria Nyx's stomach gave a growl, the smell of food making her hunger worse. "I don't think I've ever smelt cafeteria food that smelled so good." Nyx said in almost wonder as she approached the door. Pushing her way in without any sort of hesitation her eyes were wide at the sight of the place. Their cafeteria was huge...and was somewhat like a food court.

Mouth practically drooling at the possibilities Nyx went in search of something tasty to try not really caring what. She picked up a tray and started to fill it with the most random stuff before she paid and took a seat. At this point Shun could have left and Nyx wouldn't have noticed. Food was too high of a priority.
