Mmk - talked with Sirenz. You can't make plushies based after either existing soquili or commercial cosplays.
((The rules on the front page have been edited)).
- With existing soquili, it wouldn't make much sense if that plushie was randomized to become a real soquili and there already is one that looks like that.
- For commercial cosplays (where only one of each character is allowed) it isn't really a fair situation - let alone making triply sure there isn't already one out there.

TTF - For mutants, I know you can edit plushies. For past years, while the plushie might be a mutant, if it is rolled to be a real soquili, it generall is predetermined what type of species it is allowed to be up to - so the soquili that the plushie is interpreted into may not be a mutant.

It probably wouldn't be a problem to make a plushie for an existing Soq so long as you're not entering them into the raffle, though, wouldn't it?
If you want to make one just for fun/to have it, assuming you own the original Soq or are giving it to the owner of the original Soq.

It's been done before, making a plushie of existing Soquili as gifts for the owners of said Soquili and no reason not to allow it. =3
But again, only if you or the recipient own the Soquili in question.

Oh hey... I made a plushie of a hypothetical offspring between a lifemated couple I share with another owner, so it's technically based off both her soq and mine. I had her permission to do this and I already finished and posted it. If I get a quote from Dixie saying that it's all right... can I keep the plushie the way it is?
