[Rynn took a swipe at a fish and nearly caught it. The resulting motion threw her off balance and nearly into the water. She barely managed to catch herself. Cursing her luck and the fish Rynn tried to calm down so she could go at it again. She hunkered down in a position so that she could lean out quickly and snap at the fish near the surface. She would be darned if she were going back to Robin empty pawed! I am gonna catch at least one d*** fish.

Robin nodded and smiled in relief. "That would be great. Really it would. Thank you." He said while bowing his head. He looked around for Rynn and noticed she hadn't come back. His tail flicked and his ears twitched in worry. He hoped everything was alright with her.

"you are very welcome" Horus stated with a smile. It was his policy to be polite as possible to try to come off as friendly and approachable. In this situation it seemed to have worked. However rynn hadnt come back yet and he looked off to where his tribe member had gone. Often the tribe had other game to eat than fish and even then jaci sort of handled the fishing even though she was a scout so he wondered if Rynn was okay. The fish hadnt won had they?

A while later Rynn came trotting back with two fish that well adequate to eat could only be described as homely and.. thin. It was as though these fish had ended up in Rynn’s grasp out of choice to end their existences rather than a fish that had put up a fight. She set them down in front of her mate and gave him a look that said if he laughed she would feed him to the fish. Then looking at her elder she gave him the same look saying she would not accept criticism of her lack of fishing skills. “Jaci usually catches better fish but these will do.” It was the best and only defense she could come up with for her failure as a fisherman. She plopped down next to Robin and looked at him with one raised brow waiting for him to eat his fish.

Robin watched Rynn's every move when she came back. To him she had been gone a bit to long for his liking and he was becoming very worried. He didn't even care that the fish weren't the best looking. "Oh Rynn its ok. " Pulls her to him and rubs his head against hers taking in her scent. After taking a deep breath and releasing it he took a bite of his fish than pushed it toward her so she could get a bite.

"I wouldnt try to compare my self to Jaci nor compare you to jaci. Jaci is basically a river otter in fox form. The fish you caught are fine" Horus stated nodding. He reached over and quickly popped a few berries into his mouth. Hunter huh, he wondered slightly how he would deal with the other hunters. Most of the time Raz and Hollow didnt really work with each other but there where those random occasions.

Rynn smiled at her mate. He was just so considerate. She could be cranky and grumpy and somehow Robin could make her feel better. She then nodded to Horus grateful for his verbal acknowledgment of support. She snapped up a bite of fish and a few berries. She then leaned into her mate and sighed happily. “So what have you boys been doing while I was off playing with the fish?” She looked Horus and wriggled against Robin.

"Nothing of any importance dear. Just some friendly small talk."Robin said with a devilish smile. He wiggled his eyebrows at her to get her to laugh before taking another bite of fish than some of the berries. "Shall we all take a walk or do we have to stay here and wait for something?" he asked unsure of what was suppose to happen.

"If you want to take a walk that's fine. Once I get my answer however I'll need you both back here for a short little walk. Its a bit frustrating getting an answer out of our river deity but it shouldnt be too longer" Horus stated. If memory served him right closest temple was Osiris's. It wasnt the ideal place to take them since he was asking Atum but it would be okay.

Rynn listened to Horus words with interest. She didn’t know what was supposed to happen either. Well the moddieties take their sweet time with most things so I’m not surprised. Rynn sighed mentally and wondered what the modieties were up to that keep them so busy. She flicked her tail and tapped Robbin. “I’m good with a walk.”

Robin nodded to Horus, "Can do easily. Just give a shout ,"He said before turning to Rynn and giving her a gentle nudge to move on. "What's your favorite place here?" he asked her while kissing her cheek.

Horus took a deep breath. "Dont worry I will" he called back before walking over towards the water. The best place to talk with Atum was actually next to the Itaru river but since they were out an oasis water would be the next best shot. Atum normally didnt mess with Oasis's because they were another modeities territory but it would have to do for now. he hoped the illusive modeity would give some sort of hint so they could both move on.
(and of course he'll have the yes answer next post ^.^)

Smiling at her love Rynn was far less worried about her elder. The answer would be a yes or a no. Where it a no then Rynn would definitely ask Horus if there was a way to yel… past a choice message along to the modeities. “Well Robin, believe it or not, my favorite place has be the fields. I know it seem weird me taking care of fragile little plants but I really love it. There is just something about the smell of the soil where the plants grow and know that you’re responsible for those little plants that the entire tribe relies on. It’s just so refreshing!”

"Fields huh and plants? I thought you didn't like those sorts of things. You really must show me. I'm very interested my love."Robin said with a smile kissing her. After that he walked off with her into the distance letting her lead him wherever she wanted to go.

Horus let off a small smile as he went to go find Rynn and Robbin. The talk had been rather interesting and he had gotten good news on several things. Some of those he would keep to him self as a surprise but then again the couple really wanted to know if it was okay for their mate-ship to be accepted. With Robin saying he might join the modeities seemed to be all for it as long as Horus was okay with it. "Robin? Rynn?" he called out.
