Base type/style, coat & scales: Body type/style would be draft with optional leg feathers please. His main body would be the yellow/off white that is in reference [3], and the pattern on the scales are like the killer bee morph for a python.

Description:
For this soquili, she will be up to what the colorist will think would look best on her! I'm allowing the colorist to have as much creativity as she may feel she needs :]. The theme of this soquili is 80s Pop! {leaning more towards the fashion of it.- think Madonna-ish.} There are just a few things I would love to see and are mandatory on the soquili but the rest is up to the colourist! {base color of the soquili included as well as whatever edits.} Without further adue, here are the things I want on the soquili.
I) Mane: For the mane, I would love it to look something like this. x. Another example is here: x. Very much like Madonna curls. The length of the mane I would like to be medium and just above the shoulders {like the same length in the reference images}. Also I should note that for the tail, I would like something matching- if not similar- to what the mane looks like. Also what I was thinking for the tail is that at the base of the tail- before it starts- I would like there to be a bow; one that matches the headband bow in the mares hair color and perhaps even style wise.
II) Bow: Let's face it, the 80s pop look would not be complete without a headband with the bow on it! Of course, I would like there to be one in the soquili's hair. As far as the look of the headband, the ones featured in the mane reference images would do fine {coloring up to you; maybe even give it an animal pattern like a zebra or leopard?} or perhaps it can even have a Lacey look and feel to it like this bow: x. As far as what the bow looks like, I will leave that up to you and what you think looks better.
III) Piercing: I would like this mare to have a Monroe Piercing. The location of this piercing I would like it to be above her lip on the left side. {the most visible side on the mare lines} I would like the coloring of the piercing itself to be silver, please.
And that's all I would like to see on the mare, the rest is up to you! Weather you include legwarmers, a bandanna, lace gloves, bracelets, necklaces, leggings, skirts, animal printed accessories, neon colorings, makeup {maybe??}, extra leg fluff {;D} and whatever else your imagination takes you, I'm sure I will be more than happy with what you come up with! Have fun. :]

Colour-wise, just copy the refs. Edit-wise, the only extras that should be added (if at all possible) are his small back spikes going all the way down his back/tail, and possibly some extra fins in places. On the ref, it seems like it's mostly the salmon pink fins that would need adding to the Soq, as the other fins I think are just about right on the lines already. His face should be edited so that he's looking thoughtful, but not smiling. He also has a spiffy beard going on, and a pretty crown. If his head fins could be made bigger like on the ref that would be great. If not it's fine. The only thing that I don't want following from the ref is his icky brown legs. I'd rather you just do his legs in his body colour, with his grey tummy colour on the insides. But mostly white around her snout with it going up between her eyes, with black spots all through it with a white starburst like marking on her forehead above her eyes. But all four of her hooves are white till about her elbows and they are spotted with black spots. Her chest and stomach are also white with black spots all throughout. And her nose is black and colored in the shape of a dog nose.
