Aaron smiled, nodding. "Yes, that's right." he said, his tone soft. "And thank you. Are you having fun, Miss Eve?" He was about to say something else when something caught his eye. "Why, hello there." the orange haired boy greeting, offering the wary shadow a reassuring smile. See, he wasn't a threat at all. He'd seen a couple of these little black things before....shadows, weren't they? He then stood up, smiling and offering the toddler his hand. "Would you like to dance?" he offered, bowing slightly.
Quinn looked up from his thoughts, light blue eyes falling on the little rocker and her inflatable guitar. It took a moment for him to process that he was being spoken to and that he'd been asked a question. He then nodded slowly in response to her question. "D-Deirdre." he said, the corners of his lips twitching into the faintest ghost of a smile. He remembered her; she was the nice girl from the fair. "Evening." he greeted, the word rolling awkwardly off his tongue. But hey, he was trying, right?

"I'm a prince." Dimitri told Ellery, gesturing to his outfit. Though, he didn't look thrilled. "Wasn't my idea. Trust me. I wanted to be Indiana Jones. But nobody listens to me." He looked around, peeking to try and spot any of his female family. None were in sight. "I live with girls. They're not nice at all." He whispered. "Kali told me I'd be going naked if I didn't put the prince costume on." Lord, he didn't doubt she'd make him, either. Thankfully, he'd managed to avoid wearing the stupid crown. His dad had 'accidentally' sat on it. ...After he had put it in his chair. And asked him to sit on it hard enough to break it. An orchestrated accident, but truly an accident none the less!

Eve smiled, "Kinda." She wasn't sure about if she would have fun, at least with most of her family busy. She chuckled at the sound of Herion's voice. She adored the shadow, but it was a little annoying how protective he was of her. She wasn't made of glass.
"Aaron, this is Herion."
"Her, io?" The shadow tilted his head to the side, looking up at him curious. Though he didn't like to let anyone be that close to his host, the overprotective shadow smiled slightly at Aaron.
Eve looked more nervous at the idea of dancing, biting her lip slightly. She smiled and nodded, "Sure. I'm not that good though."
