He tilted his head. Now that he thought about it, Nuishan had introduced Rendo to the entire family. Though, Yuki hadn't done that, and neither had Unia. However, he wouldn't mind introducing his mate...no... lifemate to his family. First, he needed to speak to Ari. Also, he needed to settle the issue with him and another fox so that if Shinya joined she would be accepted by everyone.
"Would you like to meet some of my family?"

"Sure,"Shinya stated in excitement. "That would be really fun. I would get to see Nuishan." her tail began to wag at the idea. She smiled up at him and kissed him. "Would you like to meet mine?" she asked.

Shai smiled, lying his head on her neck once more. "You've already met Nuishan. I was thinking you could meet my brother Yuki, and sisters Unia and Runaiu. And my niece and nephews." He mused, smirking gently. Not Sin, she did not need to meet that male. There was rumors of him having given up his chaotic life for a more mature one, but he knew Sin would never forgive Shai, no matter how mature he had become. Much like how Yuki hated his guts....

"That would be so cool. Can I please? Can we see them soon?"Shinya asked in excitement. She couldn't wait. It sounded like so much fun. She would get to meet more of his family. It would be perfect. "I can introduce you to mom and dad, my brothers, maybe my uncle and some of my cousins..." she said trailing off as her thoughts seemed to engross her. She might not want him to meet her uncle yet that might not go over well.

"I think your dad will kill me if he met me.... You know how dads are." He mused, shaking his head. Oh, how would he explain that he had stolen that mans daughter, proposed, and promised her kits all without even asking the father? Oh. That'd go well. But, he could woo her father. First, he needed to talk to someone...
"I'd love to meet them." He mused, tail flicking. "First, I need to speak to a very old friend."

Shinya tilted her head as she thought about her dad. "Daddy isnt the type to attack so I dont think you would be in trouble...but than again he is very protective so..who knows." Shinya said trying to give reassurance and knowing she failed on that part.
An old friend~ she wonder in her head. It spiked her curiosity and made her tail twitch."Who is your old friend?"

He sighed, knowing he needed this talk with her. If she was to be his lifemate she needed to know. Sitting up, the male flicked his tail, glancing off. "Thea." He mused. "She's part of Lunarie. You've seen her before." He added, growing quiet shortly after. What more was there to say? If she asked, he'd answered. It was already painful enough to think of the mistakes he had made.

Shinya nodded as she watched Shai sit up straight and look of into the distance. She didn't get why he was but he was. "Oh? What needs to be said to her?"Shinya asked really not grasping what was going on. She moved closer to him snuggling into his chest.

Shai looked away, ears flipping downwards before huffing, turning his head to look at her. "We dated a long time ago, and we have some awkward tension. I would like to... put that aside." He mused softly, looking at her slowly, waiting for her response. He wanted to know if she would flip out, or be hurt.

Shinya stared at him for a moment. So he had been with that female. "Oh.." was all she could think to say. She wasn't sure what to think but now she understood why the vixen hated her so.

Shai looked away, frowning as he eyed the distance. "I was young, barely an adult, and I met her. However, I had to leave for a family emergency, so when I came back she had kits and I thought she was gone. Then, I met you, and..you know." He backed away from Shinya, ears going back. "Shinya, you aren't mad, are you? That was a long time ago."

Shinya shook her head no. "No I'm not mad,"She said softly a bit lost in her thoughts. "But now it makes sense as to why she didn't like me and kind of seemed like she hated me. Ari made her introduce herself to me. She was uncomfortable I could tell but I didn't understand why. I know some foxes are skiddish of new comers so I treated her like one and acted very submissive. Than she asked a question about you and that snapped me out of the submissiveness. I told her what I knew and than she snuck off," She said before quickly adding "I wasn't mean or snap or anything i promise." She sounded worried.

Shai blinked, glancing down at her. "I know you didn't, don't worry." He absently said before shaking himself off, poking her with a paw. "I need a talk with her, alone." He added, eyes lowering to the ground. "If I want you to join Lunarie I need to clear the air between us so it is not awkward for you."

Shinya got down on her tummy and crawled closer to Shai wanting to be close. At this moment she needed his touch but didnt want to say it aloud. "Alright Shai do whatever it is you think you need to do. I'll head back to Bamboo untill than." she spoke softly. She figured she would wait there for him and he never came than she would have her answer about what happened.

Shai turned his head to her, nodding softly. He didn't touch her, instead grit his teeth and silenced his desire to respond. He wasn't going to just leave her, he'd be back. He wasn't going to abandon her as he had to Thea. This time he'd get it right. After he talked to Thea he'd come back for Shinya. He'd bring her home with him, he'd give her love and a family, he'd do what he had promised and failed to do for Thea. Then again, this wasn't about her anymore, this was about Shinya now. Only Shinya, and their future together.
