Leo laughed. He nuzzled Aegle and bent his head to pick Akela up. He carefully positioned her on her mother's head. "See if you can win against your mother then."

Aegle held very still so not to have Akela fall over her head. "Becareful up there"she warned Akela.
Akela looked at Leo "Why would i want to attack mom? It would be more fun to attack you"

"Okay, see if you can get me from there then." Leo held very still, a mini tree with neon green fur covering it. Even if Akela didn't turn out to be a monkey like him, it was always good to know how to climb.

Akela's tail wagged in excitement about the challenge. She studied the male than lept from her mother's head onto leo.

Leo winced a little was one of Akela's back paws slipped from his snout, the claws painful. She hadn't broken the skin though, and her balance was quite good for a first-time jumper. He chuckled and tilted his head back ever so slightly.

Akela clung to Leo's head with all her might not wanting to slip and fall. As she did she thumped him on the nose with her tail.
Aegle bit her lip as she watched Akela slip some but didnt move into help just yet. She hoped that Leo would be able to move into incase she did slip and fall to catch her. If not Aegle was at the ready.

Leo slid down on the ground, making exaggerated noises as though Akela weighed too much and had pushed him to the ground. His head thumped down on the ground.

Akela stood proud on Leo's head. "Ha told you I would win" She said than hopped off.
Aegle chuckled and laughed at Akela and Leo. He was being over dramatic and she was in her own head with her victory.

Leo chuckled, rolling his eyes upward to glance at the kit on his head. "One day, when you're bigger, we'll play tree tag. As long as you have the aptitude of a squirrel, you'll enjoy it!"

Aegle picked Akela up by her scruff and went to move her from the top of Leo's head.
Akela made a small noise as her mother picked her but didnt do anything besides curle up."Why do i want to be a squirrel?" she asked not understanding what he was saying.

"Squirrels are excellent climbers," Leo responded. He grinned a little. "Trust me, there are worse things to be." Now his grin turned mischievous and his eyes flicked to his mate. "Your mom's not much of a squirrel."

"They're just play fights," Leo said, looking flustered. "I would never actually try to hurt you!" Leo was always afraid he would hurt Aegle if he used his normal fighting style, which involved throwing his weight from heights.

"Suuurre" Aegle said teasing him. "Your just dont want to admit that you got beat by a girl."Looking down at Akela "Remember honey boys dont like to be beat by girls but they need it to keep in line."
Akela nodded taking a mental note.

Leo frowned a little to maintain the look of grumpy male. Aegle was just faster than him on the ground, that was all. His style was more strength, but all the strength in the world was useless if you couldn't touch speed.
The trees were a different story. Especially if he was in a forest! Leo could bounce around in those things so quick that he was more than able to keep up with Aegle on the ground.
He was only tallying this to soothe his pride a little, when really it didn't matter much. Rather than comment back Leo just flopped and used his weight to pull Aegle with him, careful not to land on Akela.
