The increase, which I am going to move up to twenty-five percent, is what is added onto the cost of the skills I use.

I admit, I'm not completely sure if this is an acceptable talent but I figured that I might as well try sweatdrop .

Talent Description: Feather is a genius in both the air and the water and is highly attuned to both elements. She is able to sense and quickly analyze the slightest disturbances, patterns, etc. that are present in the water and air surrounding her. This sensitivity greatly improves her ability to maneuver in both mediums as well as allows her to predict everything from an incoming natural disaster to an enemy's split-second attack. While flying, her ability to dodge is as good as a gunslinger's/archer's and she is able to easily fly for long periods of time even while carrying someone else. While swimming, she has learned how to use her wings to maneuver much faster in the water than most non-water-related races and her top speed in the water definitely rivals sea monsters of her rank. In addition, she has the ability to draw in/create breathable air underwater with her own breath whether or not the breath she took to create the air was of air or water. In addition, her constant exploration of even the limits of both sky and sea have made her very resistant to even extreme temperature and pressure changes, allowing her body to head to the limits of both boundaries.
Talent Weakness: Just as her talent comes from her curiosity so does the cause of most of her troubles. Always eager to explore everything and unable to completely erase that one aspect of hers even while she is acting, Tsubasa has a history of accidentally getting into trouble thanks to her own inquisitiveness. In addition, her mind tends to wander if she hasn't stretched her wings in a long time, the reason being that she has to place some of her focus on resisting the urge to reveal her wings.
How did the character get this talent?: Feather has always been the most inquisitive out of her family and loved to explore whatever she could. From there, she grew to love flying and swimming, the two settings that are only fully open to sirens. As a result, she began to spend hours doing both activities whenever she could and, as a result, has grown extremely proficient at them. Her early proficiency at both flying and swimming has often led to her being called a child of the wind by the older sirens, a nickname that is often used for those sirens that love flying.
Sample: Feather floated on top of the water in the middle of the ocean, just relaxing. She was in the nation of Aramil for a simple reconnaissance mission and saw nothing wrong with simply relaxing a bit. Of course, trying to find some dry land without the help of her now wet wings was going to be a slight problem (maybe more than slight, actually) but she'll find a way to deal with it… eventually. Either way, the girl couldn't help but dive into the azure waves of the ocean and go exploring a bit. Yeah, her curiosity got the best of here for a bit and now it had the ability to turn into a problem.

the girl thought as she flipped from the surface of the water to under the water and looked around, her vision completely clear thanks to the goggles that she was wearing, She had chosen a great spot to dive into, the location was right above a colorful coral reef and she could see everything from tunas and minnows to su horses and water flans. Jetting herself forward with a stroke of her wings, the girl glided through the water as if she was flying through air as she observed the various sights. At the same time, she made sure not to touch anything, already knowing from past experience of the fragility of ecosystems like these. She didn't need oxygen, as a Siren she was able to breathe and even sing underwater.

Figuring that she should probably head deeper and explore more of the treasure trove that she had just found, the girl twisted into a head-first position in a fairly open area and propelled herself downwards with her wings. She continued to flap her wings to head deeper and deeper into the depths of the ocean. Very soon, Feather stopped, deeming that she had traveled down far enough considering that only very little light was being filtered through at the depth she was at. The cold and pressure of the depths were nothing to her. She would need to head down more if she wanted to start feeling some slight discomfort. Of course, she didn't want to do that. Using a combination of her eyes and the Echo Sensing skill, Tsubasa continued to explore despite the slight want of light. Even though she had already seen variations of what she was currently sensing, the girl was still extremely intrigued by what was surrounding her. Each crevice and creature she could identify was new to her. If she had the time to, she could have spent hours down at her current depth. Actually, she would have if she hadn't remembered something important, .
