Joey didn't realize that Jed was behind him, turned around and was slid in the ring by Jed.

Jed went to slide into the ring after Joey. Jed was thinking of something to do when Joey would stand up.

On his back Archangel moved side to side, trying to get momentum to roll toward Mike and try again for another headlock.

Landry was just getting up after being clotheslined out of the ring and moonsaulted onto two other guys, and his frustration and rage began to build after being slapped into yet another headlock, this time on the outside.

Archangel had it in mind to slowly wear down Mike Landry and make sure that he wasn't going to hold the gold at the end of the night. He continued to just keep in place, with the hold tightly gripped in, and forcing Mike to fight out, if he wished to be free.

Landry wished very much so to be out of the headlock so he could go hurt more people, so he decided to kill two birds with one stone, by attempting to brutally shove Archangel face first into the corner post while stuck in the headlock.

Landry's wish came true and Archangel was basically head dived into the pole! Archangel went limp on impact and fell to the floor, letting loose Landry and slipping off of him.

Landry stood over Archangel with a disgusting scowl. He shouted at him from above, "HOW DOES IT FEEL!? HOW DOES IT FEEL KNOWING YOUR IGNORANT CRUSADE IS ALL IN VAIN!? IS IT HEARTBREAKING!? IS IT HEARTBREAKING TO KNOW HOW MUCH BETTER I AM THAN YOU!? ANSWER ME YOUR WORTHLESS LOSER!"
Landry said, trying to slap Archangel in the back of the head repeatedly.

Getting slapped upside the head repeatedly, Archangel's head was spinning and throbbing, and the harrassment from Landry wasn't helping! Archangel was starting to get ticked off and if this continued much longer, he wasn't about to lay there much longer either.

And to put the cherry on top, Landry spits down on Archangel.
"Pathetic." Landry turns his bhack on Archangel and watches the action in the ring, waiting for an opportunity to rain on their parade.

The cherry turned out to be the last straw and Archangel got to a knee and tried to lurch forward to chop a leg out from Landry and then quickly take hold of that leg and attempt to throw in an ankle lock!

Landry's leg was taken out from underneath him and he held his knee in pain, until he was turned over and locked in the ankle lock!

Archangel's anger was starting to turn into rage and would soon boil over, as he gave a good hard crank on the ankle for each step he took to get back to his feet! Successful, Arch would give a few stomps to the knee of the loose leg and then try for an Ankle Lock Grapevine.
