I agree that it should be Uber. It's versatility and power make it such an overwhelming force. Not to mention with omnipresent Scizor on it's team that a lot of its would be checks are stopped cold.

Although irrelevant, it sure is as ugly a most of the pokemon in the uber tier.
I don't agree with its new placement, as much as I don't like the thing. Gyrados can do much of what mence can do. After one DD gyrados can become just as threatening to an unprepared team. If mence is considered uber, then why not metagross, scizor, gyrados and every other pokemon that can do their job well in OU? I vote to keep it OU.

With the banning of Garchomp, why not just make Scizor apart of the "Big 5" as a means to prevent people from using it with any of the Big OU Dragons (Salamence and Dragonite) or T-tar?

After more thought on it. Zetshimaru would like to change Zetshimaru's vote to Uber (Zetshimaru did vote OU in the poll). Zetshimaru was still on the fence about the OU Uber thing when Zetshimaru voted, and Kurai made some good points, so Zetshimaru agreed, but it is still nagging at Zetshimaru that it should be uber, Zetshimaru should of stuck with Zet's gut. If changing votes is out of the question that is cool.

The Great Marth With the banning of Garchomp, why not just make Scizor apart of the "Big 5" as a means to prevent people from using it with any of the Big OU Dragons (Salamence and Dragonite) or T-tar? I second this notion, with the addition of saying that we just throw in Metagross and T-tar and make it the big 7. xp I don't believe Dragonite belongs in that category anyway.

Let's also make breloom Uber because it can use spore. Oh, and don't forget about Tyranitar, with DD and Sandstorm spam. Of course, if you get rid of TTar, you have to get rid of Gyarados, because he's like, next down in useability. Then we have Dragonite, which has all sorts of defenses, in addition to it's good attack. Oh, and since the only dragons left are weak, we should get rid of Weavile, since it can counter all of them with ice shards, and it would be too easy. Of course, then we have to ban blissey, since Weavile is a classic counter, and without it it would be too OP... And then we'd have to remove Alakazam, because a fast special sweeper without a viable wall is OP.... Well, some steel types could, but we'd need to remove them because they wall the OU hitmonchan too well.
.... So then we'd need to remove umbreon and vaporeon, because their toxic/wish walling would be OP with no steel types to counter them....
....and then hitmonlee...
...Milotic would be too easy to wall with, then, so...
...of course, evolved forms would be too powerful at this point, so...
...and all ghost types...
...therefore, OU should consist of Charmander, Bulbasaur and Squirtle.

...'Guaranteed'? Hardly. rofl
Life Orb Mamoswines with Ice Shard (Max Attack, +Atk nature) will OHKO all Max Def. Salamence (+Def nature) that do not have EVs invested in HP.
While Weaviles are slightly less effective with Ice Shard, Max Attack Weaviles (+Atk nature, 252 EVs, no items) will always OHKO nonYache sets with Ice Punch. Life Orb sets with Max Attack will OHKO Max Def, non-HP invested Mences, while Choice Band guarantees a kill.
I listed counters earlier in the thread that can withstand Outrages, DD boosts, and so on- these are the two most prominent counters. While Weavile may not like taking a hit on the switch, it can switch in on a DD and attack with Ice Shard. Without a + Def nature, Life Orb Weavile OHKOs with Ice Shard (barring a 252 Def, 252 HP Ev build)- and seeing how Weavile keeps its attack-switching capabilities, this can be seen as a true counter, rather than a strict revenge killer.
Mamoswine, the bulkier of the two, can switch in on all but Fire Blast with impunity, then OHKO with Ice Shard.

But it all come own to prediction. The possibility to be OHKO is still there. I ust see it as a safer Uber. Also he was getting realy repetitive in the OU teir every one used him @_@
