Number of Soquili you own: One Usdia
Name of Basket: Girl: Marie (variation of name meaning "star of the sea") | Boy: Leon ("lion") | (simple names, but slight mash-ups of the parents')
Personality of Basket: [Same for both, used as female for form] Marie is a foal who heavily guards her emotions because of the circumstances of her coming about. She feels that, if she keeps strong and doesn't let anyone in, it will prevent what happened to her parents from happening to her. She's a believer in faith and hope, longing for a perfect reality that can't be reached, must like her mother had to come to terms with. Locked up inside herself, Marie works towards fantasized dreams and false hopes in the off chance it may work without fully realizing that not everything works out for the better. She is a filly who enjoys nature like her mother, and makes friends easily. A bit shy at first, she warms up gradually, though it stop at a point. She cares about others and lends a helping hand to those in need, or those who have been led off the path to their perfect, fairytale ending. Because of her false reality, she has slowly felt isolated from her family in the dimming hopes of them ever being together like they should be in her mind. Much more of the personality would be developed through RP.
Any Future Plots?:
- Letting someone into her workings would be a long, withstanding plot that sounds like it'd be quite interesting.
- Also, seeking out whichever parent she doesn't live with would be something she would go after, in dashed hopes of bringing them together to be a real family. She'll always yearn for the scenario she was deprived of. Though either parent may move on, she won't feel the same towards any new family members, throwing up her defenses again to shut out bad experiences.
- It seems like Leon would need someone to tell her how things are eventually, maybe even take her under their wing to teach her about the world she'd shut herself up and away from.
- If the previous plot results in nothing, not changing her views (in dreams of her- and everyone else's- pristine ending being a sure thing) on life, she may even end up in a failed situation of sorts, possibly one like her parents'. This would bring her closer to her mother (as she felt isolated from her parents) if she lived with Liella, or cause her to seek out her mother for advice and desperate help, bringing the two much closer.
Why you want this basket: The parents are absolutely gorgeous, and I've eyed the mother for quite sometime. The baskets are just as amazing, and I've been trying to get a basket in hopes of that being the push I need to actually stick around and be involved in the thread.
Will you hang around the shop?: I'll try my best, I definitely hope to stick around.
Will you RP, at least lightly?: Yes. I look forward to any and all RP opportunities.

Personality of Basket:
(The personality applies for either a male or female but I'm going to refer to the foal as a female for this blurb)
Cherish is simple minded. For some reason or another Cherish’s brain was damaged in her basket and she retains the mind of a foal throughout her entire life, making her extremely gullible and innocent. Her personality is much the same as her mother's, but to a more extreme degree. She’s far too trusting, and would easily walk off with a stranger if they had something to coax her with, so she needs to be checked on by someone in the family. Anything that glows or glitters can capture her attention for hours on end, and flutters are her cat n**. If she manages to find one, she’d follow it to the moon, happily. Again, another reason for her not to be left by herself for too long. Cherish doesn’t speak, not that she doesn’t have a voice; she just chooses to utilize it in a different way. She either deigns to ignore what’s being said to her, or she replies in song (this can either be her singing a response or singing a snippet of a song which contains an “answer”), which may or may not have anything to do with the conversation. Sometimes it may be a response to a remark months or years in the past. Cherish continues to be very curious in her child-like innocence and has been known to wander off for no explainable reason, whenever the fancy hits her. She has no fear of meeting new soquili or experiencing new things. Of course, if the soquili has green eyes she wants nothing to do with them, and if the experience includes waves or sea anemone’s she will avoid it at all costs.Temper:

~Cherish spots a flutter and decides to follow it. She ends up in some kind of peril (perhaps while she's attempting to fly) and her sibling needs to save her.
~Cherish's sibling decides that he/she is bored of caring for her and leaves Cherish alone in the forest. Although not that big of a deal for Cherish (she could find something to do I'm sure) it causes Liella to scold her daughter/son. This might set up a rift between the two siblings that Cherish isn't aware of and can lead to drama later on in life.
~Cherish has always listened to her mother’s fairytales and wants to see if she can find some real life ones. She goes searching for her pied piper, her eleven swans and her sleeping beauty. Eventually she finds a sleeping beauty, a beautiful flutter mare, and becomes immediately enthralled. She brings her home and becomes enchanted with her new friend. Some wouldn't hesitate to call her lovestruck even.
~Singing is one of Cherish's favorite things and for once it comes in handy. A kalona/mutant/skinwalker comes across her and plans to eat her. When he hears her crystalline voice he chooses to let her survive. Whether he follows her back to her mother, steals her away or leaves peacefully would have to be decided later on.
~~~~~With father~~~~~
~Cherish can see her father and sibling in the ocean yet she can't manage to go in herself, due to her fear of waves. Somehow her sibling manages to get her in the water (perhaps by telling her to "fly like a flutter" off the cliff). Once she’s in the water she realizes she loves it. (just not the shore)
~Cherish and her sibling are playing tag in the ocean when she runs into a sea anemone. She faints and it is up to her sibling to bring her to air and rescue her. Afterwords she wants nothing to do with sea anemone's.
~Whilst exploring Cherish, along with her sibling, discover some underwater caves (that surface to an above ground cave). Mystified by the glittering glow worms, they take their time exploring, before stumbling upon the homeowner (whomever that might be)
~Cherish comes across a stream of Bioluminescent Dinoflagellates in the ocean. She becomes mesmerized by the blue glittering and follows it until morning. When she finally surfaces she has swum far, far away from her father. She makes her way to shore and climbs up the cliffs to higher ground. Where she comes across someone who looks similar to her...wait is that her mother?Why you want this basket: Because I am totally in love with his/her personality now...and I'm interested to see how he/she would progress in life. I've never had a basket so it'd be exciting for me to rp him/her out at various life stages. I'm also stoked to see how the foals turn out with such opposite looking parents...and this basket in particular because it has yellow on it, even though neither of the parents do. Will you hang around the shop?: Yep. You can usually catch me fluttering in and out of the shop all day long. Will you RP, at least lightly?: Yep... a bit more than lightly though. M: Nereus - Roman god of the sea
F: Elga - Name of an Elven weapon
Personality of Basket:
M: Carefree and with a heart of gold to a fault. He is eager and full of smiles. He loves to play and looks on the brighter side of life, though to the slight point that he doesn't always listen. He is rather friendly and open.
F: She loves her freedom and will defend it and others' as well. A strong sense of right and wrong, yet, has a problem looking at the grey areas in life, mostly her views lean on black and white. Though not as open as she would be, it takes some time to gain her trust.
Any Future Plots?: Yes. What I'm thinking is that it'll involve my mare after her current fling.
Why you want this basket: I've pretty much been a one person soq. (The co-own doesn't give me rping rights.) I'd love to have an addition to my family.
Will you hang around the shop?: Yes

Name of Basket: Niloufer (Persian for Water Lily)
Personality of Basket: Easy going, mild mannered, but distracted at times. Dubbed a "do-gooder" by others knowing the basket's lineage. Nature, specifically water, calls to him/her and it's lul is what puts him/her to sleep. A swimmer at heart, but still not the strongest or most graceful.
Any Future Plots?: With the family, not ATM. But I've got a kelpi named Carthage, who drags unsuspecting Soqs into the water to drown. His latest love interest, Sita, has been trying to change him and wants him to take to liking youngens. I think an innocent youth has what it takes to change his old, hateful heart.
Why you want this basket: It has beautiful parents, but the simplistic look of the basket draws me to believe it will be lovely like it's mother. Also, I'm a basket newbie. PLUS: It is relevant to water! I'm all about the elements.
Will you hang around the shop?: Yep! I lurk at times, but only because of a bad past experience. I'd happily start up again with renewed ambitions.
Will you RP, at least lightly?: Of course! I've never had a Soq family before and no one jumps at the opportunity right now.

Number of Soquili you own: 2 with a shell on the way (Amitola, her shell, and Calixte)
Name of Basket: Levana (means "moon or white") or Ilyrana ("opal") for a girl and Elian (means "light") or Leuthilspar ("Forest Home") for a boy - these names were mostly picked because of the basket's coloring, but they may have some importance later. As the personality is kind of what I see as a "pure" personality, names with meanings like "light" make sense to me. Also, Leuthilspar was a city renowned for its serene court life.
Personality of Basket: Very connected to nature - it'll love all plants, animals, the earth and water. It won't understand that all skinwalkers are evil or to stay away from Kalonas 'cause you never know what they might do - it'll just see them as another great gift to the world because they are part of nature. It'll be sweet and careful, never wanting to hurt anyone or anything or upset life's balance. Also, it'd be very close to Liella because she seems to have sort of the same view, at least a little bit. Though the foal will be content to stay in one place for a while, it will eventually get curious about other kinds of nature and most likely wander off.
It will go through a rebellious stage when it hits the teen age. Possibly messing around or causing fights with other soq, or running away from home and getting lost...
Any Future Plots?:
Family RP/Plottage is amazing!
I'd really like it if the foal's view of the world could be shattered or challenged by a... less than friendly soq. And a visit to the sea would probably (figuratively) explode its brain because the sea is so vast and beautiful. This, of course, would lead to a taste test of the water and probably a meeting with a sea soq, which could be interesting.
Also, when it begins to wander, it will meet all kinds of different soq and see things. Eventually, it will make its way back to Liella, very much changed.
Another plot would be for it to befriend a skinwalker/Kalona foal, and they would grow up together. I don't know how Liella would feel about it bringing such a foal (most likely one with a twisted sense of humor) home, but it would certainly be interesting.
For the rebellious stage, it'll most definitely get into fights or runaway, or both. It may also join a gang of other youths with a "bad" image, but not feel quite right about it. This would lead to a journey to see its father for advice on what's right and what to do.
With this gang of youths, I'd like it to tow around one of the members as a sort of follower/partner in crime for a while. This could lead to a falling out or a falling in love or something crazy along those lines.
The foal would eventually just get tired of being away from its mother and go back, most likely dragging along the sibling that stayed with Mareo with it so that they can have a sort of reunion with Liella. And if Mareo decides to sneak along and follow them to see how she's doing... Hey, who knows what could happen? ^_~
I am also debating making it nocturnal - it would see everything as much more magical during the night, with the stars and moonlight shining down. This would lead to it meeting another nocturnal soq, which could be... interesting. It would begin to go nocturnal right after it got out of the gang.
If, as an adult, it ever falls in love, it will go to both its mother and father for guidance. If it is met by disapproval (I have no idea what sort of mate I'd be looking for for it - that's a long way away and I don't really want to think about that yet), it will most likely revert back into a rebellious young adult and keep that attitude, though it would have moments of serenity when alone.
Why you want this basket: It's utterly beautiful - white/blue is a favorite combination of mine. It also has an opening for amazing plots and RP in its background - an eventual journey to meet its father will be made, no matter what. Liella was one of the first soq I saw, and I've always admired her rather simplistic beauty. Mareo, well... Kyogre's one of my favorite Pokemon. I collect them in my Sapphire game mrgreen Any breeding with them would have absolutely beautiful foals. 8D Plus, I'd like another soq to try some complicated plots with... twisted

Name of Basket: Barit (unisex name meaning boat in Egyptian)
Personality of Basket: A watcher of the clouds. Free-spirited and wanting nothing more than to be as unchained as the clouds floating up in that big blue overhead. There are some aspects about the water that are just not as appealing as the sky.
Any Future Plots?: A quest to figure out the water and determine once and for all whether or not it is something to enjoy, fear, or simply be indifferent about it.
The clouds have all the answers. Rather than being distracted by the beauty around them like their mother, Barit will adapt this trait solely into cloud watching and an almost dreamy take on "listening." The clouds bunching off to the East and wisping out to the North, well then that is where Barit should be headed, where the wisps are pointing. Perhaps there is something waiting in that direction to be seen, or someone to be met.
Why you want this basket: The basket is a clean palette, bright, refreshing, and comes from two vibrant parents. The touch of yellow caught my interest when I saw them dropped off because it has that splash of contrast that will be interesting to see incorporated when it opens.
Will you hang around the shop?: Yes. I don't post much lately with my class schedule, but I am around. :3
Will you RP, at least lightly?: Of course, new blood is always a great help to get muses active.

Name of Basket: Lillita for a girl (an elaboration of Lily) and Tumelo for a boy (means "faith" in two Southern African languages) Personality of Basket: The little foal inside this basket will grow to be a very forgiving sort of horse, someone who trusts easily and makes friends even easier. Everyone they meet will be a potential friend. Unfortunately, this will leave them open for the less...compassionate horses to take advantage of them, perhaps later shattering reality as they know it. They will still be forgiving, but perhaps will not trust as easily as before. Any Future Plots?: Just about anything lol, but particularly one I mentioned in the personality, a darker sort of horse coming in and taking advantage of their trusting nature and showing them that not everyone can be trusted. Why you want this basket: It's very pretty and the parents are just so beautiful, especially the mother. Name of Basket: Pearl (female), Merrow (Male)
Personality of Basket: will be carefree and love experiencing new things. For anything new she encounters she will want to know all about it specially how it came to be and any kind of magic or folklore that it holds. Her curiosity and carefreeness will most likely get her into trouble at some point. She will be most fascinated by those things others try to stir clear of. She will love the sounds of nature and especially the sounds of waves crashing. She will be more drawn to the see than the forest, though I think I would like her to stay with her mother in the forest. Perhaps having this incompleteness within her until she firsts visits the sea. On the surface she will seem pretty easy-going and carefree but inside she will feel a bit empty, always searching for something to fill her and give her meaning. She won't be one to cry or get angry but just to let things glide over her shoulders as if they mean nothing to her. Though inside she will probably be easily hurt.
Any Future Plots?: Maybe something where she leads the sibling somewhere where "great magic is" and they get stuck overnight before they are found and rescued. Also I would like her to leave the family in search of what she feels she is missing, a kind of soul quest or the whole family visits the sea and she refuses to leave.
Why you want this basket: I've actually been admiring Liella for awhile now. This is the first time I've seen Mareo but...eek! kelpi = love. The color combination of the two is awesome too. I seem to be drawn to blue Soqs. I'm kind of glad there is not a huge history built up, this makes me feel more relaxed for rping. Also I would like more Soqs and eventually one of every breed. Right now I have 2 Usidia and a Flutter.
Will you hang around the shop?: Yes. I kind of do...just not very often in the thread. But I think I have found the quiet time ninja I participated in almost everything thing in the WoW event and really enjoy Soq as a whole. So I'm pretty much making Soq one of my home shops.
Will you RP, at least lightly?: I would love to. Lightly is better cause I'm still working on learning rping and I'm a bit slow.
Do you like the color blue?: Yes. I never considered it one of my favorites, but for some reasons the majority of my clothes and Soqs are blue. So I have come to conclude that it is a fav. color of mine.

Which seems appropriate because of the fathers personality.However i could not find a German male equivalent of this name i did find the name Rohan which is Sanskrit Meaning Ascending; healing, medicine but also means Horse-land and often associated with the Riders of Rohan in Tolkien's fantasy 'The Lord of the Rings' Personality of Basket: He/she is very nature oriented and believes that nature is a beautiful and wonderful thing and should be worshiped and respected. A bit naive at times and trusting of the world as a foal. As and adult he/she will have grown out of this to some extent and believe that not everybody is always to be trusted. A deep pool of calmness resides in him/her and he/she is never angry as if anger is a misunderstood emotion. He/she is quick to smile and make friends and favorite activity is to smell flowers and play around in puddles. Any Future Plots?:Yes please. I'm interested in the basket when a Adult being torn between land and sea. Does he/she decide to live with it's chosen parent or seek out new adventures trying to come with peace towards it's confused desires. Could the family convince her/him to stay. If Male, is it acceptable to be attracted to flowers and beautiful things. Does having a beautiful fascination to all things lovely mater. Is being slightly feminine ok with his sibling. If female, Having a hero complex can be hard on the whole family. First there the rushing blindly into danger.Then there's the putting her nose into everybody business annoying all the soq around her. Plus there is the minor injures obtained fraying the families nerves. Finally enough is enough what does the family do. Why you want this basket: I have never had the wonderful experience of seeing a basket grow into an adult and having the fun of doing foal rp. I love to own my first basket! Name of Basket: Lilly or Mario or Maree
Personality of Basket: A mysterious foal swinging to ad throw from strong willed to irresponsible. A true rebel giving it's farther a good run around until told off, then it would have to listen. It believes the only way it can be free would be as an adult, but would still love it's farther for being there when his mother wasn't. Only seeing it's mother once it only recognised her as a stranger 'returning' a foal it'd never seen before, who was meant to be it's sibling. This action miffs the foal until adulthood, then once free of childhood he shall quest to find his mother or hunt her like a fox
and talk to her.
This foal would have no problem with the land and sea and would settle where ever it's loved ones were. But everyday it must soak in some water just to relax.
It'd care to stay around just as much as it's farther because he was the only person it had to look up to so would in turn mimic him and possibly turn out quite like him.
Any Future Plots?:
Perusing the 'new' foal asking it where it came from
and who the mystery mare was.
The quest of finding its mother.
And creating it's own small herd hopefully by a source of water, preferably by the sea.
Trying to figure out the magic of nature and how to apply it.
Teaching soquili water survival and how to swim.
Why you want this basket: Because it's pretty and it's born into a family environment so it has lots of plotting potential.

Name of Basket: Male- Dover; Female- Acquanetta
Personality of Basket: I'm thinking for a very shy or frightened kind of soquili. One that would be scared of their own shadow, so to speak. In no way does that make him a weakling, considering he wouldn't test his strength on anyone unless he were back into a corner and had no other alternative. Which I might do a plot for (xD). He would be a little rough around the edges since he wouldn't want to show that, not only is he a scaredy cat, but also willing to let others walk all over them. But once you get to know him, he'd be polite and soft-spoken.
Any Future Plots?: Actually, Maybe finding someone that looks terrifying, but is actually kinda like a teddy bear that will mess 'em a bit. That will later turn out to be the "protector" and then pehaps mate, depending on where the rp takes us. But i think it would be funny if the basket turned out male so I'd be searching for a female protecor xD
Why you want this basket: I have a deep love for blue xD Which is why most of my soquili happen to be some shade of blue.

Number of Soquili you own: 8. 6 are just mine, 2 are co-owns...just to break it down. (:
Name of Basket: If it's a filly, I'm thinking Alata (all-ah-tah), which is Elvish for radiance. If it is a colt, I'm thinking of Aear Cír (eye-are keer) which means sea ship. However, the names could be changed, depending on what the foal looks like. I like names...I'm picky with them.
Personality of Basket: The basket will be one of the baskets that likes to squirm and make odd noises. The foal will be rambunctious and outgoing; full of life. It will be happy, and kind. It will love nature, especially the water. It will be a bit of a dreamer, liking the idea of adventure if it's a colt, and romance if it's a filly. As an adult, it will have calmed down slightly, while maintaining it's outgoing personality and still being full of life. The love for nature will still be there. If it's a stallion, he will still love adventures, along with pranks, and being a typical male. If it's a mare, she will love romance, magic, flowers, etc.
Any Future Plots?: Oh, totally! Having read the first post, Liella "is currently planning a trip to the sea to deliver one or two of the foals to Mareo". Well...whoever said that both of the baskets got there, or that she ended up with two baskets? When I first read that, the first thing to come to mind was "ooh! one of the baskets could somehow get separated!!". I don't plot often, at all. I suck at plotting, however this got my juices going in the plotting.
As a basket- It gets separated from Liella on the journey to Mareo. My mare, Ayita, finds it. Being the extremely shy and timid creature she is, she isn't sure who to go to about returning it, so she keeps saying "tomorrow I'll go find the parent", but she keeps putting it off, until it comes out of the basket, leaving her with no clue of what to do.
As a foal- Ayita raises the foal, making sure it's aware that she's not it's bio-mom. The foal is curious about it's actual parents and siblings, and so it naturally wants to find them. The foal and Ayita set off in search of bio-parents.
As an adult- If parents hadn't been found as a foal, I'd hope they'll meet when the foal is an adult. I haven't hammered out to many details outside of family plotting.
Why you want this basket: A) Free basket, what's not to like? B) I've loved Liella...she's so ethereal. C) Mareo is based on a Kyogre. My senior year of high school, I brought pokemon back. As in, theater kids were playing pokemon because I brought my old school gameboy to school one day. D) All the baskets that I have had have come from my own breedings. While that's not a bad thing, it is monotonous. I know my 3rd gen soqs family because I own their father. Having this basket would give me something new, it'd let me do a family RP without having to be the one RPing over half of it, because I owned over half of it. It'd be a welcomed change. E) ...because the basket is gorgeous, and I will totally bite whoever wins it, and claim it as mine...regardless of who is on the cert? Actually, I wouldn't, but that was my lame comedic-relief type thing.
Will you hang around the shop?: Oui! Well, I'm actually there fairly often...even if I forget that I'm there sometimes. xD
Will you RP, at least lightly?: Of course! I actually like RP, provided that it keeps me entertained.
Do you like the color blue?: Certain shades of blue, yes...there are ugly shades of every colour. However, I do happen to like the shades on Mareo and Liella.

Number of Soquili you own: [must be ten or less!] I have nine - Zeda, Arella, Terentia, Yasei, Wakka, Blood, Evan, Rosabis and a Basket.
Name of Basket: Yurkemi - for either boy or girl, its the name of the angel of Hail <3333 since the basket kind of reminds me of snow I think it will suit it well.
Personality of Basket: Musical - The basket is going to be like its mother with a little twinge. Its going to love beautiful things, it can see beauty in everything and appreciate it. It likes to think of its self as beautiful and spends time fussing over over its hair and looks. It is going to be sweet and like a little prince / princess, however if people do not treat them as that they ignore them, they like to be treated right and politely, they will treat people well yet ignore those who do not return the favor. It will love the father with a passion, it will always asking him questions and looking up to him as a role model. However the foal will want to meet its mother one day its a adventure waiting for it, as a foal it will think she did not want it, but by the time its a adult it will understand that she was young and foals were hard to raise, so after a discussion with their father it will travel on dry land and seek her out before returning to its beloved sea.
Any Future Plots?:
- I would if I could love for the basket to be given to its father and develop a love of water. So much so that its rare that the foal leaves for dry land, the foal would be enchanted by the glittering surface, the small creatures that swim in it, the brushing of the tide. All the little things. Despite the love of water the basket is going to be very much like his/her mother even though it can not really remember her.
- One day the foal will meet either Mer or a Seethi. It will be stunned
and jealous by how beautiful the creature is and how it glides in and out of the water like a rocket. The foal will contemplate this for a while before chasing after it in the water, calling to it like the song of a siren. Of cause (( especially if the foal is a regular )) it will fail and almost drowned, I would like the father to save the foal and tell it about the dangers of the water. A little bit of a little mermaid going on, loving the sea however not having the ability to be at one with it. The foal will still feel drawn to the water, even into adulthood. I am afraid its something in its heart that will never die.
- Sibling rivalry - yes, I want this foal to feel that everything between the other basket who stays with the father to be a competition, not to prove one is better, this rivalry will be nothing more than playful kids will be kids. As the foals grow older this basket will feel very close to its sibling, confiding with it its deepest secretes, it will also feel protective over its brother or sister. it is a surprise when he finds out of a third and will not know how to react however it would ask if a relationship could form, they are blood after all and despite not knowing one half of its family very well it would like to be on good terms with everyone. Family is family after all and nothing will change that.
- The siren - I want the foal to teach itself ballet and how to singing, even if its a boy I think these are things that would complement its personality. Under the moon the foal will dance in the shallow water, the droplets spraying and dripping. It would be nice if it had some kind of teacher for this, maybe the foal is embarrassed to tell its dad about its midnight hobby and maybe one day the father sees the foal in the act. He approached the the fol is a little ashamed and things its being childish, however the father encourages the foal and says it has some talent, to not give up on your dreams.
- A helping hand - I want the foal to take after both parents, it will defend what it believes in and help people when it can, so I will be looking into other peoples plots and see how it can be a little helper.
-I would like to find a seethi to be the foals best friend, so it can bring the foal back presents from the deep.
Why you want this basket: Because I want to RP! I have never really had RP with either of you so I would love to have this as a bridge to make friends and RP with new people. I love soquili its my favorite BC and has been for many years, they are so pretty and some of the best RPers and nicest people come into the thread. I would love the basket and that's for sure ^-^ I love seeing new characters develop. I love the parents and the personality so yea. A mix of reasons!

Will you RP, at least lightly?: I am a VERY heavy RPer XD beleive me this baby will be RPed and Plotted and loved and all the jazz.
Do you like the color blue?: Yes. (( although I would be lying if I said my favorite colour was not pink. )) Blue is a close second, as long as its a nice magical blue!

Why you want this basket: To give me to feeling of how a soquili reacts as a basket growing up into a foal then an adult. I would love to experience having my first basket and be able to create their character to the best of my abilities through thread and guild RPs.
